Everything can change abruptly without warning. We could experience love at first sight, win the lottery, receive confirmation we have fully recovered from a long illness, and the list goes on. There is also the other side of this coin, but we don’t have to go into detail for these examples.
The life we
lead is subject to change, and we have to be flexible to be able to move
forward as required.
Living in
the moment and being open to all experiences can be our best practice. We
cannot live in the past or live in the future, we must be in the now. Worrying about possibilities solves nothing
for the future but it certainly robs us of the current moment.
Embrace this
moment. Be right here right now. Enjoy the moment. Accept what unfolds and let
go when necessary. Life can change in a moment. The only thing guaranteed is
this moment, right now! Be open and allow. Accept and enjoy!
