THE MORNING AFTER

What is the first thing you wake up thinking about after a life-changing day?

How will you move forward?

There are far too many life-changing possibilities so we are not being specific here but, in every case, there is one common requirement, we must face things head on. Do not try to ignore what takes place.

We must move forward without much hesitation as the longer we wait to accept the facts, the harder it likely will be.

Believe in yourself. You are stronger than you think even on the morning after. Listen to the little voice inside providing support. Release worry & anxiety.

Facing things head-on can be challenging but it is what must be done. These events are not punishments; they are life lessons. Most of us will agree that the most tumultuous situations bring forth the greatest lessons, but that can be hard to acknowledge when the emotions are still raw. It takes time to find solutions, to recover and to understand the lesson.

Remember, you will overcome even if life is significantly different after the fact. Believe that you can and will. Without that commitment, it can become very difficult to keep moving forward. Our belief structure controls our experiences in life regardless of life’s circumstances.

Believe in yourself. Know that this too will pass, and that you are stronger than you thought. You are stronger than you think even on the morning after. Hear that the little voice inside that provides comfort and support, not the one that brings worry and anxiety.

Have patience; some things take time. The answer is available, and it will come when you are ready.

CONNECTIVITY ABOUNDS

Your perspective affects everything in your life. Are you paying attention or are you just dismissing what is available?

It is and has always been your choice. It’s never been outside your grasp, but you must reach out to retrieve it.

Belief structure, expectations and focus create our reality. Connectivity abounds but our focus is key. Believe to feel, heal and connect.

Connectivity abounds. It surrounds you. It always has. Your focus and frame of mind either brings to you or pushes away from you.

Connectivity is available for everyone, even those that believe that they no longer are connected. It is also available if and when we reach out. We are never alone.

Believe and the door opens! Even just a smidgeon of belief opens the door enough to feel, to begin to heal, to find assistance and to be in contact.
