JUPITER IN LIBRA OR THE SEVENTH HOUSE

For those that have Jupiter in Libra in their birth chart or Jupiter in the seventh house, you will search out partnerships based on equality, fairness and honesty.  You may be attracted to people who are open minded, love to travel and enjoy the outdoors.  You would love an honest debate and are open to other people’s opinions.  You would often bend over backwards to help others.  You may find that you sway a little too much to please others and have a hard time taking sides when you get into heated discussions.  This is due to the fact that you want to be everything to everyone and hate confrontation and discord.

There is great opportunity with Jupiter in the sign of Libra, as Jupiter will add good fortune and good luck to life’s events, particularly when it comes to your associates, your lovers and those you wish to get close to.  Justice and a great sense of morality are strong character traits aligned with Jupiter in Libra.  You may also be able to sway others to take the moral ground and make amends after an argument.

 

Marriage and close personal relationships are extremely important to you and your objective is to treat everyone fairly and offer friendly advice to those in need.  You need a partner who is intellectual and open.  Your partner should enjoy sporting activities and traveling.  You need the wide open spaces and having a walk with your loved one or a close and personal friend in nature would be something that not only suits you but conforms to your gentle nature.

When transiting Jupiter moves into the seventh house, you may find that important relationships are formed or brought into focus.  In general, Jupiter transiting through the seventh house offers opportunities to expand a current relationship and enhance the potential for making the relationship more significant in your life.  You may find that you are more helpful and courteous during the year or so that Jupiter remains in this house, especially when it comes to relationships or social interaction.

If you are experiencing legal issues, this is often a good time for mediation and justice.  Legal advice can do wonders if you are in need of counsel.  However, it is important that justice prevail and if you are searching for something that you do not deserve, you may be disappointed.  It is important, however, to see what aspects transiting Jupiter may be making to other planets in your chart.  If, for example, natal Jupiter is in the ninth house and sextile to transiting Jupiter, the opportunity for a favourable outcome is increased.  But if Saturn is somehow involved in this configuration (particularly if it is by a challenging aspect) make sure that you are doing the required ground work before you move forward and ensure that you have all legal procedures in place.  Saturn will challenge the outcome and make things difficult and may also cause delays in the final outcome.

WHERE WILL LIFE LEAD ME?

Have you ever pondered where you will be in your golden years?  Will life be easy at that stage?  Will you enjoy good healthy?  Will your mind fail you?  Will you continue to grow and move forward on your path?  Will you amount to something?

Bear in mind that this stage was set long ago, before this physical visit on earth ever began.  We are always on our path and directly on course, even when it seems we are being led astray.  There are twists and turns in our road of life and yes, each and every one of us will be taught very hard lessons.  Sometimes, if we get caught up in judgement and expectations, life will even seem unfair.  We may wonder why some seem to have it so easy when we seem to have considerable strife to contend with.

Can you accept the belief that we have set the standard of our lives long before we arrived?  I say “belief” as there are still those that do not accept this concept.  It is much easier to accept the course of this life, if we accept that we are on purpose and that we have set the plan in motion.  If we are responsible for the lessons at hand, we then have no choice but to take control of our lives.  We can blame no one else for its course.  Our focus has an immense impact on the quality of our life.  If we focus on negativity, life will be negative.  If we focus on positivity, our life will be positive.  Which do you prefer?

We picked this life and each of its lessons for a spiritual purpose.  Our higher self knows what we need to expand and grow. 

Now I return to our earlier question, “Will I amount to something?”  Remember the answer to this question is your own personal concept.  It is not important what others think of what you have accomplished in your life.  It only matters what you think!  Amounting to something can be broken down to learning how to love unconditionally and learning what compassion really is.  Have you developed a meaningful relationship with yourself?  Let go of struggle through acceptance.  Recognize your own personal abilities and put them to good use. 

Do not allow your own personal view of yourself to be tainted by what others say or think.  Ego will want to run with this information, but ego has learned nothing about true living.  We are not that voice that says we are no good.  We are the one listening to that voice.  They are two different things.

Your attitude and belief structure play a significant role in how your life unfold.  Your concentrated efforts and focus are making life what it is and that is all that really matters.  In many ways we are spectators of this life unfolding.  Destiny will have its way, even if we have a part in the overall development.  It is best to take life one day at a time.  Do not allow the imagination to run wild with what might happen.  Be content with what is unfolding right now in this moment, but yes, have goals in mind.

Life has purpose even if we do not completely or minutely understand it.  Live in the moment.  You will miss many great moments if you are living in the past or living through anticipation for the future.  Enjoy the present moment for that is all that life can offer you right now.  Know that you have purpose, believe in your potential and have faith that you are always on course no matter what the outcomes.

NEW MOON IN SAGITTARIUS, NOVEMBER 29, 2016

The New Moon on November 29, 2016, will be in Sagittarius which suggests that this is a good time for the study of metaphysical teachings.  The mystical, occult and the psychic realms come under the energies of Sagittarius and because the ruling planet is Jupiter, this is a time for expansion and potential higher learning.

Sagittarius is very optimistic by nature and also quite progressive in its expression.  Sag offers an opportunity to delve deeper for those already with ties to these teachings and newfound interest for those just beginning this adventure.  This is a learning cycle of the highest rewards and self-reflection with an honest effort provides us with self-understanding and the potential to abandon parts of the identity that now no longer serves our higher purpose.

At the time of this New Moon cycle, the Moon will be squaring both Neptune and the North Node.  As the North Node ties in with your destiny and Neptune ties in with spirituality, the road to these expressions may be challenged in some way.  The New Moon cycle, regardless of challenging aspects received from other planets, if handled correctly, can still produce rewarding results in these areas of life.  Squares, although challenging, can be overcome and in the process of moving through any difficult lesson, we becomes stronger and work harder to achieve.  There is a much great sense of accomplishment when the lesson is complete.

Since these aspects are tied directly to the destiny of spirit and are aligned with our earthly pursuit learned through our spiritual connection with source, those that have ties with this Lunar degree (7 degrees, 43 minutes) will be profoundly affected by this transition taking place in their lives.  You will have to check what planetary energies as well as what houses will be affected by this lunar cycle in your own personal chart. 

Neptune finally went direct on November 20, 2016, so its energies are now flowing more freely.  Neptune is at 9 degrees Pisces and with Neptune located in its own sign, the energies of spirituality and psychic focus are once again free to grow and mature into our lives.  One issue with Neptune, however, is that you have to ensure that your intuition is leading the way and not your imagination.  Neptune can cloud clarity but can also inspire you beyond the influence of any other planetary energy.

The North Node (currently at 8 degrees Virgo) is now in opposition to Neptune .  This opposition suggests that much of the information and psychic knowledge being expressed will come from outside sources.  If you are involved in a spiritual group, this will be the time when powerful insights taught through others will be quite apparent, as long as you are open to such things.

The South Node is tied to the energies of Saturn, the great teacher and task maker of the planetary energies.  Much of what is transpiring between the North Node and Neptune has been in force since May/June of 2016.  November has been a powerful month and the link between these two aspects will dissipate by the end of December.  As the South Node has been conjuncting Neptune for all of this period, you may have felt somewhat stifled in your spiritual journey during some of this time.  For those with natal aspects close to this degree, much depends on those energies and how they are linked in your personal chart as to how difficult this period has been.

Although there may have been stumbling blocks along the way, the South Node has been laying the foundation and is now beginning to release its energies in a more positive way and understanding may come easier.

Remember to enjoy the journey.  Learning can be an adventure.  Of course self-understanding can be a tedious experience from time to time, but the rewards for hard work and disciplinary actions far outweighs anything that may offer resistance.  Keep up with your pursuit and plant new seeds under the energies of this new moon in Sagittarius!

TRANSITING JUPITER ASPECTING THE SUN

Jupiter is in the sign of Libra between 13 and 23 degrees from the end of November, 2016 to October 2017.  Jupiter will turn retrograde on February 6, 2017. 

While Jupiter is direct, it offers opportunities and good luck when connected with the Sun especially by Sextile, Trine or Conjunction.  When Jupiter is in Square or Opposition to the Sun, the opportunities are still present but you may have to push your way through some obstacles before you get the desired result.  The only Planet that is adversely affected to any degree is Saturn. 

Jupiter promises abundance and an optimistic approach to any projects that are undertaken while in direct motion.  It provides you with the sense that no matter what way you turn the outcome has potential.  The main problem with Jupiter in direct motion is overindulgence and a feeling that nothing can go wrong.

When Jupiter moves into retrograde motion beginning on February 6, 2017 and ending on June 9, 2017, Jupiter sometimes denies the luck and abundance that is mostly apparent during the direct motion.  It still provides an ability to achieve what you have set out to do, but not without some work on your part.  Its energies are similar to that of Saturn during retrograde motion, potentially putting up roadblocks and barriers to cross before achievement is possible.  It suggests that you do the work required to put something in motion and that it may take a little longer for you to succeed than anticipated.  In some cases things begin to move forward once the retrograde cycle is over.  Jupiter’s stationary position will be the most powerful. 

It is not advisable to move forward on a new project while Jupiter is retrograde but you can still achieve if it is something that is already in motion before the retrograde cycle begins.

When Transiting Jupiter is making an aspect to the Sun in your natal chart, you may feel so good about life’s plans that you feel as though you could just sit back and let life lead.  This is much more possible with the sextile than with the trine but it would be a much better idea to work on moving forward as this is an opportune time to make things happen, especially if Jupiter is in direct motion.  Do not waste the opportunity by sitting back and letting!

You may find that you feel quite healthy and even robust during this period.  Watch for putting on weight, and remember Jupiter expands all that it touches.  Set yourself up with an exercise program that you can follow and watch what you eat; be healthy.  Your energies might be higher than normal and you may find that you are more inclined to want to go for hikes, and attend sporting events, either as a spectator or actually participating.

If Jupiter is square the Sun, this is still an opportune time although you may feel restrained and tested during this period.  If you put forth the extra work efforts, however, you can still achieve what you set out to do. 

Watch for any feelings of over optimism or extravagance as spending can be a problem under this influence.  You may regret what you do under this influence so make sure that you are thinking in long terms and review the results of your plans before taking action. 

The opposition is usually suggestive of other people setting things in motion and in some way affecting you.  Watch for the carefree husband or wife that goes on a spending spree and you as their spouse might even encourage this.  They may be the ones making suggestions that are a little extravagant and out of proportion for what your needs might actually be.

In general, this will be an opportune time even when transiting Jupiter makes challenging aspects to the Sun as well as when it is retrograde.  Take advantage of these energies.  Remember your Sun can be within 4 degrees either side of Jupiter’s degree throughout its transit and its energies will still be in effect.  When Jupiter is direct to the Sun (same degree), the energies are the strongest.

INFINITE CONSCIOUSNESS

The centre of our being is a consciousness not defined by ego.  Our consciousness is ever lasting and knows no boundaries.  Some call this consciousness our soul.  Some call it our God consciousness.  Others call it our inner self.  No matter what we name it, it is our core.

You are directly connected to this inner energy and it represents the fundamental principles of who we are at the deepest level of understanding.  This consciousness is reachable even with the limitations of our human existence.  It lies in wait for a true conscious connection.  In recognition of its existence, we awaken to our true selves... our true complete and full selves.  Nothing is lacking.  There never was anything missing, other than the knowledge or recognition of this wholeness.

This inner self holds all knowledge.  It understands our journey.  If we care to listen and experience our inner consciousness, we will see the simplicity in all things... the natural state. 

This consciousness is aligned with source for it is source.  This holds each and every one of us within its being, for truly we are all one.

SUN IN SAGITTARIUS 2016-2017 PREDICTIONS, PART II

Uranus and the Sun will be in trine with one another in the upcoming year.  Uranus will be in Aries between 20 and 28 degrees.  If you have your Sun between these degrees you will feel the energies of this trine.  Remember you will feel the impact even if you expand these degrees by as much as 5 degrees either side.

Trines speak of opportunities and easy flow.  They are what we wait for in life.  Uranus nearly always speaks in terms of breaking free of restriction and changing direction.  This period can be a good time for this.  Remember to look at the natal aspects in your birth chart to ascertain the best potential.  You may seek out new ideas and new people that will bring about a needed change of direction.  Astrology and spiritual insight are often sidelines of Uranus; the awakening itself is tied to the planet Uranus.  Allow your consciousness to expand and stay open to all new ideas coming into your life.

As the Sun is also linked to your vitality, this is a good time to make changes to your overall well-being.  Begin a new exercise programmes and eating healthier but this will not hurt anyone.  Any habits that have been bad for you can now be released, and you can start something new.  This will be a very fruitful year as long as you are willing to make creative changes.  If you feel the urge to change, allow these changes to take place.  Do not stagnate.  Uranus calls for change and offers you the opportunity to make these changes.  If you refuse to make the necessary changes, Uranus will often bring them about in a much more abrupt manner than if you had initiated the changes right from the get go.

Neptune will square your Sun during this next year if your Sun is between 9 and 14 degrees Sagittarius.  Neptune can be rather illusive in its behaviour but can also lead to enlightenment.  Make sure that during this upcoming year you are viewing life clearly.  Do not put on blinders and do not try to escape from adverse conditions without at least acknowledging their existence.  Neptune can stand in the way of your ideals and goals in life by making you unsure of what direction to take, or by making you feel insecure about these plans. 

Make sure you take good care of yourself during this time as stressful conditions can be quite taxing on you.  Believe in yourself!  There is nothing more important at this time.

You may find that things that you set out to do earlier, now may not meet your overall expectations or requirements.  This does not mean that you should give up.  Keep pushing forward and believe in yourself.  But do not speculate or take chances.  Make sure you have weighed things out before plunging in head first.  Take the necessary time to study any given situation.  

Do not withdraw into yourself.  This can lead to loneliness and isolation.  Examine yourself, as well as your goals and aspirations, and then see what you can do to manifest these.  Be willing to put in the effort required.  Being lazy and expecting life to do all the work is never a good choice.

Transiting Pluto will be making a semi-sextile to your natal Sun if your Sun is between 15 and 19 degrees Sagittarius.  Semi-sextiles are similar in their action to sextiles as they do provide you with some potential and good luck.  This aspect also provides some easy flow.  You will be more apt to be in the right place at the right time and making things work because of this.  So if opportunities come your way make sure you take advantage of them.  It is not the time to sit back and do nothing. 

Pluto’s energies push transformation and this could include your life goals and your own unfolding as an individual.  Chances are that you will come to know yourself in greater detail after Pluto has crossed paths with you.  You might not always like what you see, but now will be the time to purge anything you do not like and get rid of it once and for all.  Pluto wants you to be honest with yourself and insists that you take a close look.  There is always room for improvement.  Now is the time for observation and to utilize what you have observed.  What a great opportunity!
