TRANSITING URANUS AND JUPITER ON MC OR ASCENDANT

Jupiter is currently in retrograde (appear to move backwards) and will be wavering between 10-15 degrees Cancer until May of 2014.  At the same time, Uranus is direct in motion (moving forward through transit) and will be between 10-15 degrees in Aries.  These two planetary forces will be in square to one another during this time frame.

If you have either your Ascendant or Midheaven at one of these degrees in your Birth chart, these two transits will currently be influencing your life.  The events that could unfold can vary considerably and depending on the aspect between these two giants in your Birth chart or Natal chart, you may be affected in constructive ways or in adverse ways. 

If these two planets are in good aspect between each other, it could be considered a very fortunate period in your life.  You may experience sudden changes in your luck which may affect your standing in the community, your work life and/or your status.  If either one of these planets in your Birth chart is connected to the second, fifth house or even the eighth house, you may experience income that would not normally be coming your way.

If these planets are linked to the Ascendant meaning that you either have an Aries or Cancer Ascendant between 10-15 degrees, you may experience sudden changes taking place on a more personal level.  You may become involved with someone of great importance, you may alter your appearance significantly, or your health could be affected.  With either connection, the need for freedom is accentuated during this period.

There is also a certain degree of restlessness that usually accompanies this period and you will experience impatience with any type of restrictions or delays with your plans.  There is usually some disturbance in your life and you are likely to see changes that are unexpected and sudden in nature.  The urge for freedom or need to break away from some restriction is strong and often people under this influence will suddenly make moves without proper forethought and consideration to do what is best, often afterwards regretting the outcome.

The ideal way of handling this influence is to take the necessary time to carefully weigh out the options before jumping into anything new.  Objectively view all possible outcomes that may result because of your intended actions.  Take your time and make sure that you are not just jumping due to restlessness or the need for freedom.   You may need freedom and change in your life but life itself may provide this for you without you doing anything to make it happen.  If you try to avoid moving too quickly and impulsively, you will more than likely succeed in your endeavors in the long haul, with less chances for regret from actions taken on the spur of the moment.

Take your time and look at the situation from all angles before jumping.  By doing so, you stand the best chance of moving in the intended direction with less friction and regrets.  Great advancements in personal liberation as well as new enlightening changes are strong potentials during these times.

LIFE’S GAME

As you start your day, regardless of what is forthcoming, start out fresh with good intentions.  Begin the day within the confines of a progressive attitude.  Relying on nothing and be ready for anything the day may hurtle your way.  This process enhances the potential for constructive results and rewards due to your direct effort.

As the day unfolds, what emerges during the day is not that important.  It is all about your attitude and your personal view on what transpires.  It is how you play the game that matters, not whether your day is viewed as a victory or a loss.  Do your best and remain optimistic that the day will bring about desired results, lessons well learns and opportunities for you to direct the course of your day.

Life will provide you with opportunities to change your perception.  Yours is the choice of your reaction.  It is a testing ground, of sorts, where you can sway the situation with your reaction.  You will be astounded at how you can change the course of the day just by your response.  Your reaction pushes the momentum in a specific direction, and people and circumstances usually respond either in a complimentary fashion, depending on your initial reaction, or the reply can be adverse creating situations that will provide you with yet another opportunity to change your view on the event.

You assist the events of your day by your response.  You plan the route for the direction you ultimately take through acceptance or through negative response.  Quite often the day begins on the terms of your initial programme for it.  If you wake up and begin your day with a negative attitude or negative response, the odds are your day will continue along a similar path.  You can, however, change the direction whenever you decide.  It is in your hands and you make the decision.  Will I fight the events of this day or will I accept them and move forward allowing life to roll off my back?

The unanticipated will always crop up in life and will affect you initially.  This in normal, but you have control over the continual flow as you begin to take charge of your reaction.  You activate outside stimuli by the direction of your expectations.  Consider your day to be like focused energy and you control the flow with your thoughts and reactions.  Whatever you send out into the universe is returned to you, as the universe does not judge good or bad.  It just sends you more of the same.

Unlock your potential first by accepting your part and obligation in controlling your day.  Accept any obstacles or lessons as they arise.  Do not own them, however.  Accept and release.  Do not give them energy or strength by reinforcing the situation.  Simply acknowledge and then let go.  Bringing about the changes you desire by refocusing and projecting your thoughts out into the universe.  This is the process and you activate this process on a constant basis whether you are aware of it or not.

Test the process if you wish by refocusing your energies, but you must remain steadfast until you begin to see the effects of what it is you are trying to manifest.  It is difficult in the beginning because you are accustomed to living your life without interaction and knowledge that you can change the course of the day.  Put it into practice and see what unfolds.  What do you have to lose?

CHILDREN’S PURITY

Do you have little ones running around the house, or grandchildren, or friends with young children?  Are these little ones not a true blessing?  There is a remarked innocence etched in their smiles.  There are long, sad faces when they are told it is time for bed.  There is constant love coming your way.  There is never ending laughter and short lived tears.

These are adults in the making.  They are a true blessing from the inside, out.  They provide non-stop excitement for everyone to share.  The simplest things capture their attention, and hold their interest intensely although only for a short, passing moment.  Children catch most everything.  They miss little and have a momentous memory which stores information and experiences.  These in turn slowly mold them into who they will become.

They grow and mature quickly.  They are as sponges soaking in every ounce of information and experience available to them.  We can learn from these absorbing minds.  We must allow our own minds to grow from our experiences in life yet keep the pure innocence and wonder of childhood.  Help mold them into happy, fearless and optimistic individuals and prepare them to take on the world.  Let them know when life is not safe, but teach them safety, not fear.   Fill them with confidence.  Allow them to be believers.  Teach them right from wrong.  Above all else, teach them that love in its purity must be expressed.  How can you teach these young minds, ONLY through example. 

Be your children’s, grandchildren’s or friend’s children’s best example.  Remember this when you are ready to lose your patience.  Even after a long hard day of work, the lesson is not over.  Be the example of compassion, patience, and love.  Teach them to believe in themselves.  To do this you must believe in you.

 

You are their pillar of strength and the model of perfection.  They hold you highest on their pedestal.  Do not disappoint, although they will always forgive.  Learn from them.  They have important life lessons to teach us purely through their innocence.  Watch them.  They will provide you with insight on how you should be living your life.  As they lean on you, be aware that you can lean on them.  They are wiser than you know.  Many are old souls that have come back to live out their lives with you.  Understand this and realize how magnificent this is. 

The children of today are reflections of the children we were, so long ago.  Hold them dear to your heart and pay heed to the little voices ringing in your ear.  They are the true expression of love and God’s gift to you.  Hold on to this.  Love them unconditionally as they love you!

TRANSITING NEPTUNE CONJUNCT THE NORTH NODE

The transit of Neptune in Pisces between 0-3 degrees conjunct to the natal North Node in Pisces at the same degrees will affect those born between December, 1951 to April, 1952; July 1970 to the end of October 1970 and between April to the end of May in 1989.  Transiting Neptune from February 2012 to February 2014 will conjunct the North Node in Pisces in your Birth Chart if you were born during the previously mentioned dates.

If you were to have a look at your Natal (Birth) Chart and you pinpoint Neptune’s and the North Node’s locations, they will indicated what area of life which will be affected.  This is where your future (which is the primary focus of the North Node) begins to unfold.  This could be termed a “date” with “your calling” in life and will be classified as a critical turning point in your life’s mission.

The North Node in Pisces deals with finding your spiritual mission and adhering to the higher principles in life--following a path of enlightenment.  It ventures to find a creative outlet through several different channels which is found within the house position of your North Node.  You will be pushed in this direction through a spiritual lifestyle or objective. 

During the linking together of the energies of Neptune and your North Node through transit, the objective is to permit life to happen, without interference, and to let go of any anticipations that your future might hold.  In other words, let life lead the way without restriction by you and have the faith to move with life, rather than trying to control life’s situation at hand.

My Part

How do I fit into this elaborate network known as life?  What does one single person mean when there are over seven billion people on the planet?  How could I possibly matter and if I do, on what scale?

Each of our lives is a connection point where the energy of like minds come together.  Each and every one of us affects the overall direction of the population.  How do you fit in?  You are part of that unity.  Although you may view your overall participation as minute, do you question on what level is your vantage point?  Your connection with the overall movement might actively be doing very significant work beneath the surface.  You may not be aware of the input you have on others or the effects from what you say or the example you set by the way you live your life. 

These factors have their impact, and leading by example may be your greatest asset.  Your view of yourself and your intentions are only a portion of what transpires.  Your view of yourself is limited to one person’s opinion and that person is you.  No one sees you the way you do and no one deciphers your daily activities the way you do.  Everyone sees others on a different level and receives something truly unique through each interaction.

Is it not then important to self-reflect and view yourself objectively?  Do not be harsh with your judgements on yourself.  Live from the inside out.  Following your heart and reflect on your positive attributes.  You only need to focus on your flaws long enough to correct them.  Giving them any more attention than is required to eliminate them only gives them energy to survive and flourish.

Judge to gain recognition of that which is important, but do not judge with harshness to belittle.  Study yourself, but do not obsess.  Find solutions but stay alert to further education. 

You are significant in our world and we walk together furthering our evolution individually yet as a collective whole.  You are divided only through your “belief” that you journey this life alone.

Decanates in Astrology

Your Astrological Sun Sign is a very small part of the description of your whole personality and even the Sun Sign can be broken down into a most concise description for each individual.  The degree of your Sun Sign gives a detailed description of the inner you.

The Sun sign is divided into three sections.  Each section takes up a ten degrees influence on the Sun Signs.  These three sections or triplicities are known as decanates.  For example, Aries is a fire sign, as is Leo and Sagittarius.  If your Sun Sign is in Aries at 11 degrees and 15 minutes for example, you are still an Aries (ruled by the element fire and the planet Mars), but the second Fire sign would be represented starting at 10 degrees Aries.  The second fire sign is Leo which is ruled by the Sun.  As a result, you (born 11 degrees, 15 minutes Aries) have an Aries Sun sign, ruled by Mars, but also have the colouring of Leo and its ruler the Sun influencing your Sun Sign character.

This is why you may find that the Sun sign suits your character traits to some extent, but in this example you also show Leo characteristics.  If by chance you have several planets in Leo or the fifth house which is ruled by Leo, your Aries tendencies may be watered down and the overriding influence of Leo may be much more noticeable in your inner character.  In some cases, this is extremely evident in people with more subdued Sun signs and stronger placements of these ruling signs and house influences in their charts.

Decants are significant in adding more colouring to your Sun sign traits, as are planetary links in signs and houses.  This explains why some people do not fit their birth chart Sun Sign very well, although if you were to ask them if they can identify with their Sun Sign, they will still say yes strongly, because the Sun sign is not always revealed as an outside personality trait.  It is far more an inner personality trait.

If you were born within the first 10 degrees of your sun sign, you would be considered double that sun sign.  The next sign of that element (fire, water, earth, air) would be the decant from 10 degrees to 19 degrees and 59 minutes of that element and the third sign of that element would be defined as part of your personality if your Sun sign was 20 degrees to 29 degrees and 59 minutes into its sign.

Your Sun sign is part of your mission in this life time and you have entered this existence to develop your whole self and to fully understand who you truly are.

You can do this anytime, anywhere.  It is always available and never-ending.  It is the escape route to self and always offers tranquility and solutions to all of life’s concerns.  It is unpretentious, honest and accessible for all.  With continuous repetition and training, you can focus your attention internally and you will find this place promptly with less and less effort.

Instead of getting caught up in the frustrations and limitations of the day, release your tensions and adapt to this reliable tradition.  Find the peace that resonates on an internal level constantly, and bring it to the surface.  With practice, determination and with persistent effort, you will make this peaceful place of solitude part of who you are on the surface and not just hidden away on the inside.  Life’s tranquil moments can become abundant.  Renounce the grip of tedious, frustrating experiences from your life.
