SOLAR RETURN CHART

A Solar Return Chart is generally prepared at the time of an individual’s birthday, although it can be prepared at any time and is prepared with information on the exact day that the Sun returns to its original position in the natal chart, by the sign, degree, and minute, precisely. If the Sun in the birth chart is in Capricorn at 15 degrees 12 minutes, the return chart is prepared with the exact same location for the year in focus.

 

This Chart is prepared in similarly to a birth chart, as the exact timing establishes the Ascendant degree for your location. The location is where you may happen to be on the day of the return, (which, again, establishes the Ascendant’s degree.) It is read as a birth chart although it is only focused for the year from birthday to birthday. Some begin to feel the energies as they approach the birthday as much as 3 months prior to the actual birthday. 

 

Studying your Solar Return Chart can help you prepare for the energies which will be at hand and you can focus on whatever areas of life will be emphasized for that year. You can also add transits to the solar return for the period in question.

 

The Ascendant sign and ruling planet of the Ascendant, the Moon and its sign and house position, the Sun and its house position as well as any major configurations and tight aspects will play significant roles. If the Solar Chart has many similarities to the natal chart, it will be an important year, especially if the rising sign is close in degree to the rising sign of the natal chart.

 

The Moon, its house and aspects will define your emotional makeup for the focal year. You should also investigate the aspect from the Solar chart to the natal positions, as this will help give a clear picture and provide you with timers for events and areas of life that might be involved. Remember our natal chart is our blueprint.

 

Although the Sun is in the same sign and degree, its house placement likely will be different. There are many other facets to take into consideration but this chart on its own will define clearly what to expect in the year in focus and will often correlate with the transits and progressions to the natal chart. It adds dimension to the overall translation of upcoming energies and events in the forecast for the year ahead.

SYNASTRY AND COMPOSITE CHARTS

 Synastry and Composite charts can be prepared when two people first meet or when there is an ongoing relationship. These charts provide clues into the nature and function of the relationship. The relationship can be emotional, business or otherwise.  These Chart reveal the compatibility of the individuals involved and provide insight into how both the easy flow energies and the more challenging energies of the relationship will flow.

 

The Composite chart uses the calculated midpoint of all the planets and angles.  Synastry charts are the comparison between two individuals using their natal charts and then looking for aspects between the two charts.

 

Either chart can be prepared for two individuals (business partners, life partners, parent/child relationship, sibling relationship, and the list goes on).  Any two individuals can have these types of charts prepared, however to have either of these charts prepared an accurate birth time, date of birth and place of birth for both individuals are required.

THE MIND IS NOT THE MASTER

Many of us connect our mind’s interpretation and its focus with whom we are. We identify with this focus and intently listen to the mind’s constant chatter. As a result of our focus on this chatter, we experience extremes in our emotions. We can be swept along aimlessly, and we fail to realize or question this habit. 

 

Many of us are not aware of our ability to detach ourselves from the mind. We can choose whether to listen to the thoughts and chatter. We always have a choice as to what we take on as our own, what to act on and what to allow to be dropped.  It is a choice, whether conscious or unconscious.

 

Distinction and perception are attainable. Once attained, we deal with a though and then let it go. Positive thinking, channeling our perception away from habitual responses, meditative techniques and mind’s focus are some practices that can be utilized to help control our mind’s auto response.

 

There are countless self-help and psychology books and speakers that can assist developing our focus techniques if we are struggling with this.  Although others can help us facilitate expansion of awareness, we are the ones that must do the “hands on”, “practical” work.

 

We heal from within and ultimately the only factor of change is whether or not we decide to make change. It is imperative that we understand our place and responsibility with everything in life.

SUN IN LEO JULY 22, 2021

On July 22, 2021, the Sun moves from the watery, cardinal sign of Cancer into the fiery, fixed sign of Leo.  In some ways both signs have some characteristics that might be considered similar, such as the need for Cancer to nurture and its sensitivity, although Leo would change the nurturing qualities into caring and the strong desire to assist those in need.  Leo is still considered sensitive and even emotional but can control these emotions easier than the ever-sensitive Cancer.

 

Most Leo individuals enjoy the limelight and enjoy being the center of attention. They truly enjoy being of assistance although can be a little too controlling for some, but their intensions are always good. They often feel they know what is best for others and do not mind sharing their ideas. Leos are willing to help others but also would like some recognition for their efforts.  They try very hard and would appreciate a pat on their back for their efforts.

 

Leo can be dramatic and will not go unnoticed unless there are other factors in the chart suggesting otherwise.  Leo individuals are strong-willed, stubborn, and often are found in a leadership role.  If they are not in a leadership role, they likely wish they were. In many ways they feel as though they could do as good or better than their superiors.  Approval from their superiors goes a long way and in turn a Leo individual can have respect for these superiors if they are motivated and success is part of their story. 

 

Many Leo individuals are dynamic and energetic in their approach to life. They want to experience and live.  They have a strong need to be part of any experience as they are not a spectator. Live and let live might be one of their slogans and failure is not an option. If you hurt a Leo, they will forgive but they will not forget.  Hurt runs deep as they are ruled by their heart.

 

When in love they love with all their heart and their affection can run deep.  They may have many suitors and those that are meek or timid are often drawn to Leo. Leo are a force to be recon with and there is very little that is halfway about them.  As a friend they can be very loyal and their manners are considered stately. Leo is the lion, king of the jungle.

 

Those with their Sun in the later degrees of Leo may find this year that they may have had to make many adjustments and it will not have been easy. They have their Sun quincunx to both Pluto which speaks to the lessons of power and non-conformity and Neptune which has to do with degrees of vagueness and uncertainty. The placement of these two transiting planets will define the areas of life which are being activated. 

 

Saturn has also been in opposition to those with their Sun in Leo in the early to mid-degrees.  Oppositions always speak of others having an impact in what is taking place and Saturn although restrictive and known as the teacher, does insist on lessons that over time bring more solid ground often after some challenging conditions.  In many cases we can certainly look to Covid for some of these conditions, although due to the challenging conditions from these outer planets Leo may have had a more difficult time than most.

PLUTO RETROGRADE

Transiting Pluto is currently in retrograde and has been since April 27, 2021. It will remain in retrograde motion until October 5, 2021. Pluto moves only 2 degrees from 26 to 24 Capricorn while retrograde. If you have planets within 5 degrees of its position, you will be influenced by Pluto’s retrograde cycle.  The Conjunction, Opposition and Square have the greatest impact and the closer any planet or angle is to being direct to 24-26 degrees the stronger the impact will be.

 

Pluto moves in and out of retrograde several times each year.  It remains in retrograde for approximately 150 days a year, often lasting for several months at a time.

 

Transiting Pluto is a powerhouse in the horoscope, and it intensifies in strength when it makes aspects to planets and points in the natal chart or the progressed chart. The orb for influence in the transit of Pluto can be felt for those with a strong sensitivity up to 5 degrees while approaching (0 degrees being direct) and 2 degrees separating (after being direct and moving away).  While in progression, it is most significant when it comes within 15 minutes of being direct. 

 

When Pluto moves into the retrograde motion, it intensifies and becomes very powerful.  The transformational abilities linked to Pluto increase and the regenerative abilities are enhanced.  Any power struggles can also become much more apparent when Pluto is in retrograde, so it is wise to avoid interaction that could lead to intense situations, especially if linked somehow to the planet Mars or Uranus.

 

It may be very challenging to avoid situations that require change especially when Pluto transits a planet while in retrograde.  It could be considered a time for cleansing and to release any worn out or outdated attitudes. It is as though you are addressing a list of things to do that was written last year.  It is wise to review and remove those items that no longer apply and add more important requirements that are relevant for today.

 

Retrograde motion is a good time for inner study and to dig up issues that have been buried for too long.  Initially, what you find may not be pleasant, but these need to be confronted and dealt with.  Any patterns in your life that have reached a state of uncontrolled insistence are best addressed and dealt with now (usually on a permanent basis).

 

Much (as always) depends on which house Pluto is transiting and also the house that Pluto is located in within the natal chart, as these will be areas of life that will undergo Pluto’s transformative energies. You may be forced to challenge any issues you dig up and bring to the surface. 

 

An example might be communicative challenges if transiting Pluto is moving through the third house or if natal Pluto resides in this house. Also, you should look to see where Pluto’s ruling sign (Scorpio) is found as this will also indicate where these changing conditions might become apparent.

 

Those with Pluto retrograde at birth are known to have great recuperative abilities and they can withstand illnesses that might be considered debilitating for many others. 

 

We would suggest that you review how Pluto is aspected in the natal chart.  Also review the aspects linked to the planets that transiting Pluto is making aspects to during its cycle to get a feel for how these areas of life along with the energies associated with the planets involved will affect the overall conditions of this very significant transit of Pluto.

 

In general, it is a good time to get in touch with any issues that need dealing with or cleansing. Review what your inner needs may be. It is a time for inner reflection. Transformations often take up to a year or two to unfold.

 

On an outer level, it is also a good time to begin exercise programs and detoxifying diet that helps cleanse the body, but do not forget your spiritual needs as well.  Enjoy these rather intense transformations that often takes place as Pluto moves into direct and retrograde motion affecting planetary links and important positions in your birth chart.

TRANSITING SATURN RETROGRADE THROUGH THE HOUSES

Saturn turned retrograde on May 21, 2021.  During its retrograde cycle, it will move from 13 degrees Aquarius and backtrack down to 6 degrees Aquarius and then return to direct motion on October 11, 2021.  Saturn in retrograde is said to work much more favourably than while in its direct motion.  We will touch on several placements of transiting Saturn through the houses and aspecting angles in this post.

 

Saturn in the tenth house speaks strongly of opportunities with career and personal status. 

 

Saturn in the second speaks of extra income and opportunities to establish yourself which in turn provides a greater feeling of satisfaction and security.  

 

Saturn in the sixth reflects personal changes in the work environment and with co-workers.  In some cases, you can seek out help from those who you work with if this is a requirement.

 

If you find Saturn while in retrograde passing over your Ascendant or moving through the first house, this can be a time of personal improvement and establishing yourself by how you represent yourself to the public.  Saturn in retrograde passing over the Ascendant could be a time to join an exercise program and focus on your body.  Saturn moving over the Ascendant (the health center) in direct motion can indicate struggles in health-related matters.  Other factors, however, must be in place for this to have any real profound effects.

 

If Saturn is going through the seventh this can be a time for self-improvement and can have effects on your marriage and with close personal relationships and even business partnership.  You can have a serious approach to what needs to be done and how to go about this.  Saturn is always serious and there are no halfway measures about what it asks you to do.  See this as an opportunity, a time to improve conditions and rid yourself of anything unwanted.  Saturn passes over the IC will have a strong effect on its own, but if you have other planets in this house, Saturn, as it passes over them, will be influenced by their energies too.

 

If Saturn is moving through the third house this might be a time for study and making changes to your everyday activities.  Perhaps higher education is on the agenda, especially if the ninth house is involved too.  Listen carefully to what your mind is telling you and abide by it.  This time can have profound effects down the road and what you do now can make a difference later on. 

 

If Saturn is moving through the fifth house or affecting the fifth house by aspect, this might be a time to tighten up your relationship with your lover.  It may be a time to move to the next level or if the relationship is poor and cannot be repaired perhaps this is the time to let go and move on.  Your children being part of the fifth house influence may be an area of focus and perhaps you might want to lighten up on them; give them more breathing room.  Sometimes they need to learn from their own mistakes.  Saturn is the greatest teacher although the lessons brought forth may not be that enjoyable.

 

If Saturn is in the eighth house or the twelfth perhaps this is a time for deep inner reflection and relying more on your intuition and learning how to find yourself in a deeper and more profound level of understanding.  Saturn in the eighth can also speak of dealings with shared matters including joint finances and this can be a time when you make changes or decide to join forces in order to make your money work better for you.  On the contrary, you may want to separate your funds from your partner and become more self-sufficient.

 

Saturn in the eleventh or affecting planets in the eleventh may speak of joining a group of people who are like-minded and share the same or similar interests as you.  This may be business-related and affect you in personal terms as time passes.  Shared interest groups can help in many areas, and it is never too late to join.

 

These are simple indicators.  Life runs much deeper, but this provides you with insight on how to use Saturn in a positive sense especially while in its retrograde cycle.

CHANGE

Sometimes the best-laid plans will go awry and because we do not always travel the path we prefer, we react to life and forget purpose. These reactions create stress and if we continue to fight the process, we become lost in the “what if’s” and “why me’s”. These feeling and thoughts can leave us quite depleted and without direction. This is a temporary state of affairs, however, and will also pass if we allow ourselves to let go and move into the moment.

 

Nothing in life goes without change. Shifts of consciousness and shifts in circumstance often run hand in hand.

 

Sometimes we have to let go of where we have been to take new paths that can be quite foreign to us. This can be frightening but at the same time very exciting. 

 

Take the bull by the horns and move forward. Sometimes we need a little push from life or from others to take that step forward. If we chose to step forward on our own, life just feels easier. Resistance only creates stress 

 

We are all capable of moving forward. We just need to recognize this fact and to face our fears.

 

Emotional disruptions more often than not signify the need for change, and we must allow ourselves this freedom to grow and expand. Step out of the confinement of complacency and/or familiarity. Do not wait for life to dictate that change must take place. It is usually much more pleasant and less disruptive if we take those steps ourselves. 

 

This IS your life! Live it to the best of your abilities. Never sell yourself short.

TRANSITING URANUS CONJUNCT THE ASCENDANT IN ASTROLOGY

If you have a Taurus Ascendant sign around 12 to 15 degrees, transiting Uranus has been stirring up matters.  Transiting Uranus has a powerful effect on us, and its energies often are felt as far away as 5 degrees while approaching our Ascendant and continues to have an influence as much as 2-3 degrees separating.   Normally when it reaches our Ascendant within a few minutes approaching (60 minutes in one degree of orb) there is often something that happens in our lives that correlates with the action and intent of Uranus.  When trying to decipher a rectified birth time, Uranus along with transiting Mars as well as the Sun and the progressed Moon will help to further identify the actual birth time.  If Mars is also making an aspect which corresponds with Uranus, it is especially powerful and often an incident will occur. 

 

Look at your birth chart to see where Uranus is located by sign and house as well as its overall condition by aspects to other planets to get a clearer picture as to what might be involved.

 

Uranus is known as the awakener and its influence often presents us with new and different approaches. Uranus calls for objective viewing of our life’s circumstances particularly our relationships when it is connected to the Ascendant and demands that we analyse these conditions. If these relationships no longer serve an evolutionary purpose, Uranus often pushes us in directions that could terminate these relationships. If the relationship is strong, it will go through a time of awakening. Both parties will usually have to make changes to not only themselves but also change for their mate. If we choose to follow these energies, the relationship, although altered, will grow stronger, refreshed and able to withstand life’s lessons with more vigor.

 

Uranus is often found to activate conditions in life when there is a need for change or a want to break free.  Its actions are often out of our control and any resistance to the required change often results in forcible action from outside forces in a more vigorous manner than if we initiated the changes ourselves. This is not to say that we should fear Uranus when it activates areas of our chart, only that we should be ready for the unexpected and that change is pending.

 

Anything in life that has gone stale or offers little in the line of growth will come under scrutiny during this period. Pay particular attention to the house placement of Uranus in your natal chart as this is an area that will undoubtedly be affected. 

 

Be ready for a change in your life which will affect many areas of life.  As you have been feeling its effects, you are somewhat prepared for this to occur, but when it happens it will happen out of the blue, without any warning. Expect the unexpected. 

 

It should be pointed out that Uranus provides change that is very constructive and although this period may have several upheavals and unexpected incidents, the outcome will be well-worth the turmoil. Allow at least 3-6 degrees past the Ascendant degree to fully comprehend what has taken place and take in the energy with open arms as exciting times are at hand.  Change should be welcomed as it is directly linked to your evolution.

PERSONAL RESPONSE

There are times in life when the signals get crossed and our judgements can be clouded.  This could pertain to many of life’s issues and even our judgement of others which we unfortunately form from lack of information or by misinterpreting events. 

 

I am sure you have heard it said that we should never judge others unless we have walked a mile in their shoes.  We will never be aware of their full life’s circumstances and will never be able to understand their life’s experiences from where we are standing.

 

We can never imagine someone else’s elation or their sorrow. 

 

Frequently early childhood experiences set the stage for our response to events and people.  Physical and emotional abuse, alcoholism, or drug abuse by loved ones for example leave lasting consequences.  Each of us has core reasons for our behavior.  Even a hard day at work or challenging conditions with the children can influence the way we respond to events throughout our day. With this in mind, how can we possibly judge others on their reactions or responses? 

 

Make an effort to study our own personal responses to events.  These are the actions that we have control over and can change if need be.  Our expectations of others are truly unrealistic and simply set us up for disappointment and anguish.  If we cannot control our own responses at times, how can we place expectations on others?

 

If you are looking for compassion and understanding from others, set that example but without expectation.  Your own reaction to events either stirs up more of what it is you do not want, or it can start a new focus of love and forgiveness.

 

Our reaction to life events and our interaction with others is a personal choice.  We have the option of making a decision that provides positive outcomes or positive alternatives under any conditions.  The next time we experience ego interference, stop for a moment.  Offer energy conducive to support, peace and enlightenment.  They in turn can use this positive reaction to assist in lifting themselves out of their place of confusion or frustration. 

 

If our offering is not utilized and this person continues on their own stressful path; do not judge.  Send love their way; turn away and remove yourself from their choices.  Their actions are their choice; your reactions are yours.

TRANSITING NEPTUNE SQUARE NATAL VENUS

Transiting Neptune has a veil of uncertainty attached to its energies.  Neptune, especially in challenging aspect has some vagueness to it.  It can make things very unclear or uncertain and can leave us in a bit of a fog. 

 

Neptune’s energies suggest that we go beneath the surface and uncover the truth of the situation or our current life’s conditions. 

 

Neptune in transit has a psychic or intuitive flavour to it; and in many cases, if we listen closely, we get information that is relayed to us through the unconscious or our sub-conscious mind.  Neptune is closely tied to mysticism and spirituality and as we lift that veil of uncertainty, we are guided by forces greater than our mere mortal energies.

 

Venus on the other hand has to do with love and affection and is sometimes tied to the finances.  It can also refer to a young female or women in general, but if linked in some way either through transit or natal aspect to Mars, it often has to do with sexual and love connections. 

 

The house positions involved will give greater detail into what area of life is involved and as usual, check the natal placement of Neptune and the aspects that natal Venus make in the birth chart. 

 

If this connection between transiting Neptune and natal Venus is tied to relationships of significance as indicated by your chart, then there may be some confusion or idealism in this relationship.  It may be best to have input by close reliable friends and family as you may not be getting the whole picture, or your mind may be playing games with you. 

 

If, for example, transiting Neptune or Venus is tied to the fifth house, this may indicate that a romantic relationship is what this aspect is speaking about.  If this is tied to the seventh house, then the marriage may be going through some challenging conditions. 

 

Square aspects can be quite aggravating; however, they often force us into action.  As we maneuver our way through the obstacles, we eventually uncover the truth and see things as they are.  Sometimes we will not get the full picture until Neptune passes out of orb (2 degrees past being direct).  If Neptune goes into retrograde and passes over the same position again then there is further work yet to come, but in most cases the first direct alignment is usually the most powerful.

 

Many individuals reading this post may feel somewhat dismayed by what the energies suggesting.  However, it should be noted that all aspects over time have the potential for favourable conclusions.  One way or another, the truth is revealed, and the veil is removed, and we continue moving in our guided direction.  There are no mistakes along the way.  In many cases after the fact, we find out that what appeared to be the wrong direction in the moment was actually the best route we could have travelled.  It may not be a pleasant experience, but it was what was needed to learn.  The lesson at hand was important and we needed to move through this situation in order to locate that needed final outcome. 

 

All conditions are favourable on some level regardless of aspect configuration and they are all meant to be.  All lessons are for our greater good, even if it does not look or feel that way during the experience.  We learn from life and many times we don’t clearly understand the “why” behind events.  The outcome may not seem favourable at the time, but the lesson learned is what was important.

NEW MOON IN CANCER JULY 9, 2021

 We will be experiencing the New Moon energy on the 9^th of July, 2021, at 9:16 p.m. EDT in the sign of Cancer at 18 degrees.  With the New Moon in Cancer and Venus with its conjunction to Mars both in Leo, (Venus at 15 degrees and Mars at 18 degrees both Semi-Sextile to this New Moon positioning), this can suggest the potential for a strong love interest with a highly emotion connected.  The Semi-Sextile often speaks of being in the right place at the right time.

 

Since the New Moon’s energies are affiliated with new beginnings and if you have a planet near the 18-degree mark especially by conjunction or opposition then perhaps these energies will apply to you. 

 

Are you ready for an exciting relationship? 

 

The energy is strong, and the time is ripe for this to take hold.  This would be particularly so if the New Moon takes place in your fifth house as this often represents new unions.  If this is found in the seventh house perhaps this suggests your relationship will go to a new level.

 

Venus and Mars together often suggest romantic liaisons or in some cases a push to gather oneself and put energy into the finances.  Venus speaks of love and affection but can also denote money and valuables.  If this is about relationships and if this New Moon is found in your fifth house perhaps this speaks of an addition to the family or a plan to move ahead with this in mind.  Leo is often associated with a drive, push or desire to lead rather than follow and love and affection is high on the list.

 

Remember what you begin and set into motion will often rise to fruition during the next Full Moon in the same sign (Cancer) which is in 6 months.  The work you do moving forward will have a direct impact on what the harvest will look like.  Cancer often relates to family and nurturing, so this New Moon has indicators that often have this in mind.  Family may become increasingly important and nurturing and taking care of them may be high on the agenda. 

 

Saturn at 11 degrees Aquarius is in opposition to Venus and Mars and this stirs up some potential need for structure and can assist in the building of a solid foundation but only after any necessary work.  Others may have a hand in this perhaps opposing what is in force or on the other hand helping push the energy forward.  Saturn, however, wants to move slowly and with precision while Mars/Venus in Leo is ready for action.   This may create a bit of a dilemma. 

 

Uranus at 14 degrees Taurus forms a T-square with Venus/Mars and Saturn.  The squares from Venus/Mars and Saturn make this a challenging aspect.  Much energy is applied to Uranus which is the planet of change.  Disruption may have a say in what is taking place as well.  Uranus seeks to remove any obstacles and foster in a much-needed change although it can do so with a degree of abruptness.  However what Uranus often seeks is freedom on some level and change that is long past due.  You might have had a few kicks along the way pushing you in a new direction and Uranus’ energies are not hindered as it is still in direct motion (Uranus moves into retrograde August 20) suggesting that its energies are currently unobstructed.

 

There is little doubt that those affected by this New Moon will have their hands full and you can anticipate lots of energy pushing you ahead.  Lead by your heart, not the mind and follow your intuitive insight.

PRESSURES AND CHOICES

Life often presents us with challenges that seem to steal our focus and somehow manage to stifle our growth or so we think.  We are often confronted with what feels like massive, overwhelming tests that come at us from all sides.  We are seldom prepared for these events as they come when we least expect them.  This is most certainly how it can feel, and our reactions are not always what we want, in hindsight. 

 

For some, this seems to be the reoccurring theme in life.  When we are faced with adversity and difficult conditions, we often meet these lessons with opposition.  We sometimes feel as though we are victims of life, but are we?  Are we not actually victims of our reaction to life’s events? 

 

Life is going to happen, with or without our consent.  We can face life head on and use the events to grow and learn.  It is important to recognize these events as not part of us and we cannot own them or make them our own.  Far too often, we may meet life’s events with frustration, anger, create a very difficult lesson and feeling as though these lessons are a part of us.  We decide to own the events instead of seeing them as a lesson to grow.

 

With the latter scenario, how will these reactions change what has transpired?  What is the benefit of the attitude we have decided to have?

 

We have a choice on how we deal with adversity.  It is also up to us how long we choose to hang on to the events.  How much control are you willing to give to these uncontrollable events?

 

This is not to say that we are unaffected by what takes place even if we do not fight the event.  This does not mean that we are not emotionally affected by life’s events, nor does it mean that we are cold or unemotional in any way.  What it does mean is that life happens, and we have options as to what way we react.  There are always choices to be made.  We are not at the mercy of these events as many believe.  We are always at the helm of our reactions and our emotions.  We alone dictate how we will allow ourselves to be affected by each and every event in life.

 

Undesirable events do happen, and they are not by choice, but we have choices as to how we will allow ourselves to be affected. We make those choices whether those decisions are conscious or not.  If we choose to analyse our decisions and recognize our part in the process, we learn how to adjust to life’s events rather than becoming victims to them.  Being familiar with our past reactions and decision helps us to learn to stop reaction and make clear decisions on how to move forward. 

 

Learning to listen to that quite inner guide as it will help us through the process and understanding our reactions and taking control can have lasting effects.  These will provide us with the momentum and courage to withstand any pressure that comes from our lessons in life.  Stop, process, and then move forward after a controlled decisions.  Stand tall in the face of adversity by recognizing the lesson, seeing it as not a part of you but simply a lesson then move forward with that knowledge.
