FULL MOON IN VIRGO - MARCH 12, 2017

The Full Moon on March 12, 2017 is at 22 degrees in the sign of Virgo.  Full Moons are always in opposition to the Sun which means that the Sun will be at 22 degrees in the sign of Pisces. 

Virgo has a great deal to do with service, whether it is looking after someone else’s needs or your own needs.  During this Full Moon make sure that your own needs are being met.  Take care of yourself, especially when it comes to your health.  Hopefully you already have a healthy routine in motion where exercise and healthy eating are a priority.  If this is not the case, you would do well to implement some of these into your daily routine.

This is a time to set routines or return to your routine that will enhance your life over time. 

There can be a lot of nervous energy during this Full Moon and your nerves are subject to trying conditions.  Utilize meditation to connect with your inner self and find solace and peace during these nervous conditions.  Pisces’ focus is on spirituality, and this is the perfect time to have a look at what you have been doing and where you are going in this area of your life.

It is a time for reviewing your life from a spiritual perspective and take into account what you might do to enhance this area of your life.  As mentioned, meditation practices are advised now as well as exercise routines such as yoga and stretching routines.  In the long haul you will be happier emotionally and your body will thank you.  Watch for becoming overly critical about your own personal habits; scrutinize if you wish but let up a little on yourself unless of course you need some discipline in these areas.

The Moon is in quincunx to transiting Uranus during this Full Moon cycle and Uranus and the Moon are fluctuation energies with much activity.  There is the potential for some erratic actions to take place, so make sure you are grounded during this time.  The areas that might be associated with these energies include your work and the duties associated with the working environment, organizational abilities and your health as mentioned earlier.  Your imaginative abilities are also enhanced during this time, along with your spiritual connection.  As you can imagine, you need to have at least one foot on the ground to harness and balance all these energies.

Watch for any escapist attitudes during this time as well.  Neptune which rules Pisces does not particularly like intrusive events and circumstances and often runs from the more harsh side of life.  This is why some individuals resort to alcohol and drug abuse.  The best way to deal with adversity is to face it head on at the start rather than let it build into something that is hard to harness later on.

FAMILY FROM A MYSTICAL PERSPECTIVE

For those of us that honour the concept of reincarnation, when we think of family and accept that many members have shared other lives with us, we cannot help but feel honoured.  We chosen to be together again and share our lives within our intimate inner circle.  It has been said that our parents could be the ones we have shared the most life experiences with.  It has also been said that relationships of shorter duration still have an important role in our evolution. 

Our brothers and sisters are also part of our soul family, as well as some of our intimate friends.  Most of us have met people in our lives that we just feel very comfortable with, right from the beginning.  There is a strange feeling of familiarity that we cannot explain.  Our souls recognise each other.  Even those people that we do not see eye to eye with have an important part to play in our life and we should not dismiss this importance.

We can recognize our karmic connections both good and difficult.  We also are currently building karma as we live our lives together now.  We have our role to play with our close acquaintances.  We cannot think of those “chance meetings” in any way but significant.  We learn from these people and in turn they learn from us.  In many cases we play vital roles in each other’s lives.  There is no such thing as chance.  We have come together for a reason and every exchange has its significance.

Many friends come and go in our lives, but some are here for the duration.  We may have been brothers in previous lives or sisters or father and son and the list of potentials goes on and on.  We all play our parts and we learning from each other.  Do not let these relationships pass you by without recognize the importance of these people and honor their return no matter what the relationship between you might be.  We love each other on many different levels and each one of us plays an integral part in our ongoing evolutionary journey.  What an honour.

TRANSITING NEPTUNE SQUARE SATURN

Do you have transit Neptune square to Saturn in your chart?  This can be a difficult one.  Saturn’s energy deals with structure, discipline, organization and development in the “real world”.  Neptune will interfere with these structures as it does not have boundaries and can be illusive in its nature.  It tests your sense of reality and obstructs your view, making your life’s direction seem unclear and even unreliable.  You may feel quite lost at this time and question whether or not you are on the right path. 

These can be upsetting.  Often negative feedback and feelings of insecurity disrupt what could have been a familiar and solid base.  This can lead to depression and bouts of bewilderment.  You may wonder how you can get back on your path again.  You may feel as though even the solid information you once held dear to you is slipping away and you may even question if your belief structures were even accurate at all. 

Do not be led astray by the mind’s interference and know that this fog will clear over time.  Once this transit has completed its course you will find that you are even more surefooted because you took the time to question things.  Questioning anything in life certainly has benefits.

The greatest problem that will be faced is your lack of self-confidence and anyone who does not stand by your side during this time might best be released from your circle of friendship.  You need assistance from those around you and people will come to your assistance and help lead you out of this un-ordered structure.  Life can be trying unless you learn to let go a little and let your gut and higher forces be your guide.

Neptune can be quite insistent that you create a spiritual/mystical connection.  Because of this the door may open for you at this time although not without some initial struggle.  Watch for allowing your imagination to try to force things to happen.  Make sure you are seeing things clearly.  You can work your way through this cloudy period and with tools such as meditation practices, you will find the answers.  These answers may not be what you are hoping to hear. If your wish is to find material comforts and any earth related adventures, these will be anything but satisfying.  This is an ego check aspect and you are learning about faith and letting go of control during this time.  This is not to say that you are giving up on life.  Far from it!  What you are doing is allowing spirit to take a leading role in your life, as this is especially important now.

Find out what you need to let go or release during this time, specifically in a material way.  You will notice that material security does not stand up to the insistent calling of your spiritual nature and the awakening that is taking place in your life.  This can be quite the enlightening time if you take the necessary steps and simply allow.  Take in the lessons being taught and know that the unsettled, stressful feelings are temporary.  You will find what you are looking for as time passes. 

Be patient and believe in yourself.  You will come out the other side more knowledgeable about who you are and your inner strength will push you through.

IS YOU MOMENTUM SLOWING DOWN?

Does your spiritual or mystical growth seem to be stagnating?  Are you questioning if you are reverting back or that your progress might not continue? 

There can be times when the energies just do not seem to flow easily.  Sometimes there are extenuating circumstances from outside influences that we allow to penetrate into our focus.  Simply put we have allows a block to be erected which is now jamming the positive flow of energy.  Is this a test of our commitment to what we believe?  If we cannot stand behind our beliefs structures during stressful times, what value is there in these beliefs?

 

It is normal from time to time to experience lulls with the receipt of information or insights.  We can experience massive leaps forward and then a seemingly stop in progress.  Maybe these are period to apply the knowledge that we have gains so that it becomes second nature to us.  We are evolving.  Have patience.  Is patience the lesson at hand?

Sometimes ego can cause great interference in our evolution.  This can happen when we are actually moving forward quite well, as ego can slip in, in the most subtle ways.  For some reason, ego feels threatened yet in reality it takes its rightful place at ours side and can assist us when needed in a positive way.  You can call this transformation a regenerative period when ego is in its lesser state, a state of confusion and fear.  In this state it is aligned with negativity.  When we align our focus with source, ego to will align and help to aid us in our ongoing evolving story called “life”.

Don’t be dismayed during these lulls.  It will only last as long as it takes for us to become aware that ego is intruding or whatever other barrier we have erected.  When we stop identifying with its negative intent and taking it on as our own or tear down the barriers, we again will pick up momentum.  The mind can be stimulated in many directions and we, the ones that are listening, decide which course to take.  Sometimes we lose track of our identity and get lost in the process, but once we realign, we find our way back (even though we were never lost).

There are other times in our busy lives when life just seems to dictate and we find we have little time for our own personal journey.  Children, work, parents and life seem to dictate where we need to focus in this material work, and yes it is important to make time for these.  We should, however, take time each day especially in the most busy schedules to service our own personal needs.  Perhaps we can find a few minutes to meditate.  It is not necessary to set aside a lot of time to find our meditation zone once we have had a little practice.  Utilize those short moments....at a stop light, in the washroom, waiting in line.  Put these times to good use.  Something just a couple of moments of meditation can put us back into rhythm so that we feel we are progressing again.

It should be noted that even when life seems to dictate, we are still on path.  We are meant to “sway” (so we think)  from time to time and we can use this time to review where we are in life and realize that our connection to spirit is actually much stronger than it was even 6 months ago.  It is all a state of mind and your personal perception can be altered whenever you want.  Do not be discouraged.  Every moment is new.  Once we recognize this and we can stop fighting the process.  Enjoy each and every moment that life is providing you with.  Being in the moment is such a wonderful stress reliever.  There is nothing to worry about within the moment.  The past is behind you and the future is not here....just this moment.....right now.  What a blessing.

SUN IN PISCES FORECAST 2017, Part II

We are continuing our look at the 2017 forecast for those with their Sun in Pisces.  Part I was posted March 3, 2017.   

Transiting Saturn will be in square for any Piscean with their Sun from about 13 to 14 degrees to 29 degrees and 59 minutes.  Saturn can be a little rigid when it comes to seeing things as they are.  It challenges you to be very realistic in your view of what is taking place especially from a mystical point of view, which is a focus of Neptune the ruler of Pisces.

Saturn is in the sign of Sagittarius right up until the middle of December of 2017.  It then moves into its natural sign of Capricorn.  Sagittarius is all about higher learning especially connected to teachings that are of a higher order.  This could include philosophy and religious doctrines.  Saturn, especially when in square, presents us with obstacles to overcome, challenges to rise above and although the road may be somewhat tedious, its rewards us for diligent hard work.  Once we have moved beyond these challenges there will be a solid foot for the road ahead.  Saturn builds solid structure in your life often after weak structures have been torn down.

When dealing with the Sun, these challenges can be related to your goals and aspirations.  It is what dreams are made of and in order to achieve these inspirations, you need to rise above earthly matters and move into the mystical side of life.  The Sun in Pisces seeks inspiration and mystical understanding and as you can imagine with the energies of earthy Saturn, the outcome may be hard to digest.  Saturn looks for something concrete and viable, and Pisces seeks the ultimate truth from learning gained through higher channels.

Watch for allowing lower energies to slip in over this period and it is best to set up an exercise routine and proper eating habits.  You will need to look after yourself and also stay away from any negativity; the potential for becoming depressed or somewhat down and out during this aspect is heightened but if you allow, your emotional state will not be as affected.  If you are aiming to achieve something specific make sure you take one step at a time and do not do more than one thing at a time.  Finish off what you started completely before you begin something new.  Any detailed work might be right up your alley, especially where you are allowed to use your imagination.  Creativity is enhanced when set in motion.

It will feel like you are going through a testing period and you probably are.  You are being tested with your spiritual connections and learning the difference between fact and fantasy.  You will find that only solid structures in these areas will survive the scrutiny that you will be put through.  You will feel as though you need proof but do not be dissuade by this.  Anything real, regardless of how far out it may seem, will be proven over time.  If disproved, it will fall by the wayside. 

Watch for running from the truth regardless of what the truth might be.  Accept what stands before you without question if it is real, once you have taken the necessary steps to come to this conclusion.  Life always unfolds as it should and there are no mistakes along the road of life.  Even when it feels like we make wrong turns, we always end up on the right path.  We just might think we lose sight of it for a while.
