Let’s stop for a moment and reflect on all of
the good that surrounds us. Refrain from
taking a vantage point that there are things missing in your life, or that life
is difficult.
We want only to focus on abundance and all
of those events that make us feel fulfillment and times of love shared.
Take a moment to feel thankful for your
life, each of its events and intricacies, the ability of the mind and body to
function, our daily pleasures, the magnificence and beauty of nature...... Be aware and appreciative of your ability to
filter thoughts and act on them. Be
thankful for the tranquility that the mind can experience through acts of
meditation, although this tranquility is generated from a deeper source. Be thankful for all of the resources at your
disposal which are necessary to function and move forward each day.
Take a moment to reflect on your own
personal life (specific to you). The
gifts that have been laid in front of you, in reality, are far too numerous to list. Take an honest look at your life and all the wonder
it contains.
Be thankful for all the challenges that
life provides you with for these are your stepping stones for growth.
Find that place within that brings you
peace and contentment. Reside in the
moment and appreciate that during this very moment you need nothing more than
what you have to live....... very this moment.
Embrace your chosen life and all its
complexities as well as its rewards ever present if you are willing to open you
heart to experience them. Above all else,
be thankful for your connection with life itself and the oneness that exists in
all things. Understand the truth of this
oneness and know that you are an integral part of it.
