When Neptune is transiting through the
natal chart and making aspects to planets and significant points (ascendant and
MC), it tends to dissolve and/or confuse areas of life. These areas of life can be determined by the
house that Neptune is transiting while making these aspects to the natal
positions.
Neptune tends to make things unclear and
unreliable, and it is best to think things out completely before making any
life altering moves. When Neptune is
challenging the MC, watch for changes to the working environment and your
occupation. When Neptune is making
aspects to your Ascendant, look for changes to your external life including
relationships and sometimes people might even experience changes to their
appearance.
Life can be particularly unclear and
unrealistic when Neptune is making challenging aspects to planets or positions
in the birth chart. The square to the
Sun for example can create difficulties when dealing with men in your life or
individuals in positions of authority.
It can also make life challenging as you try to decide what direction
you want to take in life.
Making important decisions while Neptune is
making contact during transit in your chart is not suggested especially if it
is making a challenging aspect to Mercury.
“Things” may not be as they seem and you might be viewing a situation
from an angle that is incorrect or coloured.
If, for example, Neptune were making an
opposition to Venus in your chart, you may meet up with someone who you place
on a pedestal and view as extraordinary.
You may think of them as visionary.
When Neptune clears Venus and is no longer in aspect, you will see the
person in a much more clear light.
When Neptune is making a sextile or trine
to Venus, however, you may come across your life mate and have connections that
seem like they are made in heaven and they may just be. Your perception is very clear on a visionary
level and the mystical experience can be highlighted when Neptune is making
positive aspects to planets in your chart.
Some individuals, depending on their
evolutionary state, can gain great insight when Neptune transits through their
chart and makes aspects to planets. If
Neptune transits your Jupiter, the expansive qualities linked to Jupiter will
enhance these psychic inclinations and mystical experiences often producing
magnificent insight into dreams and your visionary concepts seem to come to
life. Religious beliefs can become enhanced
and the idea of God may become much more clear.
If, for example, transiting Neptune was
moving through the seventh house and made a conjunction with Pluto in this
house, it is quite possible that you will experience traumatic changes within
important relationships. Emphasis would
be placed on important relationships and this can be a good thing or a
challenging experience with much depending on the overall natal condition of
Neptune and the other planetary links to Neptune in your birth chart. Remember, the birth chart always leads the
way and will help define the types of experiences you can have.
It should be noted that even the
challenging aspects in the birth chart are meant to be overcome and a
challenging aspect can turn into a positive growth experience. These can also make visible links that would
otherwise never be revealed. All
challenging aspect can be turned around to work in your favour, can be overcome
and channeled in positive directions for positive outcomes.
