LOVE YOU

Do you appreciate the person you are? 

Take a moment to reflect on the divine that radiates from within.  Do you accept your connection to the whole?  The one within is complete needing nothing more or nothing less. 

All love radiates from within.  We are a reflection of love.  Love connects all things. 

Without love, could we exist? 

We are in unity when living through love, and we have come into being as an expression of love.

The first step is to allow love to grow and its growth is eternal. Recognize the love that radiates from within.  Allow yourself to love you. 

Mastering self-love can be difficult, because we can always find flaws.  Love does not judge.  Love is unconditional.  If we can rise above ego’s constant chatter, as it is ego that creates this doubt and judgement, you move a step closer to realizing you.

Align with the true you and simply allow that magnificent force of love that exists within.  This love is not connected to ego. 

Your alignment to love allows you to understand and control the endless pursuit of control by ego.  If you see flaws in yourself, do not identify with them as they are not part of your true essence. To believe they are is a manifestation by ego.  See these thoughts for what they are. 

To beat ego’s control is no different than beating any other addiction.  The “need a cigarette” thoughts that go through a smoker’s head when they are trying to quite are ridiculous in content when heard after the addiction has been overcome!  The ego’s voice is no different than the voice heard by those suffering from addiction.  We must learn not to identify with that chatter and see it for what it truly is.

You are a perfect creation without flaw, and love radiates through your pure essence.  We continually seek to learn and for the spirit to flourish, but our essence is already a reflection of love.  See yourself for what you truly are.  Stop identifying with the ego.  Any misleading thoughts that belittle you or make you feel superior are ego generated.  Do not identify with these. 

Watch for making judgements based on the ego’s interpretation. 

Love yourself as you are and watch love grow in your life.  Love is the greatest experience of all and can never be lost. 

Eternal life; eternal love.  There are no bounds.

FULL MOON DECEMBER 12 2019

We will experience a Full Moon on December 12, 2019 in the sign of Gemini at 12:14 EST. 

With a full moon in Gemini, the sun will be in the sign of Sagittarius.  All Full Moons are always in opposition to the Sun.  A New Moon is always conjunct the Sun (at the same degree, in the same sign). 

A Full Moon is the harvest time in the garden of life.  We will see the results of whatever we planted some six months ago earlier when the New Moon was in the same sign that the Full Moon is in now.  New Moons speak of beginnings and on the Full Moon, it is hopefully the time to reap the rewards of our hard work. If we did not put in the work required, now is the time to pick up the pieces and try again or if there is nothing there that is salvageable, we can plow under the neglected crop.

With the Full Moon in the sign of Gemini, it is quite likely that some six months earlier there were at least a couple of things we set goals for.  Lack of patience to see these goals through might have been an issue for Gemini but all things need nurturing and patience if we want to create the best we can.  There can be no half measures, and we hopefully stuck with our goals to see them through to fruition.  Because of the Gemini influence, our project may have encompassed several different aspects and perhaps the changes that took place along the way had to happen in order for us to get to where we are now.

This Full Moon is in Gemini at 19 degrees and in order for this to have a significant role in our personal Astrology chart, we will need to have an adjoining planets or angles tied in closely to this degree.  The planet or angle as well as the house position of the planet and also the house position of the Full Moon will define what areas of life are involved. 

Remember when deciphering this Full Moon, a planet or angle that is conjunct this position will be the strongest and will add intensity to the equation. 

The opposition (180 degrees) will often indicate the involvement of someone else and quite often they are the initiators of what takes place.  

The square (90 degrees) will produce tension and because of this tension we are often forced into action to help alleviate any issues. 

The trines (120 degrees) and sextiles (60 degrees) work favourably and help foster growth and easy flow along with opportunities.

Transiting Saturn plays a part in the delineation of this equation as it is in quincunx at 19 degrees in the sign of Capricorn to this Full Moon’s position.  Saturn tends to challenge even the best of well laid plans but if this is what we have done, planned well, did not miss any steps and worked hard toward our objectives, Saturn can offer rewards and solidify our goals.  However the quincunx often suggests that adjustments are necessary and we should not overlook this in our calculations.  So have a close look at this project and we might want to make some minor adjustments or some major ones; much will depend on the work we did prior to this Full Moon.

Let’s see how this pans out over the long haul although some Astrologers believe that things move forward quickly regardless of which path we may take. 

If we do need to pick up the pieces and start again then be it as it may.  Do not get caught up on what might look to be a failure.  If we look at the experience correctly, it is actually a valuable lesson.  You never know how things will turn.  Sometimes what looks like a wrong turn or a failure can present us with the best options possible for a wonderful outcome.  The outcome may not look like what we intended but it can turn out to be results that are far beyond our wildest dreams. 

If our goals grew exactly as we nurtured them to, we can enjoy the fruits of our labour.

INTUITION

Intuitive guidance can be useful at any time if we are open to receiving the messages.  There are no prerequisites to being intuitive.  

Intuition could be called the hearing, the seeing, the smell, the feeling, the tasting or the understanding.  In most cases, intuition is subtle yet in other cases it can be quite clear and concise.  The later are the times we cannot question its validity.

Intuition can come as a warning or it can contain needed information; whichever it is, it can be counted on.  It provides insight when we cannot find the answers with our rational minds.  

Intuition is available when we need it the most if we quiet our babbling minds.  Intuition is a profound tool at our disposal, although it is rarely forceful.  We can utilize the information in whatever form it comes to us or we can allow it to pass us by either by choice or due to lack of focus.

The mind will continually question information obtained intuitively.  It will question this information’s validity most always.  We will instinctively know or feel that the information we receive is truth.  Our gut will tell us so.  Oh, but that doubting mind!

Sometimes we can be so wrapped up in events that the information goes by with little notice and we will recall, after the event is over, the information that was available to us.  It is then that we wish we had listened to that “hunch”. 

When the situation is dangerous, intuition can be anything but subtle.  The message can be very profound.  The more we pay attention to our intuition, the clearer the messages will become and the easier it is to recognize the importance of the information we are receiving.

Intuition is our guide.   It stems from our higher self and it is always reliable. 

Intuition is our forever guiding companion.

TRANSITING URANUS CONJUNCT NATAL MOON

Before we go into the definition of this aspect, it is important that you review the placement of Transiting Uranus as well as where the Moon is placed in your own personal natal chart.  These will be the areas of life that are affected by this transit.  The conjunction does not necessarily have to have negative effects if there is positive aspects between these two bodies in the natal chart, or if the Moon is very well aspected in the birth chart. 

The transit between the Moon and Uranus does suggest some change on an emotional level that can be quite disruptive, particularly if you have been following a ridged emotional pattern where you have not allowed your emotions to be released or expressed.  Any restrictive behaviour in terms of how you have been handling life from an emotional perspective is now subject to reckless and possible impulsive behaviour.  Your mood can vary considerably under this transit, and you might find your emotions very hard to control.

Incidents involving women, particularly your Mother, can come under attack during this aspect.  Things intensify and your relationship may go through some struggles, or changes may come suddenly out of nowhere.  Sometimes you are the one orchestrating these behaviours, and other times it may stem from others.  This can involve women in general and in the case of men with this conjunction, they may find that they are attracted to women that may be eccentric or original in their behaviour, particularly if Uranus is conjunct Venus in the natal chart or if it is found in the seventh house.  Sometimes these women come into your life to help you move forward in ways that you may have been stagnating previous to this time.  Other times they are just disruptive and cause trouble to the normal routine, although things may have felt rather dull before this conjunction but they will certainly not feel that way now.

The Moon has to do with your emotional response and your emotional needs.  If you are supported in your life and you have been nurtured especially when you were young, your emotional expression would relay this to the outside world.  You may be nurturing yourself and want to look after others and play a mother role or a nurturer for them. 

If, however, your emotional upbringing was anything but smooth, you may have difficulties expressing your more sensitive side, especially if you have other factors in your chart suggesting this, such as strong Capricorn tendencies.  Things may change during this transit and you may have to deal with either being taken advantage of, or you may not respond well in emotional ways.  Change is what Uranus’ energies are about--required change and also freedom of expression.  If these have been hindered, this may be the time for such things to be reviewed and changed.

The Moon also has to do with your domestic life.  This could include your actual home or if you own property, your real estate might be subject to change such as a move or making changes within the home’s environment.  Some look for cottage property and some just do some remodeling to make their environment more comfortable. 

Watch for being too impulsive at this time.  Above all else, this is a time to truly get in touch with your feelings.

THE MODALITIES IN SYNASTRY

We discussed Synastry in our post on November 20, 2019.  Today we are going to go a little deeper.  As we discussed, Synastry is a comparison chart of two individuals.  It looks into the aspects between planets and points in the two natal charts.  But we also need to look into the modalities between these individuals to get a clearer understanding of how these individuals relate with one another.

The modalities are Cardinal, Fixed and Mutable. 

The Cardinal signs are Aries, Cancer, Libra and Capricorn.  Because Cardinal signs are known for being active, ambitious and have a wish to be involved in what is taking place, they are known for being motivated.  Strong Cardinal individuals are usually quite strong in their beliefs and will argue points when they deem it necessity.  They will not sit back uninvolved and therefore may be involved in arguments and disruptions.  If both parties have strong Cardinal energy in their charts, together they can be involved in a somewhat stormy relationship. 

The Fixed signs are Taurus, Leo, Scorpio and Aquarius. 

Fixed individuals tend to be just that, fixed.  They can be fixed in their opinions and are not easily swayed.  They can be resolute, persistent and are also known for having strong wills.  As a result, these individuals tend to not be very flexible.  Sometimes they feel the need to speak their truth but other times they do not feel the need to prove that they are right.  They recognize that it is not important to sway others into what they believe.  Some Fixed individuals however may push their beliefs due to their persistence.  In relationships where there are many combinations of the fixed signs, there can be a somewhat standoffish attitude as they refuse to be pushed or pressured into things.

The Mutable signs are Gemini, Virgo, Sagittarius and Pisces.  Mutable individuals tend to be flexible, versatile and somewhat flighty.  Although they are adaptable and restless, they can also be moody and not satisfied with things for any extended period of time.  They need versatility and change in life and therefore are not always reliable.  In some cases a relationship with these individuals can feel as though they are overly picky as they seem to see all the little flaws in the flow of the connection.  There are likely to be many ups and downs with this connection, although it really does not matter which modality you are talking about, as, any shortcomings can be rectified if both partners are willing to do work to make it work.

POWER IN NUMBERS

Are you affected deeply by world conditions and the challenging situations currently taking place? 

Some find it difficult to stay centered as a result of current world events. 

I have heard individuals question where humanity is heading.  Hate crimes do not seem to be decreasing.  Racial discrimination, which we would expect to be disappearing, appears in some areas to be on the increase.  Some tell us that global warming and other conditions cause worry and they are concerned we are going to reach the point of no return.

We have to question if news and social media feeds into these fears with their continued repetitive coverage.  Would it balance out if there were equal coverage of stories based on balance, love and respect because these too are abundant?  Unfortunately, we are told these don’t generate high numbers of viewers and today everything is about the “numbers”.

It is important to remain diligent in our efforts for world peace especially during time of unrest and world healing. 

It certainly is much easier to remain calm and spread peace when life itself is calm but our example of peace and love is far more important in the face of unrest.  Transformations can be challenging and change does not come without certain hardships and hurdles because there is always resistance.  The hard lessons always seem to be the most valuable lessons.

There are many working tirelessly in some manner or another towards peace, and there certainly is power in numbers.  No matter our race, religion, monetary value, beliefs, etc, we are one…each a part of the integral whole.   To cast anyone aside is to cast aside a part of self.  Each of us is a fundamental part of the whole puzzle. 

We are souls, have a material experience.  Our time here is temporary.  Do not squander this time.  We CAN create peace and experience love.  It is part of our journey if we allow it to be. 

Stand strong but stand together.  Facilitate action by being action.  Let the love within radiate out.   These will certainly have a ripple effect.

PLUTO IN TRANSIT

Pluto’s abilities to transform and regenerate are highlighted as it travels through the birth chart.  There is nothing subtle about Pluto’s influence and you will be quite aware that something needs to be changed or altering when Pluto’s influence is activated.  Pluto’s energies are abrupt and disruptive and the changes that Pluto will put on the table need to be addressed and then transformed so that you fit life and its current state more appropriately.  When Pluto is finished transiting through a house or linking up with a planetary placement, its energies will have significantly changed things and usually in a very permanent manner.

Pluto is sometimes associated with physical death and is usually activated in the chart in some way when someone in our lives passes over.  When activated, most times, it does not always mean literal death, but it does mean that a condition or life element is no longer suitable for you and needs to end in order to bring the birth of something new into existence.  Therefore, Pluto does signify the death or end of a situation and then the beginning of something new.  Pluto, as mentioned, is not subtle in its release and sometimes you have opportunities to make these changes and other times, they just happen with little or no control from you.

If Pluto links up with Mars or Uranus, you actually need to be careful and make sure that you do not put yourself in a dangerous situation.  If you have a square between these planets there will be challenging conditions and they come at you for a reason.  You will have to watch for arguments and aggressive behaviour especially if Mars is connected and particularly if the aspect is an opposition.  The trine and sextile are not as aggressive and usually suggest transformation at a higher level.  Although somewhat challenging to accept, the energies resulting from the trine and sextile will benefit you in the long haul. 

Uranus is more unpredictable and this is the one you need to watch out for when it is aspecting Pluto .  You will have to be attentive when, for example, driving a motorized vehicle.  Operate any time of machinery or equipment with more care than normal and never rush.  Do not go out and drive in fits of anger either.  Take the time to settle yourself down before driving. 

If you are confronted by an aggressive individual, do not put up a fight unless you have no choice.  Whenever possible, walk away from confrontation during such aspects.

These examples are extreme cases and will also involve other planets making aspects that suggest the same before such energies will be released in such a powerful way.  There needs to be at least 3 aspects in a chart, each saying the same thing, before events such as these will take place and much depends on the other planets involved and the angles they are making.  I would be remiss if I did not mention this however.

The aspects to Pluto can be rather tumultuous experiences, but you will learn a lot from them. 

In general, we learn much more from adverse life conditions than the mild, easy flow experiences.  The standout experiences seem to be our natural way of learning.  We will have to spend a little time meditating on how the energies can be released in a more gentle yet positive manner.
