We each experience our life from varying degrees of awareness, yet our paths can be similar. When you read messages and hear other’s conversations, what we take from them is exclusive.

 

Though this message I am writing may not be interpreted exactly as I feel it, my message is simple. Love yourself openly, accepting yourself as you are, shortfalls and all. Make changes that you deem necessary because they are important to you! Experience life to the fullest and enjoy what is right in front of you at this moment. We can miss the enjoyment of life by not paying attention to the here and now. 

 

Opening the channels to peace and in doing so, peace will find you. 

 

Your focus always amplifies its target. Expect more of the same.  Let’s make that focus a positive one.

 

Love those that share your life with you and have compassion for those that you feel are beyond your love. What you give is returned. Do it not because of this but because you want to.

 

Listen and learn. We can always learn more. We are here to learn in this school of life but we are not only a student, we are also a teacher to ourselves and to those touched by us.

 

Do not worry about possibilities as these thoughts manifest as well.

 

Be happy with your life. Accept its lessons; these lessons are there with you in mind.

 

You are intrinsically good; know this and live accordingly.  The person you wish you were already is a part of you or you would have little to no idea of what that might look like. 

 

From me to you, you are your own architect who is merged with source.  You are peace.  You are love. Listen to the guidance you are given because you are never alone.

READY FOR THIS JOURNEY

We all go through varying stages.  Some seem to last a very long time, while others pass by too quickly. 

 Change is guaranteed, so in one way or another, we are all preparing for a new direction. 

 

Some tend to hold on to the familiar and struggle to move forward.  They are quite comfortable with the way things were even though change is required to clear the way for something new to blossom. They fear the unknown and the uncertainty.

 

Others reach out for the new path with open arms.  They are happy to move out of conditions that have been challenging and, although they may be fearful, they understand that it is time to change direction. With this attitude, the gate to the new path is unlocked.

 

Life is change, and we must “allow” to make the inevitable journey easier. There are many paths we travel throughout life but each one ends. We will learn from these changes and adapt, and although we might not be sure of where we are head, we will adjust. There is a new phase of our existence waiting for us.

 

If a new path awaits, you know that it will take you to where you need to go.  There are no mistakes; no matter how things might look.  You are meant to experience life at its fullest. You are not only ready for this journey, you need this change.

TO BE OR NOT TO BE

“To be or not to be”.  Apparently that is the answer. 

 

Do you choose to be yourself or are you committed to being what others expect you to be? 

 

You can be whomever you wish to be and believing this opens the door to exploration of who you are. 

 

When you meet someone new, do you hide your true self, or do you allow your true self to shine loud and clear?

 

As we age, we become more comfortable in our own skin. We learn to accept who we are, but we certainly can stay open to making changes.  I have heard some say they don’t give a damn what others think.  Others are quite aware of how they present themselves to others and make changes according to each person they meet.

 

There can be high expectations under some circumstances. We are on our best behaviours during a job interview, for example.

 

Some individuals may not clearly understand what we mean when we said “You can be whomever you wish to be”.  The person you wish you could be already exists -- living within.  You wouldn’t recognize these traits or this personality if it did not already exist. Allow these traits to shine through.

 

If you take an honest, deep look at who you are (in this very moment), and you are comfortable with that person, what needs to change? 

 

If you take an honest, deep look at who you are and you are not comfortable with that person, why not make some changes?

 

Be comfortable with YOU!

 

If you ask ten people to describe who you are, you will get ten different answers.  So do not change to appease other, make changes because you wish to make them for yourself.

 

To be or not to be is not the question.  To be you, to be comfortable with you is the solution; to be something that someone else wants is out of the question. That is the not to be!

LIMITATIONS IN LIFE

More often than not, we have to accept our limitations. There is much we cannot change (with the exception of our attitude). With some situations, we can change things to a degree, but life’s course seems to have a destination in mind.

 

We must have faith in the process, accepting on some level that what lies ahead is the path that we are meant to take.

 

We are seldom in control of the winds of change. Change is guaranteed so do not get too comfortable with where you sit today. There are always influences beyond our control so be flexible and open minded.

 

Sometimes the shift feels favorable, other times the shift feels very uncomfortable. We, more often than not, become concerned and anxious with the unknown or change which only create a less than desirable experience. 

 

We can learn to move with the wind and let it carry us forward.

 

Remember, without change, we stagnate! 

 

The unknown can be frightening. Even when the future looks promising, there can be a feeling of concern because we do not know what to expect. 

 

When life seems to dictate, adjust by not fighting the process unless a fight is warranted and can make a difference. On some level, we will benefit no matter what the outlook, either by actual changes for the better or by experiences that teach us valuable lessons.

 

The only thing we have full control over is our attitude towards what is happening. We must process each step in life, feel the energies or learn the lessons. We can react or we can act. We can hold on to struggle or we can accept. We will not escape our life lessons, but we can control our inner dialogue and how we relate to what unfolds.

RELINQUISH FEAR

Comfort and contentment do not rest in material abundance. They reside within. They are a state of being, an attitude shall we say.  

 

We limit ourselves with preconceived notions and beliefs of what we “think” are possible for us. 

 

Anything we require always lies within, yet we look outside of ourselves for comfort through circumstances or other people, not realizing that these are only obtainable through our attitude. 

 

Looking outside only provides us with a mirror reflection of what lives within. What you see in your outside world is a direct signal of where your mind has taken you in life.  If you don’t like what you see, change your focus or what you concentrate on. Look for what you want for yourself, not what you want to avoid.

 

Expectations over time materialize because of our concentrated focus. If we concentrate on fear, we create more fear. If we concentrate on contentment, we create more contentment.

 

Relinquish fear; release it! Allow your dreams to bloom into reality by focusing on those dreams actually being.

YOURS TO CREATE

The quality of your life depends largely on our mind’s processing abilities or processing inabilities.  Your satisfaction with your experiences depends totally on what you decide to accept and identify with.  This is not to say that the world and the events around us are of our choosing because sometimes life dictates.  War, pestilence, natural disasters, genetics and those in control are not in our control, yet on some level, not understood by many, our attitude dictates how we feel about our experiences. Those of us that believe in reincarnation believe that we have agreed to take part in the lessons we experience as our life unfolds.  So, to a degree, we must take responsibility when responsibility is ours.

 

As we maneuver our way forward, even if it seems as though we are moving backwards, we integrate outer stimuli into our attitude and our experience. We make our way through the adversities and lessons and form opinions. 

 

We may question if rough times will never end, or we may be of the mindset that change is guaranteed and this too will pass. We do the calculations and decide. The choices affect our own experiences. See difficult periods as lessons and expect growth and then you will experience growth. If you expect life to be hard, due to this expectation, life will feel hard. 

 

We also have the power to decide that we will not hold on to life lessons but welcome the new knowledge.  If we see them as lessons, without ownership, we learn and move forward. Because we believe life moves forward, change will grace us, and the difficult lesson’s “experience” is left behind.

 

You are the creator of your life, based on what experiences you choose to own and what you decide to release.  This life is based on how you view your personal circumstances and what you choose to believe might lie ahead.  Your thoughts build over time and you begin molding the concepts of your reality based on what you choose to listen to or hold on to. 

 

You are not your thoughts. You are the one listening to this ever changing and constant internal dialogue or chatter. You and you alone can make decisions for change if you are aware that you have this control.

 

How you experience all life lessons and their effects in your life are controlled by your attitude towards them. Do you see yourself as a victim or a student who can overcome, grow and move forward? 

 

You can get caught up in all matters in life and build on them because this is where your attention dwells. Alternatively, you can rid yourself or change the course of your belief structure.  The road ahead is in your hands. Use it well. Change your attitude and change your life. How you respond to life experiences is yours to create.

THIS TOO WILL PASS

Nothing remains the same.  Even those individuals that life appears to flow easily and without incident experience change even if it is not evident to outsiders.  Change is guaranteed for one and all.

 

During times of uncertainty, it is important to understand that even though we may experience our own specific changes on our own, there are others that understand and have been through the same experience, no matter what the circumstances might be. Reach out to others, if not for their input, then for their support and knowing. 

 

There will be times when we feel as though there are no solutions and nowhere to turn but there is always a solution which could be as simple as a change of attitude or focus. Others can offer resourceful alternatives but ultimately, we must make the decision on how to move forward.  We are always equipped with the answers to any issue but there are times others can nurture a seed we previously forgot to nurture. 

 

The world situation is stressful to some. Uncertainty can cause anxiety and worry. It is hard to move forward when you do not know all of the circumstances of the situation. Once we realize that worry and anxiety only create more issues, we can begin to accept that life lessons are inevitable. If we are open and flexible, we will learn these lessons with more ease. Acceptance (that they are happening) is often a solution to these situations, and although nothing changes, our attitude begins to shift, and the weight is not as heavy.  

 

Our focus is what is important. If we focus on being a victim, we will remain a victim.  If we focus on being a survivor, we survive and move forward.  There is a common resolution to all problems and that is our attitude towards what is taking place.

 

We have the necessary tools to conquer all anxiety and fear, but we cannot use that tool until we recognize it is there. Change your pattern of thinking. This situation is NOT insurmountable. We will learn from lessons and this too will pass. Be aware of your focus and attitude. You have the ability to overcome and always have had it.

UPS AND DOWNS

Maneuvering your way through life’s ups and downs takes courage and perseverance.  As you become “accustomed” to life’s lessons, you begin to find ways of to adjust and allow life’s unpredictable moments without great stress.  You become more knowledgeable through experience with these challenges (and uplifting experience) and learned ways to manage.  The experience you gain because of these difficulties helps you with your journey through this life.

 

You seldom truly enjoy the lessons but without them you would not have gained the insight, strength, and abilities you now have.  At some point, you begin to realize that because of these lessons, you can learn future lessons easier as well as help others simply because you have had similar experiences. 

 

When, on the contrary, you go through periods of wonderment and joy, you learn to dance and celebrate.  You are uplifted and enjoy what these events offer.  Some feel that these are rewards for all your hard work and others believe that it is just the road you walk at that moment.  Whatever you believe, appreciate these times and experience them to the fullest.  Life is magical, if you have that attitude.

 

Life has its ups and downs. Trust in the ebb and flow, for it is through this rhythm that you grow and evolve. It is part of the process and creates balance.  Life is a mystery and there is much to experience as you make your way forward.

ALIGNMENT

We have had clients relay to us that they consider themselves out of alignment.  Some suggest that they are way off while others feel that they are getting closer to their alignment. 

 

How do we become aligned? 

 

The alignment that we speak of is being aligned to our inner self, our higher self, and our inner guide. 

 

This inner guide or our core personality knows and understands what we require and knows the best way to go about reaching these requirements. 

 

We do grow as individuals as we mature into ourselves and in the process, we change and develop.  We walk down many different roads taking us towards our objectives, even when we are not sure what exactly these objectives may be.

 

Being aligned with our inner core allows us to listen, be open to and to following the advice we are presented with from within.  We always have options, and we are never forced to move in any particular direction even when it appears we are without choices.  We always make the final decision on any action we take.

 

The more open we allow ourselves to be, the easier it is to hear the voice of reason, the voice of calm and the voice of collaboration.  When we begin realizing that this inner guide is actually assisting, the clearer the messages become.  Our inner alignment or higher self is also tied to our collective source which resonates at an even higher level.  We are fragments of this higher vibrational energy, and this source energy is complete and is indivisible.

 

How do we understand from a human perspective where this energy comes from?

 

How do we understand the message that it is inferring? 

 

It is my opinion that we are incapable of understanding with our earthly minds. This higher source energy enfolds all of us and is in constant communication with us. 

 

When we are in alignment, this essence is recognized as not only hope, but also as peace, contentment and love. 

 

How do we go about finding this? 

 

You have already found it because it has never been lost. As you align, it surfaces. It is within you, always has been, always will be. It is a part of everyone.
