TRANSITING JUPITER THROUGH THE HOUSES, Part II

Jupiter moving through the fifth house deals with speculation and investments and often speaks of children and love affairs. This is a great time to enjoy life and to pay attention to how good life is. Decide to have fun and entertain those you want to be with.

 

Jupiter in the sixth house often speaks of fortunate conditions linked to health. It is usual to decide to make changes towards a healthier lifestyle. The working environment and co-workers might also be part of the improvement and growth that takes place.

 

Jupiter in the seventh house speaks of important relationships especially with our spouse. This is usually a very favourable position, and the relationship seems to offer incentives to happiness and pleasing times. In business partnerships, it often brings success and growth.

 

Jupiter in the eighth house speaks of an increase in joint finances and joint ventures. Sometimes this can deal with big business and opportunities to move ahead. The occult is also highlighted with openness and advancement often taking place in this area for those that are so inclined. Since sex is also part of the eighth house, at times, expansion is experienced under this influence. Going beneath the surface is often a big part of what unfolds as Jupiter moves through and makes aspects in the eighth house.

TRANSITING JUPITER THROUGH THE HOUSES

We are going to look at the energies of Jupiter moving through the houses over the next couple of Astrology posts. The second half of this post will run on November 29, 2021 and the final information on December 1, 2021.

 

Jupiter is considered of the highest order and brings with it expansion, good fortune, luck and growth. Even when in challenging aspect, Jupiter manages to bring fortunate times, although not without some challenge particularly when it makes a difficult aspect to Saturn.

 

Jupiter goes through each sign and house depending on the house system used in about one year. It has a twelve-year return cycle, and, in most cases, you can expect great energy when it returns to its natal position around ages 12, 24, 36, etc.

 

Jupiter through the first house often suggests an expansive time with good fortune which affects the individual personally. This is noticed by others and a general feeling of life going well is often anticipated. Personal changes may be made affecting health.

 

Jupiter through the second can indicate financial increase. Often the bank balance seems to grow, and fortunate conditions related to assets and financial conditions bringing internal security as well.

 

Jupiter through the third often deals with communication and everyday activities. Self-expression is easier and learning or schooling activities are addressed. Communication is expansive and often far-reaching. Sometimes this can speak of favourable conditions linked to aunts and uncles.

 

Jupiter through the fourth deals with the home and family. Sometimes the home goes through changes such as additions or remodeling. In many cases the family is involved, and in some cases the parents are going through fortunate times in particular the mother or most nurturing parent.

SUN IN SAGITTARIUS 2021/2022 MINI FORECAST

 Here is our mini forecast for 2021/2022 for those with their Sun in Sagittarius.

 

Those with their Sun in the later degrees of Sagittarius currently have Transiting Jupiter in Aquarius making a sextile to their Sun.

 

Jupiter has and will sextile all those with their Sun in Sagittarius at some point (timing will depend on the degree of the Sun) until late December when it moves into the sign of Pisces. As Jupiter is the ruling planet of Sagittarius and the aspect is a sextile, this combination is considered quite favourable.

 

Jupiter brings good luck and opportunities for expansion. If, for example, this sextile falls between the second and fourth houses of the astrology chart, the potential for financial increase is heightened and this could be related to the home and family. Any security issue would also work in a favorable manner, but once again you must take into consideration all the other transits including Neptune which is square this placement and Uranus which is in quincunx to this placement currently. If the Sun is poorly aspected in the birth chart, then the potential is not as favorable as it would be if the Sun were well aspected.

 

Uranus is currently in the sign of Taurus. Transiting Uranus (because of the quincunx mentioned earlier,) could bring some difficulties in an unexpected manner for those with their Sun in Sagittarius.

 

Quincunx aspects are inclined to represent some challenge with a need for an adjustment. Many Trines bring easy flow and beneficial potential, while squares bring obstacles and may indicate challenging conditions linked to this configuration.

 

Transiting Neptune is square to those with their Sun in the mid to late degrees of Sagittarius. It would be wise to make sure that plans to push ahead with any goals be reviewed before plunging into action. Neptune tends to put a veil of uncertainty over things especially when it is square by aspect. However, it could also open doors to mysticism and spirituality for those with this inclination. This may not come easily, and a lot of self-reflection would be required (without rose colored glasses being worn). It is important to see things as they are, not as you might wish them to be. A Realistic approach is important with this connection but can be found under the right conditions. Once again, you will have to take into consideration the overall story the birth chart is telling and all other mitigating factors that might either impede or augment this aspect between Neptune and the Sun.

 

Currently (November 2021) Uranus is at 10-12 degrees of Taurus in retrograde until January 18, 2022, and Neptune is at 20 degrees of Pisces and becomes direct on December 2, 2021.  An ephemeris will be required to check the positions of all other planets for a clear picture of the energies in place.

SUN IN SAGITTARIUS NOVEMBER 23, 2021

Those with their Sun sign in the element fire (Aries, Leo and Sagittarius) are enthusiastic about life and eager to make things happen. They are energetic, self-motivated, self-confident, and optimistic in their approach. They often react spontaneously and are stimulated by life. These qualities are quite common for anyone born under a fire sign or with a strong emphasis in the element fire in their birth charts.

TRANSITING JUPITER CONJUNCT MIDHEAVEN

Jupiter has a cycle of 12 years. As a result, every twelve years it returns to its location in your birth chart. According, it take 12 years to return to your midheaven location.

 

Contact from Jupiter to any planet or angle is considered fortunate as Jupiter promotes expansive energies to all it touches. Jupiter generally brings favourable aspects to life and can indicate abundance and beneficial periods especially if other aspects are also present.

 

When Jupiter is connected to the MC (midheaven) it often brings advancement and development. If the time is right, it also speaks of gaining recognition for your efforts, especially when in the earth signs or connected to Saturn. LIVING

 Although there are times in life when it is hard to move beyond what was, it is always wise to look for indicators that point us in different directions. We cannot be content being in a place simply because it once felt comfortable, nor can we remain stuck due to worries about what direction life will take us in the future.

 

Life always maneuvering us in our required direction even when it feels as though moving in that direction is uncomfortable. It is amazing how we find ways to become secure in situations that hold us back from our personal evolution.

 

We should be advancing and learning from what life teaches us as we maneuver our way forward or out of situations that no longer suit us. Sometimes we cling on to yesterday because of memories or because of a hurt so ingrained that it feels impossible to rid ourselves of it.

FULL MOON LUNAR ECLIPSE NOVEMBER 19, 2021

The upcoming Lunar Eclipse on November 19, 2021 is located at 27 degrees Taurus and has transiting Pluto trine to this placement at 24 degrees, and 47 minutes and transiting Jupiter is square at 24 degrees.  The eclipse begins at 3:57 am EST, so you would have to be up early to visually enjoy this phenomenon.

 

Although the planets Pluto and Jupiter are just within range of influence (three degrees is the furthest placement for influence) they still play a part in what is unfolding. For this placement to have a profound effect on your birth chart you will need to have planets in or around this degree by conjunction, opposition or square. The trine and sextile also apply but are less intense.

 

Lunar Eclipse seeks to purge and rectify any situations that are no longer valid to your evolution. If people stand in your way or work needs to shift and other conditions in life need alterations this is the time to bring into fruition something that ties in with these areas of life. The house position of this Lunar eclipse in your chart will help define the area of life involved.

 

The energies of a Lunar Eclipse often lasts approximately three months, and some Astrologers agree that the influence is tied to the duration of the Lunar Eclipse.  (Hours to months equation). Because this is a Full Moon Lunar Eclipse what is being produced began approximately six months ago.  The fruits of your labor now are ready for harvest.  The seeds planted are ripe and ready for picking as the saying goes.

 

Since this Full Moon is in the sign of Taurus in many ways we seek to solidify and construct something that builds our security and steadies our future.  Sometimes this is related to the finances, sometimes to objectives that can propel us ahead. In many cases these avenues of expression are tied to earthly matters and physical conditions.

 

The trine from Pluto although somewhat weak suggests that transformations are at hand and something new is now being built out of the ashes of what once was and no longer serves a purpose. Transformations can be difficult and due to the influence of Taurus we may not like where we are and because of the steadying affects of Taurus we might not want to change even if situations are unfavorable. Pluto is the agent of change and disruption, and in many ways, it brings about an ending of sorts so that something new can begin.

 

The square from Jupiter although weak brings expansion and feelings of being able to do anything although be advised to think and use reason before you plunge into action. The square can be somewhat upsetting and often brings obstacle to overcome before we can move ahead. Squares however often produce enough stress that they force us into action to find relief.

 

As we work our way forward purging what no longer serves us, keep in mind that we can move ahead but not without some contemplation. Check the timing of this event with other mitigating factors in your natal chart and transits and progressions to find the best approach as this eclipse unfolds over the next three months or so.

RELIEF

Certain circumstances throughout life we allow to create feelings of anxiety and depression. This can be brought on by personal experiences or events happening to our loved ones. Sometimes we have time to prepare and other times these events are unexpectedly. The anxiety and stress we allow can be difficult to deal with.

 

If these events cannot be rectified, relief can only come from acceptance which evolves around our attitude towards what is taking place. If these experiences can be rectified, then relief comes when we overcome and released.

 

Regardless of how events unfold, we must accept in some manner, particularly with what the potential outcome might be. Needing control of something out of our control or allowing the mind to run with possible outcomes is often the cause of anxiety.

 

We crave that sense of relief after a battle has been won. A sense of relief allows us to bring down our guards and feel safe once again. Relief however is only the mind’s reaction and with practice we can find relief even under duress. This can build our confidence and pull us out of our self-made dark corner.

 

We cannot escape life; and, in some manner, we need to deal with adversity many times in our life. Relief stems from within because of shifts in our attitude.

 

Recognize the power that resides within and formulate an action plan to fightback when need be. Believe that you can address anything and move yourself in directions that stimulate growth and understanding. Confidence and knowhow enable us to attack any situation. Find the strength to soldier on. You can find relief regardless of what life throws at you.

TRANSITING PLUTO CONJUNCT NATAL JUPITER

The potential for success and growth during a conjunction between Pluto and Jupiter depends much on the effort and the approach you use during this period. You will have the ability to pursue your goals and aspirations when this aspect is in your chart, but will you move ahead with the energies offered?

 

Will you allow the mind to interfere and obstruct your efforts because of ego intervention?

 

Ego can certainly have an impact when dealing with the energies of Pluto. The proper frame of mind and the ability to self motivate is essential for taking advantage of these energies. You have the opportunity for a powerful push if you need it and will find persevere in the face of adversity, if presented.

 

You can succeed in many areas of life with this aspect. Look at the house involved with this conjunction when and if you have this aspect in your chart. The house of the conjunction and the house where natal Pluto is located will be the areas of life that are being affected.

 

You may be reviewing your goals and how you fit into the overall flow of your journey. Do you fit well with others? Are your objectives for the betterment of all concerned?

 

You will have to examine your priorities before you push ahead. Ensure that your actions are not to build your ego and that others can also benefit because of your actions.

 

This can certainly be a metaphysical or spiritual connection if this is where you choose to place your focus. Both planets are geared in this direction and Jupiter will foster growth and expansion, while Pluto brings forth a rebirth of your ideologies. Regeneration and a resurgence of spirituality may be high on the agenda and a new religious (we are not speaking of traditional religion though this too may be the case) outlook may be the outcome.

 

You can move forward in almost any endeavor you wish to undertake now.  Pluto provides the push.

 

You may need to take a close look within and see what you need to cultivate and what needs to be revamped or removed. It is best to be honest as you cannot fool yourself and the energies at work can bring forth change that might not be pleasant if you are being dishonest with yourself.

 

Growth and some form of prosperity are the rewards for a job well done and Jupiter offers this, but some digging and hard work are required. Get to the bottom of any situation that needs rectifying currently. You have what it takes right now to walk this road with integrity and move ahead in leaps and bounds. You will never look back once you make your decision. The changes brought forth will be permanent and is required for the growth that you seek under this influence.

 

Pluto is all about transformation and regeneration and will aid in truth in your endeavors during this aspect. Pluto will only make this conjunction once in your lifetime, (if this is found in your chart) so make sure you use the energies at hand to accomplish something worthwhile and satisfying.

TRANSITING PLUTO CONJUNCT NATAL MOON

This transit of Pluto to the natal Moon suggests intense emotional interaction and change for those individuals with this aspect in their chart. This is a powerful connection and deals with our psychological ability to deal with emotional interactions either with others (People in our immediate environment) or inner dialogue, with the intent of bringing whatever needs to surface out into the open. This is a “feeling” aspect and the energies are not subtle in any way, although the energies may have been hidden until the conjunction aspect gets to about 3-5 degrees approaching.

 

The energies of Pluto will bring things to the surface and makes us deal with them. In many cases the things brought to the surface are not easy to digest. If your life has been relatively stable, this period could bring about a state of unrest when transformations are apparent, and you have to adapt to them.

Our selfless goals and aspirations should have no limits.

 

The only true limits stem from our attitude.

 

An inspirational goal that not only benefits us personally but also has an expanding approach to alleviate or assist conditions affecting others can bring about returns that we may never considered or could even imagine.

TRANSITING URANUS CONJUNCT NATAL SUN

 Before we begin with this post, it will be important to recognize that all Sun signs are different from one another. The goals and aspirations and inner qualities suggested by the Sun sign and its placement in the natal chart differ greatly from one another. However, since we are discussing the transit of Uranus, the planet of revolutionary change, in many ways it will affect any Sun sign in a similar fashion. The natal aspects to the Sun and other transits to the Sun will also have an impact on how the energies of Uranus will spark the need for change and evolution for you personally.

 

Currently transiting Uranus is in Taurus (November 2021) so in some ways its energies may be connected to earthly matters. This can include any structures that are built into your life, finances, occupation, and goals.

 

Taurus is a fixed earth sign and Uranus with its need for evolution, its energies might feel slightly harnessed in Taurus. Uranus is the awakener and seeks new and enterprising objectives, especially when in Taurus. Uranus can bring change through revolution and often presents itself in rather disturbing and abrupt manners. Its action can be sudden and quick with little warning and as you can imagine in Taurus this may not be comfortable.

 

Uranus is in its Fall in the sign of Taurus.

 

Our Sun sign represents our inner self and in some cases is not always the way we reveal ourselves to the outside world (the Ascendant represents our outer expression). We may also look for a change that will provide us with more security and a clearer defined goal because of Taurus’ impact. Our objectives are important now and we will need to gather information and seek out the truth that life may be trying to push us towards. Do we seek change for that desire alone and are we looking for something new because we have grown somewhat dormant in our life expression?

 

You might want to ask yourself whether you are in any specific situation because it brings you joy or if you are there because it offers security and stabilization?

 

It will likely not be an easy task at hand and if you feel the urge to maneuver yourself ahead, you may not be too sure exactly where you might be heading, and this can be worrisome. Uranus often wants us to jump but perhaps because Uranus is in Taurus, we need to take the necessary time required before we decide which path to follow.

WHERE WILL LIFE LEAD ME?

Have you ever pondered where you will be in your golden years? Will life be easy at that stage? Will you enjoy good health? Will your mind fail you? Will you continue to grow and move forward on your path? Who will you be?

 

We are always on our path, even when it seems we are being led astray. There are twists and turns in our road of life and yes, every one of us will be taught some hard lessons. Sometimes, if we get caught up in judgement and expectations, life will feel unfair. We may wonder why some seem to have it so easy when we have considerable strife to contend with.

 

Can you accept the concept that we have set the stage of this life long before we arrived? It is much easier to accept the course of life if we accept that we are on purpose and that we have set the plan in motion. If we take responsible for the lessons at hand, we then have no choice but to take control of our lives. We can blame no one for its course.

 

Our focus has an immense impact on the quality of our life. If we focus on negativity, life will be more negative. If we focus on positivity, our life will be more positive. It is as simple as that but redirecting our focus can be a battle.

 

We picked this life and each of its lessons for a spiritual purpose. Our higher self knows what we need to expand and grow.

 

Now I return to our earlier question, “Who am I?” Remember the answer to this question is your own personal concept. It is not important what others think of who you are or what you have accomplished. It only matters what you think! The important lessons could be learning unconditional love and compassion.  These make you who you are.

 

Have you developed a meaningful relationship with yourself?

 

Can you let go of struggle through acceptance? Recognize your own personal abilities and put them to good use.

 

Do not allow your own personal view of yourself to be tainted by what others say or think. Ego will want to run with this information, but ego knows nothing about true living. We are not that voice that says we are no good. We are the one listening to that voice. They are two different things.

 

Your attitude and belief structure play a significant role in how your life unfolds. Your concentrated efforts and focus are making life what it is and that is all that really matters. In many ways we are spectators of this unfolding life. Destiny will have its way, even if we have a part in the overall development. It is best to take life one day at a time. Do not allow the imagination or mind to run wild with what “might” happen. Be content with what is unfolding right now in this moment, but yes, have goals in mind.

 

Life has purpose even if we do not completely or minutely understand it. Live in the moment. You will miss many great moments if you are living in the past or living through anticipation for the future. Enjoy the present moment for that is all that life is right now. Know that you have purpose, believe in your potential, and have faith that you are always on course no matter what the outcomes or how life looks. Life always shifts. Ride the wave, experience and learn what life is trying to teach you each moment along the way.
