TRANSITING URANUS CONJUNCT NATAL MOON

Before we go into the definition of this aspect, it is important that you review the placement of Transiting Uranus as well as where the Moon is placed in your own personal natal chart.  These will be the areas of life that are affected by this transit.  The conjunction does not have to have negative effects if there are positive aspects between these two bodies in the natal chart, or if the Moon is very well aspected in the birth chart. 

 

The transit between the Moon and Uranus does suggest some change on an emotional level that can be quite disruptive, particularly if you have been following a ridged emotional pattern where you have not allowed your emotions to be released or expressed.  Any restrictive behaviour in terms of how you have been handling life from an emotional perspective is now subject to reckless and possible impulsive behaviour.  Your mood can vary considerably under this transit and you might find your emotions very hard to control.

 

Incidents involving women, particularly your Mother, can come under attack during this aspect.  Things intensify and your relationship may go through some struggles, or changes may come suddenly out of nowhere.  Sometimes you are the one orchestrating these behaviours, and other times it may stem from others.  This can involve women in general. 

 

In the case of men with this conjunction, they may find that they are attracted to women that may be eccentric or original in their behaviour.  Sometimes these women come into your life to help you move forward in ways that you may have been stagnating with before this time.  Other times they are just disruptive and cause trouble to the normal routine, although things may have felt rather dull before this conjunction.  Life will certainly not feel that way under this influence.

 

The Moon has to do with your emotional response and your emotional needs.  If you are supported in your life and you have been nurtured especially when you were young, your emotional expression would relay this to the outside world.  You may be nurturing yourself and want to look after others and play a mothering role or be a nurturer for them. 

 

If, however, your emotional upbringing was anything but smooth, you may have difficulties expressing your more sensitive side, especially if you have other factors in your chart suggesting this, such as strong Capricorn tendencies.  Things may change during this transit and you may have to deal with either being taken advantage of, or you may not respond well in emotional ways.  Change is what Uranus’ energies are about--required change and also freedom of expression.  If these have been hindered, this may be the time for such things to be reviewed and changed.

 

The Moon also has to do with your domestic life.  This could include your actual home or if you own property, your real estate might be subject to change such as a move or making changes within the home’s environment.  Some look for cottage property and some just do some remodeling to make their environment more comfortable. 

 

Watch for being too impulsive at this time.  Above all else, this is a time to truly get in touch with your feelings when Transiting Uranus is conjunct you natal moon.

OUR THOUGHTS

What you concentrate on, what you believe and what your expect for the future, enhance and mold your life’s experience.  However, you are not your mind!   You are not held captive by your thoughts once you recognize that you are in control.  You are the observer and with this knowledge, you can direct the thoughts in whatever direction feels appropriate because over time thoughts and expectations build and grow.

If you try to ignore something or not to think of something, you are still giving it energy.  Focused energy does not decipher whether it is good or bad, it just gives you more of what you are focused on.  Our thought processing is important as is belief structures and expectations.  You are creating through your focus every day of your life.  It takes some time to manifest but it moves in that direction.

 

In your highest form, you are spirit encapsulated in an earthly physical existence, temporarily.  You have the ability to transform your reaction to life in any way you choose.  The plan is in place, how will you react to it? 

 

Know that you will walk your road whatever that may be, and there will be challenging conditions from time to time, but also understand that you have been given the tools to work through these challenges, and you can change your reaction’s and your focus’ direction when you understand this.

TWELVE YEAR JUPITER RETURN

Transiting Jupiter has a return cycle of 12 years at which time it returns to its natal position in the Natal Chart.  Each planet has a return cycle and you can draw up a chart for that particular moment in time when each planet comes back to its original position in the Astrology Chart. 

 

A return chart should be read similarly to that of a natal chart but think in terms of the energies of the planet involved. 

 

You can delineate the Jupiter return every twelve years (approximately) by looking into the planet’s placement in the birth chart and then correlate it exactly to the same degree and minute to the time while in transit to the same degrees and minute in the birth chart.

 

The house position will be the area of life that bring opportunities, hope, good luck and expansion.  Jupiter brings with it an optimistic approach to the areas of life dictated by the house position.  This will be an area of growth and expansion and the opportunities for growth in finances, potential good fortune in personal ways and in the occupation are possible.  Once again this is all reflective of the house position of Jupiter as well as the aspects Jupiter makes within the birth chart and also the transits it will be receiving during this period.

 

Jupiter nearly always promotes growth in some fashion or another; the only problem might be if it is in aspect to Saturn.  Jupiter pushes for expansion, optimism and good luck, while Saturn pushes for structure, discipline and is often associated with delays and shortfalls especially if not enough preparation has been taken.

 

There can be expansion problems especially if Jupiter is found in the first house, as weight gain is possible, over-optimism and grand expectations can sometimes lead to less than expected results. 

 

Make sure you also have a look at the house Jupiter rules in the birth chart.  The house with Sagittarius on the cusp will also promote all the things that Jupiter offers. 

 

It is important that you use the energies properly during this cycle as this does not happen often and the general feeling of good fortune can make you sit idle and do nothing with the energies at hand.  Use this time to build for the future, but also enjoy it while it is in effect. 

 

If Jupiter moves into retrograde during the return and crosses its natal position several times, these energies will last longer and will enhance opportunities each time it crosses this particular point.  There are usually three contacts if this retrograde cycle affects your chart.  The first one is usually the most powerful. 

 

Take advantage of the offerings during this return period, regardless of whether or not Jupiter goes retrograde.

SPRING AND RENEWED ENERGY

On March 20, 2021 at 5:37 a.m. EDT, we will experience the Spring vernal equinox (Ostra). The Spring equinox brings the balance of light and dark.

 

 

There is a promise of renewal and fresh starts. This is a time for new beginnings and refreshing all that is stagnant or dormant. Our world and our lives shed their wintery veil and light shines forth.  There is the promise of warmth and longer, brighter days.

 

 

Eventually sprouts begin to push their way through the soil, trees begin to bud, the grass greens, snowflakes transform to raindrops and the promise of flowers showing their color in the buds.

 

 

Even without the telltale signs of nature, we know in our heart renewal is coming. Beyond the feeling in our hearts, in a more intangible way, we feel it in the air and smell it in the wind if we take the time to place our focus on these.

 

 

Along with this new life springing forth in nature, we experience the ability to have fresh starts in our own lives. We are still restricted this year (as we have been for 12 months now) but this too will pass. If we allow the energies of the season to guide us instead of fear, this is a time of renewed vigor and an awakening. This can draws us nearer to the promise of warmth and sunshine in our hearts and souls and not just in nature. We can mirror and utilize the energy brought on through the change of the seasons to stimulate and push us in our pursuits, new or old.

 

 

A new beginning is at hand with the promise of personal growth depending on the seeds we are now planting.

 

 

This is the time to renew our motivation, to push ahead and find outlets which can help us renew our commitment to ourselves for further growth, expansion, and evolution. Our social restrictions have actually offered us the time and space for self-study.

 

 

Springs seems to afford us the energy to move ahead more willingly in our endeavours, particularly those that we had allowed to slip during the winter.

 

 

This renewed vigor can propel us into new-found areas that may not have been available throughout the winter. It is really up to us what we plan to do with this energy and whether we utilize it or whether we waste it.

 

 

Mirror the season and take advantage of the energies at hand. Move ahead into the new. Reach beyond any limits we may have placed on ourselves. The only thing that is holding us back is us. We are our own motivation or our own stagnation. Growth and advancement are at hand.

 

 

What can be accomplished with these energies? Nature is offering you something fresh and new to focus on. Nature has provided us with hope and renewal. Let’s move beyond the stress.  Embrace the time the restrictions have provided to eliminate stress and use this time as a bonus opportunity for self-work, self-exploration and self-expansion.

SUN IN ARIES MARCH 20, 2021

The Sun moves from the sensitive and gentle, mutable, water sign of Pisces into the much more active and aggressive, strong Cardinal, fire sign of Aries on March 20, 2021. 

 

Aries is known for its ambitious character traits and often stops at nothing to achieve its personal goals.  Failure is not a serious concern as starting over again is something that the typical Aries is accustomed to doing.  Failures or shortfalls happen due to impatience and a willingness to forge straight ahead into almost anything.  This gives Aries individuals a courageous demeanor and often produces success sometimes after several tries.  They never give up on some level although if they get tired or bored with the conditions in place, they are willing to start something new without finishing what they originally set out to do.

 

There are lessons to be learned which include patience and perseverance even when they grow tired or restless.  Change is common with this sign and jumping into situations with little forethought is common.  They are restless individuals but relentless at pursuing a vision, although it works much better if the vision is personal.  In many cases what they feel they want or need comes first and for those watching, this seems to make them somewhat self-oriented.  However, if you ask them for their assistance many Aries will jump at the opportunity as long as there is something in it for them.  They believe that in order to achieve an outcome, their needs have to be met first and then they can work on what others need without any resistance.

 

Aries are here to learn about the needs of others and to achieve what they set out to do with that in mind.  Aries are best suited to be leaders and can do well in business especially if it requires starting from the ground up.  Much will depend on the house placement and the aspects directed towards the Sun as to what life is pointing towards.  Those with their Sun in the first house, regardless of the sign, will also be tempered by Aries.

 

At present, transiting Saturn is in Aquarius at 10 degrees.  Transiting Jupiter will remain in the sign of Aquarius and then move into the sign Pisces temporarily from May 14 to July 29, 2021 when it goes back into Aquarius until the end of 2021.  Those with their Sun sign in the late degrees (an orb of 3 degrees will be strong) will be experiencing the sextile to Jupiter and those with their Sun in the early to mid-degrees of Aries (Saturn moves from 7 to 13 degrees in 2021) will be experiencing the sextile to Saturn.
