Soul Mate

Do you believe that you have found the perfect companion and lifelong mate to accompany you in your adventure during this life?  Does the union itself seem fated or was your original meeting fated in some way?  Was it by chance that you just happened to meet or was it planned long ago by two souls that have been together countless times before?

Astrological Composite Chart

The composite chart is a chart drawn up for two individuals that are interested in how they would interact as a couple, either through a romantic relationship or business partnership.  This Chart can also be used to determine the relationship between any two individuals, such as parent and child or to determine friendship potential between two individuals.

The Chart is prepared from the Birth chart of the two individuals and the midpoint between each planetary placement as well as the midpoint between the Ascendant and Midheaven.  An example of this would be someone having their Sun in Capricorn at 15 degrees and the other individual having their Sun at 25 degrees Aquarius.  There are forty degrees between the two solar locations and dividing this in half, you would come up with 20 degrees.  This would make the midpoint 5 degrees Aquarius.  You would include the minutes as well as the degrees to come up with a midpoint system.  This is completed for all the planets, the Moon’s midpoint, Mercury’s, etc. as well as the Ascendant’s and Midheaven’s midpoints.  Most astrological sites will provide you with this Chart as long as you have the correct birth times for each individual involved.

Upon completion, you now have one chart which could be used as an auxiliary Natal Chart.  This Chart describes the union of these two individuals involved.  This Chart describes their assets and the challenges that are now apparent within the relationship.  It describes how the two interact as a couple internally as well as on an external level.  Much can now be defined as to the overall condition of the relationship and its apparent attributes and how the two will mingle and interact as a unit.

Many individuals commission this Chart when beginning a meaningful relationship or starting a business.  It provides a comprehensive outlook at the overall compatibility between these individual and if there are deficiencies within the union.  There are always strengths and weaknesses apparent within all horoscopes, and this Chart defines the particulars that if applied in a unified and appropriate fashion can promote a lasting and opportunistic union that so many individuals seek.

Connection to Self

Separation

Are you recently separated or are you contemplating making a change in your matrimonial status.  All relationships have their benefits and their struggles but each of your relationships are worthy of further consideration.  In many cases, the complications that hinder the relationship can be solved through communication, but these complicated issues must be approached from all sides.  Both parties must have equal rights when it comes to expressing their concerns and choices, and both parties must be willing to sit down and discuss all issues.

There are periods in all relationships where working out solutions is a necessary ingredient for the relationship’s longevity and survival.  Both parties should be willing to make changes.  A relationship is give and taken.  It is imperative to realize, if the relationship is worth saving, that acceptance of the other and their ways, good or bad, is necessary.  We cannot “expect” others to change for us.  We accept them for who they are. 

First, and always foremost, examine what you can do to make the connect function more smooth.  If both parties are willing to look at alternatives and make changes to themselves and to restore harmony, the relationship will have the potential to reach new heights now and in times to come.

On the other hand, if one or both individuals are not willing to make the required changes to restore the relationship and promote potential growth, then perhaps it is best that both individuals mutually decide to go their separate ways.  There is always a resolution and if the terms are not acceptable, it is impossible to resolve the differences.  To live life frustrated or stifled, only hinders personal growth and future potential.  Before making this permanent leap, be sure that you have earnestly pursued every available avenue to preserve your relationship.

 

Change can be difficult and frightening regardless of what the changes may be.  If alterations are required in your life style, internal changes also need to take place.  Expose the causes to the problems associated with this relationship and be sure that you do not move into the next phase of life without making those required changes.  Without taking some responsibility, undoubtedly the same issues will present themselves again and again.  The next presentation may be on a different level but it will undoubtedly be far more severe and the ramifications will far outweigh any previous experience.

If the time has come to move in a new direction with your life with or without your current partner, move into your life’s next chapter with the knowledge and willingness to learn from previous circumstances.  Move forward with confidence of self and with knowledge of lessons well learned.  Let go of resentment, as it harbours only negativity in your life.  A new chapter is on the horizon for everyone and there are always opportunities for growth and a chance to instill love into your life.  Accept this.  Life is always ready to lift you up and away from all of your anxiety.  The next phase of your life is only a step away.

Astrology welcomes the Sign of Aquarius

The sun entered Aquarius on Monday, January 20.  Sun in Aquarius individuals are difficult to decipher.  They seem to have two sides to their personality-- one being very outgoing, eccentric and high-spirited, and the other being shy, persevering and quiet.  They switch back and forth until they become comfortable with the individual they are dealing with.  They may still keep to themselves at times and figuring them out emotionally can be difficult.  Many Aquarius individuals appear to be standoffish and aloof when it comes to their emotions, (placement of the Moon will have ramifications with this) but these individuals are caring none-the-less.

Many are considered eccentric in their behaviour, have intellectual curiosity and with their mind always somewhere in the future.  They have difficulty staying in the present, and you may find them drifting away often.  They have an analytical mind.  Some Aquarius people are considered gifted and well ahead of their time.  The average Aquarian is usually very unique, and you many consider them a bit strange, although they are loyal and faithful friends.  When looking for romantic love from an Aquarian, you have to become their friend first.

Most Aquarians are friendly, and although somewhat removed from the public, are still considered quite approachable, social and very outgoing individuals.  They have a strong need to solve problems, especially on a big scale--the world’s problems, if you will.  They truly want to make the world a better place to live and work on a somewhat larger scale than most.  This makes many Aquarians less intimate and there is a great need for them to learn to connect with people on a more individual, emotional level.  The whole is more important that the individuals parts.

Some are considered so eccentric that they live outside of the normal reigns of realism, in their own world of ideas and concepts and may become lost within this framework.  However, if you give them time, they will usually find their own place in this world and live vicariously through their own vision of reality.  Many would say reality is what you make it and this might be sound advice.  Living beyond borders is a common theme and finding their own unique transfiguration in this life is an ongoing journey that holds a special place for those with the sign Aquarius strong in their Birth Charts.

THE OTHER SIDE OF THE TRACKS

Take a moment to review your blessings.  Think of those people who wake of the pains in their stomach due to lack of food.  Think of those unable to sleep because of pain due to an illness that has no cure.  Think of those parents who helplessly watch their children struggle without proper nutrition, clean water, health care or education.  Think of those forced from their homes due to natural disaster or from unrest and war.

These are daily living conditions for far too many human beings that we share this planet with.  They struggle to get through each and every day.  Countless individuals are dying from mal-nutrition and starvation and countless more are struggling with disease ridden bodies with little hope of recovery.  Stop for a moment and ponder their situations.  Many of us see the suffering on our television or read about the atrocities being carried out around the world, but pass it by as just something more on television.  Our minds simply render these visuals as illusion....just as any other television show.

Take a very close look at your life and recall just how frequently you complain about your living conditions.  They are now dwarfed when you compare how rich and fulfilling your life is in comparison to so many others.  The next time you begin grumbling about your day or how hard you have had it lately, reflect on those less fortunate than you and recognize your blessings.

You were born into this life of plenty and avoided the potential life that so many of your fellow brothers and sisters experience every day.  Imagine fighting for life as so many do the next time you complain about menial matters.  Always appreciate just how good you actually have it.  You could so easily have been born into a completely different life than the piece of paradise you experience daily.

Give thanks.  Truly give thanks and look at your life from a positive perspective.  Appreciate all the luxuries and opportunities you have.  Most of these often go unacknowledged because we expect them to be the norm.  We are truly blessed even when we are experiencing difficulties as many do.  Focus on what you have instead of what you do not have and appreciate every breath throughout your day.

Ask yourself, what can I do to make someone’s life a little better?  Sometimes, it does not take much!  Enrich your life even further--help someone less fortunately than you!
