TRANSITING PLUTO TRINE NATAL MOON

 Pluto is in the sign of Capricorn and will remain in this sign until it finally moves into Aquarius and stays there towards the end of 2024 and into 2025.  For those individuals with this trine to Pluto, the houses where you find your natal Moon, transiting Pluto and natal Pluto will define the areas of life that are being affected by this transit of Pluto.  You will also have to look at the aspects within the natal chart to your Moon (especially tight configurations) as this will provide more information to help you analyse the potential from this transit.

 

Pluto in trine is favourable under most conditions and suggests easy flow, good luck and growth through transformation in the areas of home, family and change that is now calling for action.  The Moon in some cases also speaks of the Mother and is also related to your emotions and your emotional interaction due to conditions at hand.

 

You may experience changes within the family.  Sometimes this speaks of additions to the family circle, marriage potential, growth opportunities and positive changes.  The home may undergo transformations; some redecorate or renovations while others go deeper and buy or sell their homes. 

 

When it comes to the Mother and if the home is involved, she may buy or sell her home or if she is older, she may move into a retirement home.  Changes are in store within the family unit and in most cases this is quite positive and growth oriented.  Trines are considered favourable aspects and are the energies that we wait for.

 

Pluto is the agent of change and deep seated transformation.  In many cases circumstances come to an end and something new and more appropriate replaces what was in place for perhaps many years.  However, the change that takes place is often felt or known before it actually occurs.  There is a need for change which when connected to the Moon may suggest emotional responsive changes.  Perhaps after careful review, you decide to change the way you look at things from an emotional perspective.  Maybe a change in perspective is required or the way you allow emotions to control situations.

WHO ARE YOU?

Tonight, when you are going through your bedtime routine, will you take a moment to be thankful for all that was today?  

 

Do you review your life through a focus of gratitude? 

 

Recall your life from the earliest days that you can.  Reflect on the innocence and carefree attitude you had as a child, if you can find these memories.  

 

Make a connection between who you are now and the little one you were so many years ago.  Think of the time that has passed and reflect on whatever memories come back to you.  These memories are partly what have brought you to this present moment in time.

 

Each event is part of our life’s experience and these events remembered, along with countless others forgotten, are what have helped to mold the attitude of your current have.  These events have helped shape and transform your personality response. That little innocent child is still reflected in you today.

 

Each event you experienced was meant to be and was a requirement in the developing story of you.  Nothing was by chance, regardless of how traumatic or wonderful the experience.  There were no mistakes. Nothing was to be left unsaid or not done.  If you look deep enough, you will come to terms with the “why” behind these experiences maybe not today but possibly tomorrow or another day.  They were all necessary to provide you with the experience you needed to grow.

 

Take a moment to reflect on who you are today.  Be completely honest, as it is impossible to fool yourself.  Recognize the individual.  Accept who you are.  

 

What are your attributes? Be honest and totally open.  Do not let the ego colour these reflections, as it will try to influence these impressions.  

 

Look only at the positive characteristics and again reflect.  Know that this is you.  Yes you!  Do not skip this positive review.  It is essential to recognize this true individual.   These wonderful qualities are the true essence of you and you deserve these virtues.  You worked hard through your life to allow this beautiful you to exist.

 

There are many great benefits with viewing your character traits and your personality.  You are meant to identify with this person.  You are your best qualities; no matter how few you acknowledge and no matter how many you appreciate.  

 

If you are unimpressed with what you see, you are undoubtedly looking at what you are not.  You should look deep within in order to acknowledge who “you” is.

 

By reflecting on your true essence, you open the channel for continued growth in life.  You will uncover or allow more of who you are.  There are hidden aspects of your true essence that are waiting to be released, but you have to be willing to open that door and to see and accept these.  By recognizing your true essence, you are allowing your core personality to expand into your consciousness. 

 

This core essence is always awake and ready to reveal itself to you and to reawaken you to your full potential.  You are all these pleasing qualities and more.  Accept this.  The true you is ever-present and continuously expanding.  See you for who you are.  Accept self so that more of self can emerge.

TRANSITING SATURN AND JUPITER CONJUNCTION

Transiting Saturn is in the sign of Capricorn and will remain in this sign for approximately 2 ½ years. Saturn is at home in the sign of Capricorn as this is its natural ruler. Saturn deals with business associations and those people of authority or of expertise. Saturn rules discipline and structure and builds solid foundations over time often after periods of challenging conditions (the “lessons”).

Saturn in the sign of Capricorn and connected by conjunction to Jupiter could indicate added responsibilities in the working environment, although could also indicate being noticed by those in positions of authority. If you have been meticulous at your job, you may get recognition and possibly even the potential for an increase in wages.

 

Jupiter likes to expand on things and when hard work has been applied and those in positions of power recognize it, you may also be in line for a promotion. Jupiter tends to bring with it good luck although with Saturn, it will imply hard work and often some struggles in getting recognition. Keep working towards the betterment of your business and you can get noticed under these conditions.

 

Much will depend on where this conjunction takes place.  A lot of what we just touched on could come to light if the tenth house or even the sixth house if this is where this conjunction is located.

 

If we were speaking about the second house conjunction, then finances although somewhat tight may slowly begin to change and saving accumulating for a rainy day would be a perfect place for this energy to play out.

 

If you happen to make a purchase, you will likely be torn between being overly critical about what to buy and feeling as though you could afford most anything. Part of you will put a dampener on this purchase (Saturn influence) and this is probably a good idea.

 

In the second house or eighth house, you may find that joint finances can become more secure if you are disciplined enough with your money. You may also find that the finances tighten up considerably or a loss is possible if you are not disciplined.  

 

Have a look at any aspects between these two planets in your natal chart, or other planets making connections to this conjunction both in the natal chart as well as with the transits. This will tell the story. The natal promise always must be determined before you can come to a correct conclusion.

 

Attitude and patience will be the lessons associated with this combination. Remember Saturn always has a lesson attached to its energies and although this lesson may not be easy, its outcome might be worth the pain (often suggested with transits of Saturn).

 

Currently (November/December 2020) Saturn and Jupiter will be tightening up and become direct in mid/late December (exact on December 21, 2020), although the latter will be in the sign of Aquarius.  The sign Aquarius is quite different from Capricorn.  Saturn although is the natural ruler of Capricorn so much of what has been written will still apply.  In Aquarius, the energy is more directed towards humanitarian concerns and farsightedness.  There may be the beginning of affiliations linked to the betterment of humanity as a whole.  This pandemic certainly reaches out for this type of energy and seeks alignment with those in authority to push ahead to higher learning and advanced technology.  Perhaps this will be when the vaccine will begin to show its affects, and we finally begin to get a glimpse of what the future might be with a focus on the whole situation.

NORTH NODE IN CANCER

We continue our focus on the North Node signs. 

 

Please see our posts on November 30 www.holmastrology.com/apps/blog/show/49548847-north-node-in-aries and December 2 www.holmastrology.com/apps/blog/show/49545246-north-node-in-virgo  for information on the importance of the North and South Nodes in Astrology which are always opposite one another.  Reading the introduction to these posts will give you a little more understanding of the Nodes before diving into any specific sign the Nodes are in.

 

With the North Node in Cancer, our South Node would be in Capricorn.  With this North Node positioning, and remember we may not feel overly comfortable moving in this direction, although life will push us towards this path, our objective has to do with nurturing, taking care of others and emotional teachings.  Our directive may be linked to family and caring for their needs, whether this be through direct physical contact, which is most likely, or nurturing their needs through mental stimulation from an emotional perspective.

 

We are here to develop our senses and intuition and this life is a “sensing” life, where we take on energies and assimilate them into daily living.  We need deep emotional impacts and will base life’s experience from these experiences.  We may want to keep our emotions hidden from others and may not like the intensity that we are inclined to feel but this is where the life lessons stem from.  Mental stimulation is important but feelings are much more relevant for this life’s experience. 

 

We may find under this placement that we instinctively know something without anyone providing us with that particular information.  The intuition will be developed, and guidance comes through the deeper recesses of our being.  Some are here to develop their psychic abilities; others are here to learn what nurturing is about not just in the doing side of things but also in the receiving side of things.

 

In a previous life we had little time for family as our prime objective was to gain recognition and move ahead in the material world.  We wanted to make a name for ourselves and spent most of our time pursuing this goal.  We likely climbed the ladder of success and had to choose not to be close to our family.  Now we are here to learn primarily through family matters, building an environment that is warm and friendly.

 

Our emotions might have run deep in a previous life, but we did not show them.  We would have been reserved and even may have seemed cold to some.  We built our life on what we could achieve.  As a disciplinarian we might have been direct and inflexible and now as a parent we are soft and caring and show our feelings or at least this is the route we should be following under this Node sign. 

 

Do not forget, we may hold on to some of the old or comfortable character traits brought forward into this life represented by our south node, but we are not meant to follow this somewhat comfortable route.  We are here to open doors that push us in our intended direction of our north node.

 

We can still use some of the traits learned from our previous incarnation as these can assist us in moving ahead in the direction of our North Node, such as instinctively knowing what is right and what is not right, and setting up a route that we know over time will assist in matters, developing a strategy that fosters hope and self-reliance in those individuals we touch.

 

We move in our intended direction as a wave moves across the ocean.  We will find that our objectives seem to present themselves to us as we move along our proposed life’s path.  We will learn from this life’s experience because this is the plan that was put in place.

FOSTERING HOPE

 There are many individuals living in conditions they consider less than desirable.  Some cannot see clear of these situations and feel there is very little hope.  The majority of us, however, can find our way to cope with these hardships.  Some seek refuge from outside sources, while others find their way through making the best of what they have.

 

Imagine living a life of addiction to drugs or alcohol, for example.  They experience a life so wrapped up in these addictions that some resort to begging on the streets.  Those close to them walk away from the abuse for the sake of their own sanity.  Their addictions may have put these individuals in such a place that they cannot afford their next meal, they do not have a home, and they are alone because there are people that care for them but cannot be a part of their lives. 

 

A few kind words can go a long way when you see someone living on the street, let alone a small donation.  Remember, they are someone’s child, sibling or parent.  Take the time to reflect for a moment on what that would be like then reflect on how good your life is.

 

Giving can be a challenge for some.  Judgement can come too easily for some of us.  It can be difficult not to become weighed down by the thoughts that we may have when we meet someone in need. 

 

Instead of walking away, offer something even if that something is only a smile or a kind word or a conversation.  This just might be the most important thing in their world at the moment.  We do not know their circumstance and their circumstances really are not important.  They are human is the important factor.  How we treat the most vulnerable speaks volumes of who we are. 

 

You can provide that little flicker of hope that someone needs.  You might even be the answer to their prayers for that day. 

 

These are our brothers and sisters.  They deserve kindness and concern no matter what their choices have been. 

 

For the majority of our followers, their lives are blessed.  Maybe not in the ways they dream, but they are still blessed.  Intentions move us forward.  Actions create the outcome.

NORTH NODE IN ARIES

 As mentioned in our post from November 30, 2020 “North Node in Virgo”, the North and South Nodes also known as the Dragon’s Head and Tail and these two nodes are always opposite one another.  The North Node is linked with energies associated with Jupiter and the South Node is linked with energies associated with Saturn.  Both energies can be used in a positive sense however.  The North Node is tied to this life and what we are meant to pursue and push ahead with, regardless of obstacles.  The South Node is tied to a previous existence of significance also tied to this life but its energies should not be used to find shelter in.  The North Node can be uncomfortable due to the newness of the experience and the South Node is a comfortable place because we are familiar with its path.  Please see our November 30, post for a little more general information on the nodes.  www.holmastrology.com/apps/blog/show/49545246-north-node-in-virgo

 

With the North Node in Aries, the South Node would be in Libra.  Those with their North Node in the sign of Aries have come into this incarnation to propel themselves ahead in life, often without the help of others.  They are entrepreneurs and are often the first ones when it comes to pushing ahead, even at the cost of mistakes that will be made along the way.  This is in part due to rushing and not taking the necessary time to assess all the details and the potential for failure before leaping ahead. 

 

This, however, does not matter with a typical North Node Aries that knows their path.  Reluctance is not part of the picture and they will push through or at least should push through adversity or setbacks to achieve what they set out to do. 

 

North Node Aries individuals who are pursuing their path are self-directed, motivated, action oriented and leaders.  This is the path that they are meant to walk even if they run into challenging conditions along the way. 

 

If you have this positioning in your Astrology chart and find that you are dependent on others for advice or rely on someone else to start a process for you, you are working from the wrong end of your Nodes.

 

With a Libra South Node positioning, in a previous incarnation, you held little regard for what you wanted.  You always had someone else’s best interests at heart, and you did what you could to support others and, in many cases, this would have been your partner.  Now some Libra South Node individuals may marry and others have decided to do this on their own.  The South Node Libra had a strong desire to create peace and harmony in all relationships and would bend over backwards to assist those that came to their door.  Now, in this incarnation, they must push ahead with pursuits.  This is not an ego centred objective.  They are here to learn self-reliance and depend primarily on their own resources.

 

Libra is a balancing sign, and this time around, things may seem a little lop-sided as they seem to be leaning more in their own direction.  These individuals should be pushing forward and not so much for the sake of others as they did in a previous life.  Now they should be pushing in directions that are building character and inner resolution essentially building confidence in their own abilities. 

 

If they fall short, they will need to pick themselves up and not get caught up in the “failure attitude”.  They must pick up and start again until they get it right. 

 

This life is about the Aries North Node individual so they are to propel them self and not to worry about where that might take them.  They are to be a leader in their own right and stay on course.

STAYING STRONG IN THE FACE OF ADVERSITY

 There are often times in our life when we are confronted with pressing life issues.  It can be very difficult, but we continually meet the challenge and grow from the lessons.  There are times that we are aware of our powerful internal resources and there are times that our energies are low and we feel powerless.

 

There are times that we cannot find the courage or determination we need to conquer.  It is during these times that we define ourselves as weak and can be carried away by events. 

 

It is important to realize that these issues whatever they may be and however difficult they may appear, have been directed into our path as a lesson to learn and overcome.  They are not in place to permanently crush our spirit; although our first impressions, which is always the most difficult to handle, might appear that way. 

 

We have the resilience to overcome anything life throws our way, regardless of what you may think.  However what we think is our biggest obstacle. 

 

If you were assisting a friend under the same circumstances, what would be your approach?  Encourage your own ability to persevere and maintain an attitude that will help alleviate these conditions with the intent to overcome.  We have more strength then we sometimes acknowledge.  We are provided with challenging conditions to learn and to build confidence in ourselves and to recognize our capabilities.

 

See the condition or event for what it is……factual not opinion.  There is no running away from these lessons to face them head-on.  Often when we remove the emotions and see the lesson for what it is, it usually is much more manageable than first thought but the longer we wait to confront the issues the more time your mind has to make a molehill into a mountain. 

 

If we ignore what life has brought before us, the lesson may come at us even harder on its next approach. 

 

No lesson is too big to tackle.  Do not let you mind create what is not there.   The mind tends to exaggerate many of life’s situations and often the giant, when faced head-on and with an attitude of “I can do this”, shrinks to a manageable situation.  It is human nature to fear the unknown but we still place one foot in front of the other and move forward.

 

Life can provide difficult lessons at times, ones that are life changing.  We have the tools, however, to overcome anything that comes our way and the tool may be asking for help. 

 

Stand tall; recognize your abilities, your strength.  Channel your thoughts in directions that help you learn the lesson at hand and enjoy the education as best you can
