LIBRA FULL MOON 2026

A Full Moon, as many of you are aware, is the culmination of goals or energy put in place some six months ago when we had our New Moon in the same sign.  This Full Moon is in the sign of Libra, the sign of the scales, is linked to relationships of significance in this life.  April 2, the Libra Full Moon will at 12° degrees.

 

During this full moon, using an orb of no more than 3° degrees, it will form a Square to the planet Jupiter which is at 15° degrees in the sign of Cancer.

 

Since Cancer and Libra are both signs that have to do with family and the relationships with them, this is likely tied to members of our family if the Full Moon is making contact in our Astrology chart.  For example, this can include your parents, your spouse and/or your children, if the fifth house is part of the picture. It will affect your relationship with co-workers if the sixth house is involved, and with friends if the eleventh house is part of the picture. 

 

Cancer (Jupiter’s current sign) is an emotionally driven sign, and Libra (the Moon’s current sign) wants to create peace, balance and fairness including justice when necessary.  If there are wrongdoings, the feelings will run deep. If there has been injustice, there is a need to rectify the situation.  All comes out in the wash as they say. You have to put things into the washing machine before they can come out clean. The residue of the dirt that might have surfaced needs to be cleared away.

 

This will most likely, as mentioned, be about relationships.  With Jupiter being part of the process and having been in place for some time, things or these energies will likely have reached a peak. Although the situations are heightened, because of the influence of the great benefactor, Jupiter, you should be able to work things out for the best, if you do what must be done to make things right.

 

Libra suggests you use diplomacy and bring about the balance that is required.  Be the judge but try not to make too many judgements.  Libra always looks at both sides of the situation and will work hard on either side of the coin to bring about favorable outcomes. 

 

There is potential here, but it will take work. Square aspects force you into action, because you want resolution.  Do your best. If it is personal, practice forgiveness. If it is not personal, do not take on the energies of others. It serves no purpose other than to create anxiety to be emotionally involved in something that is not yours to own. 

 

This Libra Full Moon 2026 will certainly involve relationships and emotions will be amplified.  Find peace, balance, fairness and even justice where necessary.

SAGITTARIUS NEW MOON 2025

On December 20, 2025, we will be experiencing a New Moon at 28° in the sign of Sagittarius.  Anyone have planets or angles with a three-degree orb of this placement especially by Conjunction or Opposition will be influenced by this placement. 

 

New Moon’s energies signify the beginning of a cycle.  This is a fresh start or a time to plant seeds that will eventually grow, if nurtured, into something worthwhile in the garden of life.  It is a good time to go within and examine what truly matters to you now.  Set your intentions on what is important to you. 

 

The Sun and the Moon are currently aspected by a Conjunction. The Sun represents our egoic self and the Moon dealing with our sensitivities and emotions. These are now connected and heighten in intensity. These energies can assist us in moving forward when aspected in our natal chart.  Set your intentions, move ahead with your plans and realize the potential available.

 

With a Sagittarius New Moon in particular, we have the power of Jupiter behind our actions.  Sagittarius is about moving ahead with a positive attitude and with high hopes for the outcome.  Many who have this placement activated in their Natal Chart will feel as though they can’t go wrong.  The road ahead looks promising and nothing will hold them back.

 

This is a positive way of looking at things, but some things may not go as planned.  You can expect some delays, some challenges along the way and the feeling that you are not sure which way you are heading or whether this plan of yours will actually work out.  This is due to the Squares from Saturn and Neptune in the sign of Pisces currently moving through the Zodiac.

 

Saturn is at 25° Pisces and tends to restrict and delay and often puts up roadblocks to make the passage more difficult to teach life lessons.  It requires us to work hard, plan ahead, move discretely and carefully.  Advance with the intension of making things as near perfect as possible.  Our hard work usually pays off.  It is essential to apply yourself completed.  The venture likely won’t be an easy one as work is required even though the energies from Sagittarius might feel that way.

 

Neptune is also in Square to this position and is very close to being direct at 29° Pisces. Neptune can make things or our direction unclear.  Our plans may seem somewhat vague and uncertainty can set in.  We might wonder if we are making the right decision.  We need a reality check and fortunately, Saturn will assist with that.

The houses involved in your personal chart will help define the areas of life involved.  If you happen to have a Natal Aspect between Saturn and Neptune in place, this will intensify the energy coming into force.

THE MORNING AFTER

What is the first thing you wake up thinking about after a life-changing day? 

 

How will you move forward? 

 

There are far too many life-changing possibilities so we are not being specific here but, in every case, there is one common requirement, we must face things head on.  Do not try to ignore what takes place.

 

We must move forward without much hesitation as the longer we wait to accept the facts, the harder it likely will be. 

 

Facing things head-on can be challenging but it is what must be done.  These events are not punishments; they are life lessons. Most of us will agree that the most tumultuous situations bring forth the greatest lessons, but that can be hard to acknowledge when the emotions are still raw. It takes time to find solutions, to recover and to understand the lesson.

 

Remember, you will overcome even if life is significantly different after the fact. Believe that you can and will.  Without that commitment, it can become very difficult to keep moving forward.  Our belief structure controls our experiences in life regardless of life’s circumstances.

 

Believe in yourself.  Know that this too will pass, and that you are stronger than you thought.  You are stronger than you think even on the morning after. Hear that the little voice inside that provides comfort and support, not the one that brings worry and anxiety. 

 

Have patience; some things take time.  The answer is available, and it will come when you are ready.

SCORPIO NEW MOON 2025

On November 20, 2025, we will experience the New Moon at 28° in the sign of Scorpio at 1:47 am EST. 

 

Anyone who has Natal planets or angles within three degrees, especially by Conjunction and Opposition will be feeling the effects of this New Moon mixing with the energies of that whatever other planet or angle are involved in their chart.  Other individuals, of a more sensitive nature, will also be quite aware of the energy of this New Moon in the sign of Scorpio.

 

Because this New Moon at 28° Scorpio is in the third decant, there will also be some Cancer tendencies involved in its energies. 

 

Scorpio is intense and emotional, although often the emotions are kept under wrap.  Research or investigational tendencies may also be involved.  This can involve the occult or anything that is lying hidden to the general public.  Scorpio needs to get to the bottom of things, and this sign is about seeking out the truth.

 

New Moon’s energies are about new beginnings and the start of what will reach the culmination in some 6 months from now when the Moon goes into its Full Moon stage in the same sign.

 

The houses involved in your personal astrology chart will indicate what areas of life are in focus.  These areas, as a result of the work you put in over the next six months, will be reaching maturity and whatever effort were used from the New Moon forward to the Full Moon will be reflected in the results you reap.

TAURUS FULL MOON 2025

The Full Moon occurs when the Sun and Moon are in direct Opposition to one another.  This timing signifies an ending of a cycle.  It can represent the harvesting of your efforts or a time for letting go what no longer serves your evolutionary path.  You should align, reflect and then let go. 

 

Your emotional vibration is heightened and runs deep.  Things that might have been hidden or left unresolved now surface and you must face the music.  Your focus is enhanced and demands that you be attentive.

 

On November 5, 2025, we will experience a Full Moon in Taurus at 13°.  Any natal planet or angle in your chart which is within a three-degree orb either by Conjunction or Opposition, in particular, will be influenced by this Full Moon’s position. 

 

Every Full Moon is defined by the sign it is in and the aspects it makes to the Natal Chart specific to the Conjunction and the Opposition.  In the sign of Taurus, this Full Moon often has an impact on material connections, such as your financial situation, your occupation and the home environment.  With the Moon being in Taurus, there will have been a sense of things brewing for some time and now they surface. 

 

Perhaps you have been falling behind on some payments, perhaps business is slowing down, or perhaps the home needs upgrading, for example.  Under the energies of this Full Moon, you know that you can’t put things off any longer.  These things and others can now demand your attention and the astrological houses involved will give a deeper understanding of what is taking hold in your life.  As mentioned, it is a time of letting go or harvesting.  Perhaps you need to move in a different direction or perhaps you will be rewarded for the efforts you have recently made.

LIBRA NEW MOON 2025

Today, October 21, 2025, we will be experiencing a New Moon at 28° in the sign of Libra. 

 

A New Moon signals a beginning.  This is the time to start something, to create, to establish and to set things in motion that might have been on the backburner for some time.  This does not mean that you should wait for a New Moon’s energy before beginning a project, but that the energies are ripe for such an undertaking.

 

Libra has to do with finding balance, putting things in the right order, and the desire to make things just and honest.  There can be a lot of deciphering taking place and evaluating what needs to be done to ensure things are fair and not weighing heavily in one direction.  In many cases, because the New Moon is in the sign of Libra, relationships may be a focal point.  These relationships can be related to our marriage partner, a relationship with a close friend, the relationship you might have with one of your children, or a relationship which has to do with your career or someone within the work environment.  The houses involved will provide you with further information as to who this personal or relationship might be about.

 

What you start now should be ready to finalize or harvest some six months from now when the Full Moon in in the sign of Libra.  The outcome will be reflective of the effort and energy you put into this goal.  You will either reap the rewards of your efforts or fall short of your goals depending on the efforts involved. 

 

Transiting Jupiter on October 21 will be at 24° Cancer, making a loose square aspect (usually we only use a 3° orb) to the Libra New Moon.  Pluto will be at 1° Aquarius making a Square aspect to the position of the New Moon as well.  Neither of these Squares are considered overly powerful, but they, particularly Pluto, will affect the energies related to this position of the New Moon.  Jupiter may add to the influence and build on what is in place, creating some difficulties in moving forward although with the right effort, you will be able to push through the challenge.

 

Pluto often speaks of disagreements and some kind of power struggle related to what is being put forth.  It may indicate an ending of sorts before something new can take its place. 

 

Both planets being Square to the New Moon’s position speak of challenges and hurtles to overcome, but because the disruption is holding you back in some manner and making things hard, you will want to make changes.  Finding solutions will be part of the process as you move forward.

 

Transiting Jupiter and Pluto are making a weak Opposition to one another suggesting that with the squares to the New Moon, there is a T-Square aspect.  Think of a T-Square as a chair with only three legs with one leg missing.  There is a need for balance.  Any planet at the Opposition point of this New Moon in the natal chart will give you information as to where you might want to put your energies.  Too much emphasis is being put on the New Moon which is quite challenged by the two squares. Again, if you look at what might be missing (indicated by any planet at the opposition point) you will create the needed balance.

 

The Libra New Moon 2025 and the aspects to it want you to find balance and meet any challenge head on likely related to a relationship. Put in the work required to reap the rewards.

FULL MOON IN ARIES

Today, October 6, 2025, into early tomorrow morning, we will be having a Full Moon in the sign of Aries, at 14°. 

 

The Sun and the Moon are always in Opposition when we are experiencing a Full Moon.  They are always in Conjunction when we experience a New Moon.

 

We use an orb of 3° when deciphering if any Transits are making aspects to the placement of the Full or New Moon.  In this particular case, there are no major aspects affecting this Lunar position.  There is, however, the Trine between Transiting Uranus and Transiting Pluto which are at 1° Aquarius and 1° Gemini respectively.  In turn, both outer planets are also making Sextiles to Saturn which is at 1° Aries and Neptune which is currently at 27° in the sign of Pisces.

 

A Full Moon often depicts the harvest time for plans or goals set forth during the New Moon about six months ago when the New Moon was in the same sign as the current Full Moon.  In this case it is Aries.  The fruits of your labour will depend on how much energy and dedication was put into your goals over this six period.  The astrological houses involved will define what areas of life are affected.  The Natal Planets or Natal Angles which are within the 3° range of this placement will also have an impact on your personal journey.

 

This Full Moon, being in the sign of Aries, suggests that what you initiated six months ago should have been very personal in nature.  The focus of the Aries New Moon would have been about your own needs and your own individual direction.  You had to look after your own interests which may not have coincided with what others wanted.

 

To assist in our explanation (and remember your astrological houses involved are important), we will give an example.  If, for example, the Aries New Moon was in the seventh house, it would most likely have involved a relationship of significance, like your partner.  It may also have had something to do with a business partnership, although not necessarily your partner in life.  This would have involved you personally and perhaps you had to make plans at that time with your needs having to come to the forefront. 

 

Perhaps a divorce or separation, especially if Pluto or Uranus might have been involved, is what was initiated. Perhaps a new marriage was involved, if by chance Venus or the natal Moon might have been involved. 

 

Now, at this time, these initiated events come to fruition under the Aries Full Moon.  Again, these are just ideas from the seventh house placement in our example, and it is imperative to take into consideration what the whole chart along with all transits involved are also representing. 

 

The Full Moon in Aries now completed the Aries New Moon cycle and whatever was set in motion personally should now come to fruition. What efforts were used?

FULL MOON TOTAL LUNAR ECLIPSE

The Full Moon total Lunar Eclipse is a big influence especially for those with their Sun, Moon or Ascendant aspecting the Pisces Full Moon which will be at 15°. 

 

The Pisces Full Moon Lunar Eclipse occurs on September 7, 2025.  This could have profound effects on close emotional links.  Relationships are likely impacted, and in some cases, due to the link of the transiting North Node at 18° Pisces, which is conjunct to the Moon’s position, it can bring someone important into your life. This can be someone new or bring you closer to someone already a part of your life.

 

This potential relationship is often Karmic (although most important relationships are likely karmic). 

 

This can be a time of great transformations and is more emotional because of the Piscean influence. 

 

Lunar Eclipses often bring drama into your life, and it can also mean some type of ending taking hold.  Remember, you cannot move forward if you are holding on to the past.  Perhaps a relationship has run its course and no longer suits your evolutionary path. 

 

Your inner world will be quite heightened, including intuition.  Insight can be powerful, and you may now be pushing for growth especially in a personal direction.  Destiny is at hand, and it is time to let go of any old patterns that no longer suit you.  It is time to move forward because it is a harvest point in your life.  What you put into place earlier is now ready for harvest and what works for you now is what you should attend to, and what no longer works, needs to be disposed of.

 

Mercury while in transit is at 10° in Virgo during this lunar event and although out of orb, Mercury may still have an influence on your thinking process because of the powerful influence impacting us. 

 

Check your chart to confirm this is having impacting on your Natal Chart and if so, it will play an important role in decision making.  Do not act on impulse, although the Lunar eclipse often portrays itself in this manner. 

 

If you need healing in some manner, this can be the time for that to take hold.  Meditation techniques can play an important role in your life now as the channels are open and more accepting and easily directed.
