ECLIPSE INFORMATION

We thought we would touch on the energy of eclipses and what might be experienced after an eclipse has touched off a sensitive area of our birth chart.  For a noticeable influence from the energies of an eclipse, it would be found transiting within five degrees of a planetary link or angle in the natal chart.  The closer to direct the eclipse is to the planet or angle the stronger the eclipse’s energies will be. 

It is said that a Solar eclipse can have a lasting effect for up to one year for each hour that it lasts, while a Lunar Eclipse will last one month per hour of influence.  However the strongest influence is usually tied to the first couple of months unless there are other mitigating factors affecting the same area of the Chart that keep its influence active (transits or progressions).

 

Both types of eclipses have the potential to bring changes to circumstances pertaining to the energy of the house and planetary link or angle that is being influenced.  With a solar eclipse these changes are an outer expression and they are often indicative of crisis on some level, (much depends on the state of the link in the birth chart).  Often when the eclipse’s energy is in effect, we begin something new.  Some could reach a turning point in our life’s direction and some of us may experience a much smaller level of influence.  Quite often however something happens that challenges us to make changes in our lives.  This is particularly true in cases of a lunar eclipse.

Some experience transformations dictated by the house position and energized by the planetary link.  For example there is a big difference in how it would affect Saturn in comparison to Venus or Jupiter even if it occurs in the same house, as their energies are very different from one another.  These transformations that might be at hand should be viewed on as opportunities to make changes that are required or an adjustment in our attitude that is required.  The changes and transformations that take hold during this time period is often permanent in nature.

With a Lunar Eclipse, there are also often dramatic changes that take place.  These changes are sometimes in regards to relationships and are emotionally impacting.  Often the conditions are inevitable and unavoidable but the rest of the chart should be studied carefully before making a deduction on what might happen.  If there are other mitigating factors suggesting disruption within relationships then change might be inevitable.  Fate does seem to have a hand in what takes place, but we always have control over our view and attitude towards the situation or change.

The energy is more on an internal level with the Lunar Eclipse and often some part of life that has gone stale or no longer serves to assist our growth undergoes change.  These conditions are then replaced with something that is more in line with the life that we now walk.  This can be emotionally challenging as we may not be comfortable with the steps we may now have to take.  It is always challenging to move away from what once felt comfortable and we may feel that it is too challenging to move out of these conditions even when living under conditions that are less than ideal.

It has been noted that one month either side of the eclipse (that is before or after the date of the eclipse) that this period is considered times of action.  When the eclipse positioning has passed into a square (90 degrees or three months) from the original position, energies often shift.  This also occurs when it is in opposition of its original position, (180 degrees apart or 6 months).  This last timeline is usually the finale of what took place when the eclipse occurred.

BEING OF ASSISTANCE

When someone is in a challenging life event and is unable to recognize the condition as a stepping stone towards some future destination point, we can nudge them in the direction of this understanding and stand by them as they move through these challenges. 

Sometimes we can get so caught up in the actual events of life that we fail to recognize that, even in the most difficult circumstances, there are great advancement opportunities in these lessons.  A subtle reminder or gently nudge can make the difference.

When we get caught up in these transformations and are being polished by the winds of knowledge and change, it can be difficult to see beyond the baggage that is being blown from our souls.  Assistance from others to clear our vision, in whatever form it is offered, is always positive. 

Sometimes we are so caught up in the whirlwind of events we fail to see the bigger picture.  Those that clearly understand the working of this universe can serve as a wonderful remind that we must stay focused on the blessings contained in each lesson.

BUILDING THAT SOLID FOUNDATION

It takes time to repair a broken foundation and many of us have experienced events in life that could have shaken or shattered our footings.  Life’s experiences can certainly be trying from time to time, but there are advantages to dealing with these issues as they move us forward in our evolutionary growth and teach us something of significance every step of the way. 

Through life events, we are continually building a solid foundation, one block at a time.

Adversity is part of life but practising appreciation is the architect of our solid foundation.  Rather than moving through life focused on the challenges we face, we acknowledge our advancement through these lessons.

Review the structure you have put into place this far.  Will that foundation stand the test of time?  If it is placed on solid ground, it will not erode.

Recognize the beauty and the miracles present in your evolutionary story. 

You are strong.  Recognize this.  You are resilient.  Believe this.  You are compassionate and loving.  See this in yourself.  Above all else, you are resilient and persevering in your approach to life.  You are able to withstand each storm and flourish under any conditions.  Know this.

LIVING OUR CALLING

Our daily routine is not our purpose.  It is easy to become wrapped up in this routine and to forget our true calling.  If we feel lost in our everyday affairs, listen to that voice within.  It will remind us of our true significance and what we are to be doing in the moment.

Our calling does not have to be magnificent on the world’s grand scheme of things and our calling will change as we grow.  Do not allow ego to lead you astray or to allow you to feel as though you are off target.  Each day, no each moment brings a new opportunity to live our lives on purpose and to have an impact on each person we meet along the way.  By living without restrictions, we are able to understand and react to our calling.  Life continually changes and we will gain new and wonderful insights as time passes.  We are always on track and on purpose.

Each step we take is magnificent.  Waiting for something to happen instead of living in the moment simply takes away from what is currently taking place.  We not only allow the urgency of waiting to fill our being, we also miss the importance of that moment.  Being content with life and accepting its inspirational messages opens doors.  We are here with purpose and no purpose is insignificant.  We are never to be compared to others and should never dwell on what could have been.  All that is experienced is meant to be.  We continually move in our intended directly even when the road ahead has rough terrain.

The more we become aware, the more we can allow.  There will be days that we slowly crawl forward and there will be days that we catapult forward at dizzying speeds.  Do not judge.  Observe and allow.  Where we eventually end up is yet to come and where we were is behind us.  Being here now is a certainty.  

We can adjust our attitude.  Happiness cannot be found; happiness is our attitude towards the journey.  All things important are right in front of us.  As we open our eyes to our life’s path and accept the journey, we will discover that all that we need has always been right there at our fingertips.  We have never been lost.  We simply needed to open our eyes and our hearts to what is.  We have always been living our true calling in the perpetual unfolding moment.

ENLIGHTENING EXPERIENCE

This post is for those that are beginning to understand and appreciate the enhanced journey that we are on.  Not only do we understand that life moves in such a way that we are constantly receiving but we also appreciate what it is that we are experiencing.

Life is not measured simply by achievement yet accomplishments in life are definitely part of our process.  We are here to experience life’s events/teachings from every angle.  We are here to take in all that life has to offers and accept the significance of each event.  We are to objectively view life but not in terms of failure or defeat, but simply in terms of appreciation.  Life is an experience, one that slowly reveals. 

Be wide open to each experience.  Share the knowledge gained with those that are ready or eager to hear.  Our ongoing evolutionary quest is unfolding as it should and we are moving forward at the intended speed in our intended direction.   It is a process.

We hold life’s experience close to our heart and appreciating each step along the way and by doing so we gain even higher understanding of our development.  We are forever fortunate to be on this journey to discovery.  Life itself is enlightening.

 

Appreciate all that comes your way and understand beyond a doubt that it is a perfect life made specifically for you.

ARE THERE ASTROLOGICAL SIGNS THAT ARE MORE EVOLVED?

It has been brought to our attention that there is a general misconception concerning the evolutionary state of individuals born under specific Astrological signs.  We have been asked to clarify if there is any one sign that is more evolved than the others.  Does our spiritual higher self (the total and complete sum of who we are, will be and have been) follow a designed pattern with regards to which sign we are born under?

In this Astrologer’s personal opinion (and I would certainly appreciate further input from other Astrologers) that no particular sign that is of higher evolutional energy.  This is not to say that an evolved Pisces or Sagittarius or even Aquarius might not seem more evolved during this incarnation than for example an un-evolved Scorpio, or ego-oriented Aries.  As suggested by this statement each sign carries with it a wide range of evolutionary energies.  An evolved Aries could easily surpass an unevolved or evolved Pisces if their focus and carry through is on higher learning and an evolutionary path.

It is believed by this Astrologer that we come into this life with a particular purpose and the North Node, our Sun Sign and Ascendant are indicative of this particular path.  The other planetary positions add to this equation and aid us in our journey. 

Each individual has chosen a path found within the planetary alignment.  The clearest path to identifying and resolving or conquering our life’s lessons have been laid down for each and every one of us regardless of the timeframe utilized to learn or to activate the learning tools available.

 

The soul or higher self may choose to come back in what may appears to us as a journey lacking in evolution, a journey that appears to be in the primary stages but this is obviously the best route for this individual to learn the lessons required and intended.  This does not mean that they are unevolved in a real sense of the word.  Their journey only appears as though they are in the primary stage of development.  We see such a small portion of the higher self while on this earthly journey.

There are also individuals that appear quite evolved during this life.  They do their part to assist, to give and to love yet they may be no more evolved in their journey than you or I. 

In our human form, we undoubtedly do not understand what evolution truly is or the many layers involved. 

It is believed by this Astrologer that those individuals that have truly found love, peace and compassion and humbly live their lives within the essence of these are evolved individuals.  These individuals have something truly significant to offer each of us. 

Individually, we have our gifts.  These gifts are to be shared, and certainly are not to be squandered.  What I have not developed, you can help me to realize and what comes naturally to me, I can pass on to you.  We are all evolved souls on some level or another.

There are many stages of evolution within each sign and many stages of understanding and acknowledgement as well.  On some level each and every one of us are currently participating in the evolutionary process. 

Is there one specific signed that is the most evolved of the zodiac?  I will leave that for you to decide.  For now it is important to recognize our own development and to allow and assist in its progress whatever that might be.
