MAINTAINING A POSITIVE ATTITUDE FOR HEALTH



Our mental process and outlook is linked to health.  A healthy attitude about life will often promote an improved state of well-being.  Look at those around you who are in general good health; how is their attitude to life in general? 

A healthy attitude is said to be one of the important ingredients needed to conquer cancer.  It is not a guaranteed that a positive outlook will cure cancer by any means but it certain is part of the cure and promote a healthier approach to the disease and any other disease we may face during our life time.

Those that eat well, exercise regularly and enjoy a healthy mental approach to life are happy overall.  Their ability to process and their ability to rationalize when faced with adversity seems to be far more positive and productive than those with a less than ideal outlook.

There are many people who suffer from varying illness and chronic conditions.  We are not suggesting that they can be cured through a healthy diet, exercise and a positive attitude but these three changes will not make these conditions worse.  Anyone with a healthy attitude about life is happier, more content and many live long and very satisfying lives.   A healthy attitude will do much to alleviate any mental conditions associated with chronic conditions, inherited illnesses or life’s unexpected twists and turns.

We all know someone with challenging physical or mental conditions but they rarely speak of these condition or complain about their effects.  We recognize these individuals as unique in some way and also strong will.  We can learn a lot from these individuals.  How many of us complain about minor ailments and conditions?  We own our conditions and make them personal which in turn only feeds our negative focus. 

Some battling major illnesses also suffer financial stresses because of their ailments but somehow they still take on a very positive route not only in their own journey but also in the journey of those around them.

If we are blessed enough to meet such individuals during our lives, it is important to pay heed and listen to their message and take in their example.  If we truly see them for who they are, and not their disease, their message is often quite apparent and we can learn valuable lessons presented by these special people. 

If the soul has chosen to live a life under these conditions (and there are many around us who live with horrific ailments), these must be invaluable lesson that the soul wants to learn.  Many believe that the individuals that have returned to confront these conditions progress or grow rapidly in the realm of spiritual knowledge and soul growth due to these conditions.

Maintaining a positive attitude and having a positive outlook, regardless of the path we walk, is very important for a happy life.  Health and happiness are partners generally, although there are acceptations to this.  Keep a healthy attitude.  Our bodies are temples and should be treated as such.

Maintain your positive power.  Be happy that you have a place in life and share this with everyone you meet.  Generate a more positive life approach by living in that circle of thought on a regular basis. 

A healthy attitude is an important ingredients to our health and wellbeing.  It is not a guaranteed that we will not face an ailment in our lifetime, (we do not know what the soul has planned) but a positive attitude will certainly promote a healthier approach to life, with or without disease.
