FORGE AHEAD FOR CHANGE

There are some individuals that seem to restrain us or hold us back, creating challenges that we either try to avoid or forge our way through. Relinquishing ties with some individuals that are hindering our life and have no positive influence for us can be harder that we would think.

 

We have become accustomed to these individuals even though they can be course or aversive. We allow their participation to continue for some reason and feel that we just cannot change the way things have become. We worry about potential outcomes and hold back because of these concerns. We may worry about hurting them or are concerned about what their reaction may be, so we just learn to accept them and their response and change nothing.

 

Our minds tend to blow things out of proportion with potential outcomes. We can however handle issues in ways that are not aggressive to help relieve the worry of any potential reactions. It should also be noted that we can spend many years of our lives worrying about something that never manifests.

 

We have the potential to rise above any adverse influences and intrusive elements in life. We simply need the courage to forge our way forward.

 

Change is often what is needed but change or the unknown can be quite worrisome. If the condition needs changing it will often be up to us to make that change. Sometimes we just need to change our perspective, but sometimes we do need to forge a new path forward. Whatever is needed, do it for you!
