Next time you have the chance to stroll outdoors and view some of nature’s splendor, pay close attention to your physical and emotional reaction to your surroundings.  We are all a part of this splendid scenery and its influence on us (if we pay attention) has profound effects on us psychologically.

There is certainly something very calming when we are enveloped in nature and we do not have to travel far to bask in its wonders.  Even a little walk in a nearby woods or along a beach has a soothing effect on us.

Extension of the Horoscope

When preparing an Astrology chart and in determining the characteristics behind any given Sun Sign, it is important to understand that there are many variables within the chart that will affect the solar placement.  Although the Sun Sign is reflective of the inner qualities of the individual and the Moon governs our needs expressed through its sign and house position, there are many other influences that can alter the individual’s characteristics.

 

Many may question why a Pisces individual (Pisces being gentle, peaceful and amiable) acts intrusive, demands to be the one who comes first and in general, displays aggressive behaviour.  These characteristics are quite contrary to a typical Piscean Sun Sign. 

 

Why is this person so different and why do they display so little of their Sun Sign character traits? 

 

In this case, perhaps this individual has a strong Aries placement in their chart, with the Ascendant in Aries and the Moon, Mars and Jupiter all in Aries or in the first house.

 

These strong Arian Characteristics will sway the soft and gentle Pisces demeanor, perhaps to an extreme, unless this individual has learned how to curtail these strong character traits and use them to their advantage. 

 

It should be understood that everyone has the potential to make any challenging aspect work in their favour.   This is the purpose of difficult aspects in our Natal (birth) chart.  We are not at the mercy of our Birth chart.  We are the orchestrator of our destiny and have all the facilities within our birth chart to activate any aspect and use it to its full potential.

 

Getting back to why this Pisces Sun individual displays such contrary behavioural tendencies...We must always look deeper within the chart and examine all of the aspects and variances to obtain a complete description of this individual’s personal makeup.  This is what makes each of us unique and one unto ourselves.  One Piscean individual will be different from the next Piscean individual.  Deep down inside, however, those qualities of Pisces are still exist. 

 

The individual described above can utilize these strong Aries character traits and use these talents to enhance their Pisces nature, perhaps through spreading compassion and spirituality by self-expression or enterprise that aids others in self-realization.  This individual would have a very strong drive and could express the Piscean nature through very viable acts.

Not Everyone Wants Our Help

It is very admirable when individuals want to be of assistance to others during their time of need.  If you can help someone out of a dismal place and be of assistance to guide them in coming to terms with their problems, you are certainly working from the higher self.  It is amazing how a listening ear or a comforting shoulder can soothe those in distress.  Reassurance and company will go a long way to help.

 

Beware of those individuals that bask in their own misery.  There are those that truly live the expressions that misery needs company. Some individuals have a need to try to push others out of their contentment and would rather hinder than help. 

 

We can only assist those that want help.  If you come across someone of this nature, accept your inability to help, send them your blessings and bow out of the situation. 

 

Do not allow anyone to frustrate you to the point that you allow the positive life force to be drained from you.  Remain strong to yourself and do not walk their path.  You are not meant to walk a road of despondency and gloom. 

 

Learn when to walk away and when to be supportive.  If assistance is not wanted, walk away without regret.

Moon in Virgo in Astrology

This post is for those individuals with the Moon in Virgo or in the sixth house (ruled by Virgo).  The Moon defines your emotional response to the world around you.  The sign it is in takes on some of the defining characteristics of the Sun in Virgo, although you have to take these characteristics and apply them to the emotional makeup of the individual.  The positive qualities linked to any sign, therefore, would be suggestive of how an individual would emotionally react on a more constructive level, while the negative or challenging traits suggested would be emotional issues that this individual may have when under stress.

 

In general, Moon in Virgo people are generally quite happy especially when busy and putting things that matter into proper perspective and alignment.  Their lives are under control when emotionally aligned and they are not the types that require monetary security or many material objects to keep them happy.  They can be quite happy with the little things life offers, and are most happy when they are busy managing their lives.

They are certainly great problem solvers, but at the same time will also dig up anything that needs correcting.  Their intensions are good, but sometimes people really do not want their lives dissected and put out in the open in order to manage the issues or resolve the crisis.  Moon in Virgo need to understand that sometimes people want life to sit as it is until they are ready to do something about it.

 

When it comes to relationships, Virgo Moon can be quiet and unassuming, and they are very kind to those they love.  Many would be considered shy when it comes to love and even reserved in their mannerisms.  Sex is not an open topic and can be intimidating to some.  However with their need for service and with an aim to please high on the agenda, once they give themselves to another it is usually for keeps.  They are not the wondering type, although will pick up any flaws within the relationship and then try to fix the problem.

 

They find security in the little things that life offers and are very happy when all the little corners of life are in order.  With their great concern for running a life that is well balanced, they make great accountants and will enjoy making sure the bills are paid on time.  A little appreciation goes a long way when it comes to their abilities.  They need to feel needed and also love it when someone pays attention to the details they put into everything.

You Are Part of the Equation

You need to stop for a moment and evaluate who you are in the “big” equation.  What is your part?  How do you fit in with your family, with your friends, with your community and with your world? 

 

Take a few moments to think about this.  Now on a piece of paper write down, for affirmation purposes if you will, what you believe these answers are.  Do not downplay your role.  Write what you think is realistic and your honest opinion of whom you are.  Continue with your attributes and what you have to offer to help the overall condition of our world, even if only on a minute scale.

 

On another piece of paper (remember to date these notes), write down how you would truly like to fit in with your family, what you want to mean to them and a vision of how you want these relationships to be at some point in the future.  Do not think in terms of how you want them to fit into who you are, think only in terms of what you want to provide or offer to each union.  Do the same with your relationships with your friends, your community and your place in the world.  Think big --almost unattainable, but still possible.

 

Next ask your guides to help you obtain this state of being, because it has to be a state of being.  This potential you is not an illusionary concept.  It has true potential because you are able to imagine it. 

 

Keep these intentions in mind on and off throughout your day.  Reminder yourself of your goals each night before you go to sleep.  Ask your guides to help you with these changes during your pre-dream state.  Acceptance these changes mentally.  Visualize these changes and have faith that the higher powers will assist you in their manifestation.

 

Believe in the power of the ability of these changes to materialize.  Over time you will see the results begin to take place.  As you see these results, your belief in this potential will strengthen.  Believe in yourself and know that you have come into this life to bud into the person you truly want to become. 

 

Keep up this process every night before you go to bed until it becomes a habit.  It will undoubtedly take time for you to create this positive habit so be patient with yourself.  If you fall off the wagon, get back on and do not let the mind influence your objectives.  Keep going regardless of what transpires within your mind.  Do not allow ego intervention.

 

You could say to yourself “I began this manifestation in early September of 2014, and will continue for six months into early March of 2015”.  On this final date, read your letter to yourself once again and see the changes that have taken place.  Make a special note on your calendar so that you will remember.  Put your intention note in a place where you frequently visit during your day, to keep the intention alive.

 

You will be pleasantly surprised on what you are capable of materializing with your intention.  Be strong in your resolve and believe that you have a special mission.  You are not here by chance.
