SATURN/URANUS INCONJUNCT IN ASTROLOGY

Beginning in the third week of June and then strongly emphasized in July and then weakening in August of 2014, transiting Saturn and Uranus are making an inconjunct to one another at 15-17 degrees in Scorpio and Aries.  If you have, for example, your midheaven in 15-17 degrees Aries or Scorpio (in particular these two signs but other signs at the same degrees will also be under this influence), you will experience a need for adjustment and potentially a change of direction.

The inconjunct or quincunx is an Astrological aspect of transition and adaptation and usually signifies the requirement for alterations and adjustments to life.  The quincunx is not considered an extreme condition, such as a square and an opposition.  Some Astrologers link the quincunx to an added agitation which sometimes surfaces as health concerns, although not extreme in nature.  These stresses indicated by other influences in the Chart will surface and may turn into health concerns due to the strain of the initial contacts.

Inconjuncts suggest that one should face the situation accordingly and not to try to rid oneself by ignoring the issue.  It is important to actually face the problem and challenge its validity.  Once faced, you can make alterations which will help facilitate change necessary to overcome the condition.  It is like an added anxiety to an already difficult situation that exists.  These require an adjustment and the inconjunct expedites this action.

If your Ascendant or Midheaven is 15-17 degrees and particularly in the signs of Aries or Scorpio during the time frame as we first mentioned, your working environment, your aspirations, your goals in life and many aspects that affect you personally such as marriage and partnership will be activated and affected.  Your status in life may go through periods of change, and adjustments will be required during this time period.

If your Ascendant or Midheaven is affected during this time and natally (in the Birth chart) they are well aspected, these changes may not be very disruptive and may even be welcomed.  If these areas in your Natal chart are poorly aspected, you may experience turbulent times and abrupt changes that you will have to adjust too.  It should, however, be pointed out that aspect regardless of their nature always have a silver lining.  In most cases, the final conclusion of these events offers a new beginning and a chance for a new start.
