REFUSE TO COMPROMISE

Once you have done your due diligence, follow through with commitment and refuse to compromise.  As the saying goes, “Stick to One’s Guns”! 

 

We often make resolutions at the beginning of a New Year but few of us actually carry through.  We make a decision, but something comes along, and it just seems too difficult to continue, or we get sidetracked.

 

There are many excuses from “It’s too hard”, “I will surly fail”, “It’s not how I hoped it would be”, “it doesn’t really matter”, “I don’t have a problem”, and the list goes on and on.  More often than not, there are roadblocks to success, but most of these roadblocks stem from our mind. Our mind manufactures the excuse, and we follow blindly.

 

The resolution (or call it whatever you like) must be attainable, and you have to weigh this out in the planning process. You push yourself in the beginning but when the going gets tough, you give up. Is this laziness?

 

In reality, you hold yourself back by accepting the mind’s excuses (better known as empty chatter). Make a real commitment to your goals and take one step at a time.  It is not a race, it is a journey.

 

If your mind gives you an excuse to quit, ask it why? If it gives one of its ridiculous excuses, counter that excuse with a positive reason to continue. You are NOT your mind!

 

The old say goes, “nothing worth having comes easy”.  For every thought that stands in the way, there is a positive thought that helps you to achieve what you set out to do. 

 

Do not give up. Believe in yourself! Remind yourself to do your best. If you stumble, get right back up and step forward again. Why would you want to stay down?

 

After the first success, reaching the next goal will come a little easier because you will now have more confidence.  Refuse to compromise.  Stick to your guns. You’ve got this!

ASPECTS FOR THOSE WITH THEIR SUN IN AQUARIUS

Today, we will review some of the aspects affecting those individuals with their Sun in Aquarius.

 

Transiting Pluto is in the very early stages of Aquarius (up to 3° Aquarius) suggesting that there are major transformations and regeneration taking hold for those with their Sun in the early degrees of Aquarius.  We may be speaking of imminent change of personality, goals, aspirations, path ahead and who or how we represent ourselves.  This is a required change as the way things were prior to this time needs regeneration or rebirth on some level. This new direction will take time to unfold but will push you in the direction that is now required. 

 

Much, of course, will depend on the age of the individual involved and other aspects taking hold at the same time.  The house where this conjunction takes place will be the primary area of life involved.

 

Transiting Neptune is in the final stages of Pisces and will enter Aries and move back into Pisces during the course of the upcoming year.  This will affect those with their Sun in the early stages of Aquarius.  The aspect between Neptune and the Sun in the early stages of Aquarius is a sextile.  Neptune is often about spirituality and can also sometimes make things a little unclear.  Those that are involved with the psychic realm likely will be affected from a spiritual perspective. 

 

A sextile aspect is a positive aspect suggesting opportunities and easier flow but, in most cases, there must be action or a push for things by you to get things moving forward.  Sometimes opportunity may simply fall into your lap, but it is always suggested that those involved push ahead with their endeavors and not waste the energy at hand.  Make sure you see things clearly.  As always, the houses involved will tell the story of the area of life involved.

 

Transiting Uranus is in its final stages in the sign of Taurus.  In July, 2025, Uranus moves into Gemini and then goes back into the final pass in Taurus during November, 2025. Uranus then moves into Gemini once again in April of 2026.  Those with their Sun in the last degrees of Aquarius have been experiencing Uranus square their Sun, which likely brought some upheaval and unexpected change into their lives.  Squares are challenging but at the same time, the energies are strong enough to force us into action to overcome the obstacles represented by this aspect. Action is a good thing in this case.

 

Those with their Sun in the early degrees of Aquarius will begin to feel the impact of Uranus making a Trine in their lives.  This brings positive change as does Pluto for those influenced but things can happen suddenly or unexpectedly. The changes or different life experiences are meant to take hold although some of us may not understand why.  Uranus tends to take us away from anything that has become redundant or stagnant.  It opens our eyes sometimes bringing enlightenment or some type of awakening for those that are touched by its influence. 

 

The aspects for those with their Sun in Aquarius are indicating change this year which some changes may occur suddenly and unexpectedly. These changes are positive in nature but not always easy during the transition period.

 

For further information you will need to look within the framework of your natal chart as well as any other planetary influence taking place.

BEGIN ANEW

Many of us begin the New Year with a New Year’s resolution.  We decide to make changes based on what needs transformation and what we left undone from the previous year.  We really do not have to wait for the New Year to make such commitments; however, many of us take the time to contemplate and recalibrate at the beginning of a new calendar year.

 

In many cases, what we decide to bring forward or leave behind does not always last.  Some of the things we decide to alternate can be very difficult to maintain and if we don’t succeed, we often feel as though we are weak or do not have the staying power to accomplish what we set out to do.  Perhaps the timing is wrong, or were our goals too hard to put into place all at once? 

 

Perhaps if we fail, we can begin again and tackle our goal in smaller implements?

 

If we stumble, we don’t have to call it quits. Our so called “failure” may be the perfect driving force pushing us to complete our objectives if we look at it that way.  Don’t give in and give up.  Just because we stumbled does not mean we have to stay down. Anything worth accomplishing might take a few (or many) attempts before we make it through to fruition.  Perhaps a little more time or a little more effort is all we need.

 

The only one holding you back is you. Listen to your self-encouragement but disregard the negative feedback your mind wants to share with you. Don’t forget that “you are not your mind” but the one listening to the thoughts.  You don’t have to own them.  Listen to the positive, encouraging thoughts. Take the information gained from the lessons when you stumbled and disregard the rest.

 

We must believe in ourselves! If we truly dig in with determination we can reach our goals. Take baby steps and set reachable goals, one step at a time.  Each step brings us closer to our larger goals.  One step at a time. 

 

It takes courage to move forward, but we can do it. Begin anew with focus and determination!

NEW HORIZON

Is it time to set a new course? 

 

Perhaps it is time to let the past go and move forward, leaving behind the things that no longer suit your evolutionary path.  Perhaps you are ready, but you don’t know it, or you fear the unknown. On the contrary, you may know that you are ready and are willing to make the jump now.

 

Change is not always easy for most individuals. As a matter of fact, it can be quite difficult.  We are creatures of habit and can become comfortable even under the harshest conditions because they are familiar.  Perhaps comfort is the wrong way to describe it. Perhaps “accustomed to” or “familiar” is more appropriate.  A new year just began 14 days ago, and we are ready for a new beginning.

 

Perhaps the footings for our goals are already laid and the foundation is set and now all we need to do is work on the walls and the roof.  With the plans in place and the groundwork done, we must now advance to the next phase and continue our work.

 

Sometimes what we leave behind is unpleasant. Sometimes what we leave behind feels right but somehow, we know that it does not fit where we see ourselves in the future.  Sometimes the path is clear; sometimes it’s quite foggy. We may have no idea of where our future will take us and the uncertainty can either stimulate us or veer us off course.

 

Sometimes we must just forge ahead believing in ourselves.  Take that step and don’t worry about where that next phase will lead you because all paths lead forward.  You are ready; now you take that step to your new horizon!

HOPE

There are periods in life where we just need some down time to recharge after life’s lessons.  These are times where we recuperate, contemplate and heal. 

 

Life can be very unpredictable, and we are uncertain, at times, where we might be heading.  This can create stress and even trauma and disease.

 

Some have the courage to reach out for help, some have the ability to go within to find resolutions to life’s lessons and some resist the lessons and essential stagnate. 

 

Some people may look for causes and want to lay blame while others put the blame on themselves and feel ashamed or left wondering why. 

 

The why may not be nearly as important as the growth that we experience if we work with the lessons presented. We search for the best approach when dealing with life’s challenges.  Some surrender to the lesson and feel much more at ease because of this acceptance while others surrender because they feel that they are at the mercy of life and any hope of recovery seems distant.

 

Life moves us in different directions from time to time and we need to find ways to learn the lesson and then let go as this is part of the recovery from these events.  We do learn from these times but, yes, sometimes the lessons are not pleasant, to say the least.  All things happen for a reason. The reason may not always be understood from our human perspective. Letting go and moving ahead is our best approach.  Fighting the process of the lesson can set us back and sometimes there is literally nothing that can be done about the situation. The only solution is to let go and accept. In doing so we allow ourselves to move forward.

 

Recovery from extreme lessons does not happen in a day. Even during recovery there may be times that we feel that we are falling short of moving beyond the situation. This is only the mind’s interference. No thought is worth holding on to.  Thoughts are meant to be acknowledged and released just like the lessons we are learning.  They are not ours to hold.  Thoughts are fleeting. Our mind can tell us one thing this moment and the complete opposite the next. Setbacks are self inflected and created by our ego. 

 

Acknowledge that you can learn this lesson and move on.  It is a choice. Do the work required. Time does not heal; our practice of letting go is what allows healing. Thought processing and belief structures are the instrument of our healing, growing and developing. 

 

You can’t escape life’s lessons, but you can find the best way to journey through them.  Through life lessons, including the traumatic events, we gain experience, courage, hope and strength. We are in control of our reactions. You are the person you are today because of your life lessons and your attitude towards each lesson.

REGENERATION AND TRANSFORMATION

A shift occurs for many around the age of 29, again around 42 and once more about the age of 59.  These are common times when we go through major regeneration and transformations inside and out. These times can be rather traumatic or in contrast quite liberating.  These are turning points in our ongoing evolution.

 

At the age of roughly 28-29, we find ourselves moving through a period of testing and a time of new beginnings, and in some cases, endings.  We enter a new stage in life where who we were previously no long matches the person we are becoming or we may set out to accomplish something that we deem necessary in our life. We may reach out for change to gain momentum and cement our future.  In a year or two after our 28^th or 29^th birthday, life looks completely different and our groundwork we created during this transition period laid the foundation for what is yet to come.

 

Between the age of 40 to roughly 43, we are again faced with decisions.  Has our life become stale? Is it time for regeneration? 

 

What used to be likely no longer suits our current journey.  During this phase, we are subject to sudden moves and sometimes these are rather unpredictable. There is a degree of uncertainty as to “should we or should we not” with whatever we are contemplating.  When we do decide to move in a new direction, other people may be surprised because what was in place seemed normal or traditional and our current actions seem a little erratic.  But as we go through this period, we find that life’s direction has changed, and our actions have put us on track and have moved us in the right direction.

 

At around age 58 or 59, we go through another major transformation as we approach the senior stage of development.  Some contemplate retirement.  Some are put into situations where life takes them down a road that they did not foresee.  Some change direction and begin anew although not often as dynamic as the previous change period around 42.  This current stage is a time of maturation and development that will now push us forward into our golden age although this may still be a long way off. We are preparing for these days and understand that time waits for no one.

 

During the periods around ages 28-29, 40-43 and 58-59, we move through stages of development sometimes brought on by others, sometimes brought on by our own needs and sometimes brought on through life circumstances.  We learn to adapt, regenerate and push our way forward through the continual regeneration and transformation of life.

PLUTO TRINE NATAL NORTH NODE

When transiting Pluto is making a Trine to your natal North Node, it is also making a Sextile to your natal South Node.  Both aspects are considered to be quite favorable as they offer opportunities and easy flow when it comes to reaching our objectives.  Life flows in a more positive and promising manner during the period of influence.  The Trine is the more favorable one of the two and suggests that there is good luck, easing of any tension that might otherwise have been in place and now is the opportunity to advance in a direction that is very suitable for your path in life.  Goals can be reached easier, and you are in a better frame of mind and seem to know where you are headed.

 

Pluto’s action is unavoidable and pushes us to make changes suggested by the houses connected to it in the Astrology chart.  Pluto often begins in a subtle manner gradually pushing harder and harder until eventually if you are not abiding to the change, the energies can take control and move you in the required direction.  There are no halfway measures with Pluto; but with the Trine, the path forward is very satisfying. Eventually, you will see that the intended route is exactly where you need to go.

 

Pluto can be forceful especially when you are not wanting to move in the required direction.  There can be ego disputes, and, in some cases, we are not totally clear on where our North Node will take us. As a result, there can be fear or anticipation and anxiety of just what that might be. 

 

The North Node is often a direction which we are not accustomed to or do not know, so it can be uncomfortable when we are asked to make these changes. Rest assured however that you will go where you need to go. With the Trine, this likely will work out very well for you and be much easier than you first might have thought it would be. 

 

Worry and anxiety come from our mind’s interference, and we should not be overly concerned when the Trine is part of the picture.

 

The Sextile is also considered favorable and suggests opportunities for regeneration and transition but not without some effort on our part.  We can choose to act and then the potential is stronger and likely also advantageous, or we can sit back and do nothing which would most likely make these energies pass by with little to no notice or affect.

 

Both aspects, the Trine and the Sextile, are what we wait for and after the energy has dissipated some 2 years down the road, we will appreciate the direction that life has taken us.  Things shift often in profound ways and meeting new people along the way is often a side-shoot of this combination. 

 

With Pluto Trine Natal North Node be ready for change and learn to adapt because this is exactly what you need for the time being. If you are not open, Pluto may push for this change anyway.  Don’t fight the inevitable.

PLUTO CONJUNCT NATAL NORTH NODE IN AQUARIUS

As Pluto’s energies can often be felt by as much as 3° prior to when it becomes direct, those with their North Node in the sign of Aquarius would have been feeling a shift in their drive and their life’s course for about 3 years.  Pluto’s final and lasting path into Aquarius will take place November 20, 2024. 

 

Pluto will slowly make its way through Aquarius over the next 24 years.  During this time, it will contact everyone who has their North Node in the sign of Aquarius depending on what degree your North Node falls.  This influence can last several years and take some time before you recognize that your path in life has gone through a metamorphosis.

 

Some of your personal drives and the road you walk will shift.  In many cases, the road you are on will go through significant changes where something comes to an end because it no longer suits your evolutionary quest; then, something new begins to take shape.  Aquarius is highly linked to humanitarian concerns and the development of its ongoing merger in our world.
