INTERNAL FORTITUDE

It is at this point in time when we need to go within and discover our true resilience.  We have strength to overcome anything life throws our way.  It does not matter what we are facing as nothing is beyond our abilities.  We have the tools at our disposal that will be required. 

Sometimes we feel as though we are at wits-end but somehow we are always able to get beyond whatever is in front of us.  This current situation is no different and regardless of the outcome which none of us truly know what it will be, we will find our way through. 

Always have faith in your own abilities and allow yourself to rise above any intrusion.  Remember the influence our focus and attitude has in our lives. 

Stay true to your core self, and know you can ask for help when you need it.  We are not alone.  There is always a helping hand available. 

Find your strength by believing in yourself, first and foremost.  Place no limits on what your capabilities are and face things as they are in this current moment.  No one knows what tomorrow will bring so live in the now. 

What you are feeling right now, is it a true core feeling or is it the mind’s interference? 

You have what it takes.  Spend this time building your strength, not questioning you abilities and squandering your strength.
