TRANSITING JUPITER TRINE NATAL URANUS

Jupiter takes approximately 12 years to make a full circle of the Zodiac (about one year through each sign). Uranus takes 84 years to transit the Zodiac. If it goes into retrograde it can remain in contact with a planet for a longer period therefore have more effect on the area of life indicated by the house position and the planet or angle involved.

 

The trine aspect (120°) is considered the most favorable aspect in Astrology. It is the aspect we wait for. Although the trine does suggest easy flow of opportunities, general good luck, the fulfillment of potentials and an overall feeling that life is moving along nicely, it often needs a push from us to become more beneficial. Things may seem so comfortable that we may wonder why we should bother to do anything as benefits will happen for us anyway. It may feel this way, but we may be squandering the energies if we do not put forth effort.

 

Keeping this in mind and knowing that the energy of Jupiter brings good luck, expansion and opportunities and that Uranus brings with it change of direction and the unexpected, perhaps we need to look deeper at what we might want to accomplish at this important time in our lives. In general Jupiter will promote growth and expansion, bringing good fortune and a general feeling of good luck in matters related to the house that it transits through. Much will depend however on the aspects it makes to other planets.

 

The Natal placement of Uranus and its aspects to other natal planets and angles play a big role in how this transit of Jupiter will develop. A challenged Uranus will not bring forth the potential that a favorably aspected Uranus will bring, at least not without some struggle and work on our part. Because of the benevolent energies attached to Jupiter, the potential for growth in some manner is still likely to be brought forth even if N Uranus is poorly aspected.

 

You can expect a change of direction, a new outlook, an awakening of sorts and the potential for ridding yourself of outgrown influences. You now can move forward and make the necessary changes that will foster in the new as time passes, bringing you ever closer to where you need to be. Use these energies wisely. TRANSITING URANUS SQUARE NATAL SATURN

Transiting Uranus moves slowly through the Zodiac staying in one sign for approximately 7 years. It takes a cycle of 84 years for Uranus to come back to its original position in your natal chart.

 

Saturn on the other hand takes about 2 ½ year to move through a sign and 29 years to complete its cycle around the Zodiac.

 

While Uranus is in transit it will impact all the positions of our natal planets and the house cusps and angles. Its energies usually instigate sudden and unexpected change. If we do not act on what needs work, it often pushes for this to happen. It is known as the awakener and does just that. Anything that no longer suits our evolutionary growth is subject to change and disruption.

 

Uranus is like an electronic impulse stirring us and pushing us in new directions. When associated with Saturn, which is quite unlike Uranus, the impulse is to change direction but Saturn does not like this type of influence. Saturn is happy if things stay the same and are steadfast, reliable and secure. Saturn fights change and does not like disruption to what it comfortable and stable. As you can imagine even without considering the square aspect, which is one of challenge and disruption, these two energies do not sit well with each other.

 

The square between these two giants in Astrology creates tension, pushes for resolution and defies anyone that refuses to adapt and adjust. The square is challenging enough that it often pushes us into action so we will resolve the issues at hand. These push us into action and although the square is considered a difficult and challenging aspect to deal with because of the need for resolution it can also be considered an action aspect that helps us resolve issues.

 

During this time Uranus wants us to take leaps of faith and move in a new direction. Saturn likes things the way they are, and resists change even though it might recognize that change is what is required at this point. This could be a relationship that no longer suits your evolution. It could be a change in occupation or a massive change in life’s direction. Often at around the age 42 when we are undergoing the Uranus opposition, people make dynamic changes of direction that many do not see coming.

 

It is best to have a clear look at what life is trying to tell you. Sometimes change is what is required even when it may be worrisome and you do not know what lies ahead. However, after careful consideration you might want to make some changes and time will tell where they will take you. Uranus often brings us right where we belong, but the change is not always an easy one. It might be time to break away from anything that feels restrictive.

THE FREEDOM ASPECT

They say we have freedom of choice. We have the freedom to believe in and to follow whatever we choose. Therefore, we also have the right to decide on what not to believe and what not to follow.

 

We can follow whatever path we choose, including any train of thought.

 

Go deep within and pay particular attention to what makes you nervous, anxious and/or creates fear and stress. Although life events do twist our perception at times, we are still the ones who choose which thoughts and beliefs that we follow. We DO have this control.

 

There is a great difference between knowing something is factual and believing that something is factual. Learn the difference and don’t believe everything that you see (this can be deceiving), hear or have learned. People share information (mostly with good intensions) but there is so much misinformation. We must rely on common sense. Because the majority of people believe or the general consensus says it is true, does not make it so. When you hear or learn something, what is your gut reaction?

 

Our inner feedback can be very reliable and then we can do your due diligence. Don’t believe all that is presented to you.

 

Ask yourself, “How am I reacting to what I am hearing or reading?”

 

Life’s focus and the mind’s interaction build reality over time. Does what you are focusing on or listening to leads to peace and happiness?

 

In many cases what we know is half the truth and has been altered and exaggerated so much that now it holds only portions of truth. Exaggerated news draws in readers/listeners which in turn can bring, for example, monetary gain. Exaggeration can push people to support personal stances that may be biased or create a feeling of control.

 

You have the right to choose which road you to follow. Keep in mind that where you place your focus simply magnifies more of the same. Ask yourself, “if I understand the practice of the mind’s focus why do I hold onto or run with issues or concepts that make me feel uncomfortable, stressed or fearful?”

ENTITLEMENT

Some individuals do whatever they wish, regardless of how it may affect those around them. They feel entitled or privileged and believe they have an advantage that the rest of humanity may not have.

 

We are each entitled to walk our own road and to be ourselves. The best person we can be is who we truly are, at least in this time in space. We all change as we learn, grow and adjust to life’s experience and hopefully have self-acknowledgement.

 

We should not waste any of our precious time wishing revenge or hurt on someone regardless of what they might have done. By seeking revenge, we get caught up in their decisions and actions. We are living through their decisions and allowing them to affect our lives. The more we obsess, the more we lose of ourselves and allow them to take over our lives.

 

No action comes without consequence (our reaction is a choice), so think before you judge or act.

 

Life eventually opens doors to realization for all of us. Don’t get caught up in someone else’s karma.

 

Life does not owe us anything; our gift is the gift of living. The best life is experiences when we choose peace and to eliminate self-induced stress. Release what you cannot control and allow calm.

FULL MOON AUGUST 30, 2023

The Full Moon is in Pisces at 7° and is conjunct transiting Saturn at 3° 38’ (technically within influence but just).

 

Full Moon’s energy brings the harvest of an idea or in this case more intuitive insight which would incorporate mystical pursuits, psychic influences, and imaginative inspirations. Much depends on the houses involved and the natal aspects to this positioning in your chart. A full review of the natal chart potential is a must. This does imply however that on some level with a little work something inspirational is blossoming if you utilized the influence of the New Moon in Pisces some 6 months ago.

 

The type of harvest you experience will depend on the effort you put into it. Will you reap great rewards or will you have to start over and/or simply walk away? The Full Moon energies is often the wrong time to begin again but points towards what you can do when the timing is more suitable.

 

This may also have something to do with your creative abilities. Perhaps this has something to do with writing, music, or dance. Move ahead with your objectives which are already in place and if the timing is right you can advance to the next stage with others or set the stage for something more personal.

 

Letting go of anything unwanted might also be part of the energies, but things should be ripe for advancement. REMEMBER YOU ARE NOT ALONE

When you are struggling and experiencing the overwhelming feeling of being alone, you are never alone. Someone is nearby ready and willing to listen and to listen.

 

They may be a close friend, family member, spouse, neighbor, social media acquaintance or even a stranger. It is important to recognize that there is always someone available but, in many cases, you will need to ask for their assistance. Sometimes professional help is what is required. Sometimes the answers come from within. Your connection with your higher self or an external higher energy is always available if we quieten the mind to hear or see.

 

Spiritual guidance is available and although the answers may not be what you are hoping to find, they are reliable. There should be a sense of peace in the resolution and no one, especially you, should get hurt by the outcome. We are not suggesting the others will not experience loss or pain from the process but over the long haul everyone should benefit on some level.

 

Running away from situations does not solve issues. It just delays the inevitable. This is a lesson that must be learned.

TRANSITING NEPTUNE SQUARE NATAL JUPITER

If you have your Natal Jupiter squared by T Neptune you can expect the spiritual energies, the collective imagination and the highly tuned psychic potential to be highlighted.

 

The square challenges Neptune’s inspirational, intuitive, extra-sensory perceptions to be clear and concise. Jupiter on the other hand even though challenged by the square still reflects growth and expansion although the understanding of what is taking place might be a little vague.

 

As of August 2023, those with their Jupiter in the last degrees of Gemini or early Cancer or those with their Jupiter in the last degrees of Sagittarius or in early degrees of Capricorn will be experiencing this square.

 

Jupiter expands and creates opportunities for growth and good luck. The house placement is often where this general feeling of good luck is found. The house placement of Jupiter will be important when determining what Neptune square Jupiter will identify. You will also have to look at the placement of T Neptune and its natal position.

 

Neptune in challenge can produce vagueness or uncertainty and a general feeling that things are unclear. If N Jupiter is also poorly aspected this can magnify the situation as Jupiter can make things larger than life. Seeing things as they truly are will be very important.

 

Jupiter can speak about legal documentation and matters, and court proceedings as well as religion, spirituality and life’s philosophies gained through experience. Jupiter seeks the positive in situations and teaches us life lessons. There is little restrictions or limits where Jupiter is concerned. It promotes consciousness expansion.

 

Sometimes publication may hit a few snags, or your artistic talents seem to be on hold during this transfer of energy. Watch for wanting to escape difficulties that might arise. Neptune has to do with drugs and alcohol and the desire to find an escape when the going gets tough.
