SHARING OUR GIFTS

The most important realization we can have concerning the gifts we have been graced with would be understanding that these gifts are to be utilized to their fullest.  Not only are we blessed to recognize our special talents (and each and every one of us are graced with something) but we are graced with the ability to use them at our own level of understanding.

As we mature into our selves, we begin to see these gifts more clearly and can begin to use them in our daily lives. 

We practice self-awareness and we understand the importance of living in the moment.  We identify our own unique individuality, and we release the ego’s interference (I know this one takes work).  In the beginning we slowly move forward as it takes time and work to awaken these dormant parts of our self.  Gradually we increase our pace as we recognize these God-given traits that are awakening within.

We all walk this road of life together and we all have equal abilities just in varying areas.  Some individuals fail to see their talents but they too are on track and will travel the road they are meant to walk. 

Once we have discovered our gifts, it is imperative to share them.  A gift is not a gift if it is not utilized and shared.  What good is a thing of beauty if it is greedily hidden away so that we and others cannot enjoy it?  This greedy act also hides the beauty from the individual it was gifted to.

As we awaken to our true potential, it is essential to share what we have learned.  We cannot force anyone to learn for each individual has a choice.  This is a natural process and can and will only happen when it is the right time.  No one knows when the time is right for this process to begin.  We can plant a seed as a teacher but we cannot facilitate learning for others.  That is their choice.

We really do not fully understand the process even when we have walked that trail.  Awakening comes in difference ways for different people.  Let’s honour our differences.

A true teacher teaches through example. 

If you are focused on healing others (and we are all capable of this on some level) share your precious gift through healing and teaching with those that come into your life.   

Gifts are not gifts if they are kept neatly wrapped up in a box.  Gifts are meant to be shared. 

Sometimes we need to be reminded that the individuals that need us the most are the ones that are usually the most challenging to deal with.  It is not necessarily a simple and easy road but these gifts are to be shared with all.  As a result, we should open up to others regardless of the walls and obstacles they may put up in place.   Open up even to those that challenge you.  (We are not suggesting that you put yourself in harm’s way.  This would benefit no one.  We are suggesting that we live through example even for those that make it difficult to share love and compassion with them.)

You are the light for others that cannot see their way clear. 

We CAN use our collective energies to move mountains. 

We can only move forward when we allow ourselves the freedom of movement.  Take whatever steps are necessary to share your life. 

Live your life inside the loving circle of creation and balance the gifts that you have received by sharing what you can through example.

TRANSITING JUPITER CONJUNCT NATAL MARS

 Transiting Jupiter often brings good luck, opportunities and expansion.  Jupiter opens doors that may have been previously closed and sometimes these doors deal with life’s philosophies, religious doctrines and spiritual enlightenment.  Much depends on what house your natal Jupiter is found in within your personal Astrology chart and also what house transiting Jupiter is moving through.  Jupiter brings about optimistic approaches to almost anything it touches.

When Jupiter is conjunct Mars, it merges its energies with those of Mars.  Mars is all about drive and the ability to pursue goals and objectives we might want to explore.  Any conjunction always merges the energies of the two or more planets involved.  If, for example, natal Mars was also conjunct the Sun while in conjunction with Jupiter, you would have a merging of all three energies.  As Jupiter makes its conjunction to your Mars have a look at the aspects Mars is making in your chart to other planets or angles as they will also be affected by this conjunction.

If, for example, your Mars was natally located in the fifth house, the expansion and positive energies linked with the desire for action and a push in life may be related to a love connection or your children (if any).  Perhaps you have been waiting on pushing ahead with a creative project.  Now would be the time to pursue these areas of life, although over-optimism and a general feeling that nothing can go wrong should be noted. 

Life has its twists and turns but if the general energies with the natal potential is a favourable influence (defined by natal aspects to Mars and Jupiter) things have a greater likelihood to turn out nicely for you under this influence. 

Remember the closer Jupiter is to making a direct contact to Mars, the stronger the energies.

Another example would be Mars and Jupiter’s conjunction being found in the eleventh house.  This would still have the same energy push and optimistic approach as the previous example but in this location, it would be related to your friends or perhaps some group activity that you have been pursuing or even working towards starting up yourself.  Just ensure that you are not jumping into something without taking the time to do the necessary prep work.  Mars often acts in a hasty manner so keep this in mind.

Your hopes and wishes just might come true if these aspects line up.  Take a chance and go for it with this placement in your chart.  As always, look at the whole chart for the whole picture.

DISPOSITOR TREE

The final Dispositor or Dispositor Tree is essentially the chain of command.  There will be one planet, sometimes two planets, that rules the Astrology chart. 

If there is a planet in its own sign, for example Saturn in Capricorn, it is the final Dispositor or chief in command. 

The way the Dispositor pattern is calculated is determined by the planets in the signs.  For example, we will use Sagittarius as the rising sign which is ruled by Jupiter (the natural ruler of Sagittarius); Jupiter is in Aries (in our example) and so Aries natural ruler is Mars.  Mars is in Scorpio and Scorpio is naturally ruled by Pluto.  Pluto is in the sign of Leo and Leo rules the Sun.  The Sun is in Aquarius and Aquarius is ruled by Uranus.  Uranus is in the sign of Cancer and Cancer is ruled by the Moon.  The Moon is ruled by Scorpio bringing the ruler back to Pluto. 

We have not yet touched on Venus which is in Sagittarius ruled by Jupiter and Jupiter is in Aries.  We have already followed that route and it came back to Pluto. 

We have not touched on Saturn which is in Libra ruled by Venus which is ruled by Sagittarius.  This brings us back again to Jupiter and following that same route to Pluto. 

We have not touched on Neptune which is ruled by Venus and Venus is in Sagittarius bring us back to Jupiter and ending that cycle to Pluto. 

Pluto, therefore, is the common denominator and will be the final Dispositor.

Is there planets in mutual reception (an example of this could be Saturn in Libra and Venus in Capricorn)?

Libra rules Venus and Saturn rules Capricorn, so these two positions are in mutual reception.  These two planets will be very significant in the chart and in this individual’s life.  Having these two planets in each other’s signs stop the chain of command and makes them both very significant in the chart.

Is there are planets in their own signs (for example, Saturn in Capricorn)?  The calculation goes no further and this becomes the final Dispositor. 

Sometimes there are two interplanetary links that constantly come to the forefront.  These two planets are extremely important in the birth chart and together share the rulership of the chart.

The ruler of the Ascendant is also been called the ruler of the chart and its planetary ruler is of extreme importance as well.  For example, Sagittarius as an Ascendant will make Jupiter extremely important in this individual’s life.  If Libra were the rising sign, then Venus would be very important to this individual.  Remember that the Ascendant sign is how we relate to the world on an outside expression and the individual with Libra rising would then be very social, very pleasing to meet, always seeking harmony and balance in life.  They would resonate in this way to those that they meet, especially on first meeting.

The final Dispositor is the planet which other planets depend on and this planet will have a profound effect in the life of the individual.  In the example we used at the start of this post, Pluto will play a prominent role in the unfolding of this individual, and Pluto will have assistance from Jupiter.  These two planetary links, therefore, provide the needed impetus to propel this individual forward in reaching their life’s objectives and transformations will play a big part in that unfolding. 

Follow your chain of command and see which planet or planets affect you in a direct and creative manner.  This will be the driving force and motivating factor in your life.

REACHING OUT

If someone were standing right in front of you extending their hand for assistance, what would your response be?  How would you react and what could you do to help them in their time of need? 

If that person were vindictive in nature, would your actions for this person vary from your actions to assist someone who is loving or gentle?

When we are faced with individuals that have challenging characteristics, we need to be steadfast and true to our own personal journey.  We cannot back down because of a particular response or simply because part of us feels as though this individual does not deserve our assistance (This is judgement coming from ego).  If they are coming to us, there is a reason.  We must have something of significance to offer, even if their responses do not meet our expectations.

Advice somehow always seems to miss its mark.  Actions through example, however, speak volumes.  If we feel we must give advice, we should use a gentle approach.  Force creates friction.  The response to our actions is created by the receiver and is not ours to own.  Our ego has no place in the equation when we are offering our assistance.  If you do not like the response, send love and walk away.  Change and growth by someone else is their journey not ours.

Love and compassion will always be our best approach when we are offering a gentle reminder that things can get better.  The actual change must come from within those who see that they need change (even if it is simply a change of attitude). 

It is never co-incidence when someone is sent our way.  We can always offer assistance but we cannot make the changes or force others to accept our help or advice. 

If we do our best in any given situation, we are being true to ourselves and our journey. 

We have control over our reaction to events in our lives and how we respond to those who share this journey with us. 

Control what you are supposed to and have faith that all else will happen as it should.

INFLUENCING US ALL - NEPTUNE SEXTILE PLUTO

The sextile between Neptune and Pluto is a long standing aspect and it has been in influence for approximately 70 years.  As a result, everyone under the age of 70 will have this aspect in their birth chart.  There are many other influences in our birth charts so for some individuals this aspect will be predominant and for others, they may have aspects that water down the affects of the sextile between Neptune and Pluto.

This is a very sensitive placement between these two outer planets and is said to stimulate psychic and clairvoyant abilities, particularly if the Sun or Moon are also aspected by these planets.  The closer this sextile aspect is to being direct, the stronger the influence.

This sextile began during the Second World War around 1942 and deals with inner exploration, the mystical journey if you will.  I am sure that many that experienced the Second World War would have spent time in contemplation of the why behind the war and learned a great deal about themselves during their plight.  This would have taken place on a global scale and even though those that fought this war were not born with this sextile in their birth chart, they would have had it in transit.  This too would have affected different areas of their natal chart.

Pluto and Neptune both deal with the subconscious.  Neptune deals with spirituality while Pluto deals with transformation.  It takes little imagination to understanding the influence that these two giants in astrology would have in the lives of those that have this energy strongly influencing their lives.  The sextile between these two planetary energies deal with the collective and the philosophy of the people influenced by this union.  Many are swayed through the intuitive channels and are pioneering when dealing with problems faced by humanity.

Some with this aspect can use their psychic abilities and aid others in their quest for truth.  Many who have this sextile strongly placed in their birth charts have the potential for expanding their understanding of the psychic and mystical journey that we share.  When among groups of people with shared interests in these abilities, the potential can surface and become part of the everyday experience, after all it is known as the super-NATURAL.

NEW MOON & ITS ENERGIES’ LINK TO THE FULL MOON

The New Moon phase is considered a time to put goals into action,  setting things into motion.  We can set new goals for our self and when the Full Moon moves into the same sign or house positon that the New Moon was in, we will find that the energies flow more easy to complete our goals. 

The Full Moon cycle is often linked to completing or reaching the end of a condition or course of action.  This is when ideas and our work effort come to fruition.  If we are not quite there, this period provides the energies so that we can visualize the whole picture and often will instinctively know what the next steps should be to complete our goal.

In the New Moon phase, we could set our plans and outline what our intensions may be.  Our normal metaphor is the garden of life.  The new Moon is the time to ready our garden and plant our seeds after which we can work to see our goals grow.  No seed grows without being attended to.  We can ensure that our goals receive the necessary food and water and that it is not being choked out by other activities in life.  As times passes, watch how our goals manifest as life presents the needed opportunities and we put in the required work.  When we plant our seeds, our intension is set. 

When we enter into the Full Moon cycle, particularly if there is a link to the sign and house positon of the original New Moon phase when we set are intensions, we will discover that either these intensions can materialize, they can deepen or mature or they have withered.

If we set our intensions on goals specific to the house and sign position in our personal astrology chart, the potential for success is greater than if we set intensions in areas of life that are not linked to house and sign position. 

For example, if the New Moon is in Taurus and in the fourth house, we might think about beautifying our home and doing work on the house, as Taurus often speaks about material comforts and the fourth house has to do with the home environment.

If the same sign and house placement are involved in our personal chart during the new moon and full moon cycles but our sights were set on begin a new relationship, this goal might not work out as well for us.  In this circumstance we might want to wait until the New Moon sign placement is in Libra and the house placement is in the fifth house.  Libra is all about partnership and important relationships among other things, and the fifth house deals with romantic involvement (among other things).

If by chance the New Moon Cycle begins under a Void-Off-course Moon, it has been noted that things will often not materialize during this cycle.  (Void-off course is when the moon is not making an aspect while leaving one sign and entering the next.  For example, the Moon is in Aries at 27 degrees 15 minutes at which time it squares Mars.  It will not make another aspect to any other planets until it is at Taurus at 1 degree and 23 minutes.  This period is known as Void-Off-Course).  The Void-Off Course period could last from a few hours, even minutes to several days.  Under the influence of the Void-Off course Moon, goals may not materialize or things do not go as planned.  It would be better to wait until a time when there is no Void-Off-Course influence.

It is not suggested by this Astrologer that we have to wait to make plans or decisions in life for these opportune moments to come, but there is a better chance to make things work if following these guidelines.  Even with the energies of the moon cycles are influencing our Astrology chart, we must always look at the whole chart as there may be other mitigating conditions within the chart making challenges or even more easy flow for our goals.  Always look through the whole chart as it can help us discover if we will be presented with challenges or easy flow in achieving any objective.

Astrology can be used to help our life’s endeavors, but we always have the leading role in determining what actions to take.  Astrology is a guide to help us with our decisions.  It does not dictate.

OUR VIBRATIONAL LEVEL

As we open ourselves up to higher intentions, some of us become more aware of our souls’ and/or our personal guides.  This all unfolds as it should.  We cannot hasten the process no matter how much we want to recognize the presence of these guides.  All events in life happen or unfold in their own time. 

Many of us may only feel the presence of our guides from time to time in different ways.  Whether we feel their presence or we do not, our guides are always with us.  For those in tune to this, we can feel their presence in sublet ways and as we become familiar with these subtleties, we will recognize their continued presence more and more.  As we continually raise our vibrational level, we become closer to the vibrational levels of the spirit plain.  The gap continues to narrow as we continue our spiritual development.

Our quest is far from over, but the stage is set and we are on our way.  Many are moving along similar routes, and we connect with these individuals.  Our development and growth is ours alone but we are never alone in our journey.

Have faith in the process and let go of control.  The process is out of our hands although our attitude and beliefs influence all. 

Much is changing.  Eventually we will not be able to step back or deny what is.  Denying the truth is ultimately impossible and we will “recognize” more and more along our way…one foot in front of the other.

Take hold of your destiny.  Share it with those that are ready to understand.  Accept the process without restriction and the flow will accelerate. 

We alone hold ourselves back.
