We move from the Cardinal, Earth sign of Capricorn on January 20, 2024 into the Fixed, Air sign of Aquarius.
Aquarians are known to be humanitarians, moral and visionaries and are often
ahead of their time. Their thinking is progressive and
because of the influence of Uranus, their ruling planet, they are on the
lookout for new ideas that can stimulate growth and a movement out of
complacency or stagnation. They push for
the new and leave behind anything that no longer contributes to their
evolution.
They can be
rebellious and are considered somewhat eccentric in their approach to
life. Their radical thinking can be
visionary for some or offbeat for others.
Their motto is “I know” and their approach, as time progresses, is to
live their life to the of their best abilities offering insights and wisdom for
those who wish to listen.
They are
independent and do not wish to be tied down.
Freedom of expression and the ability to live life the way they feel fit
is their objective. If their ideas and
viewpoints are obstructed or interfered with, they can become impatient and
restless as they are quite fixed in their opinions. They walk their own road and are not ashamed
of their uniqueness. Their wish it to leave something behind after death that
can be used in aiding humanity on some level.
Whether this is for an individual or for the masses is not important but
the more people they can help to reach their potential, the better the Aquarian
feels.
They have
an adventurous spirit, are better in groups than with individuals and often
have trouble expressing their feelings, as they are focused on the mind rather
than attached to feelings. This, in some
cases, can make them appear cold. This
does not mean that the typical Aquarian is unemotional. It is important,
however, to check the full birth chart, especially the Moon, to get a complete
picture of an individual’s emotional influences.
